I've not eaten much Mediterranean cuisine so I'm not an expert - But dang this place was really good! The roasted red bell pepper hummus with pita bread was superb! I had a chicken pita sandwich(?)--it was very tasty. The chicken was seasoned perfectly, was moist and tender. They tend to mess up to go and delivery orders so be prepared for some glitch, but they have Muhammara, which I love, and their Shish Tawook is excellent, and they are open in Sundays, so more good than bad definitely. Other entrees are also good and very consistent. read more

Tried them for the first time this week. The gyro wasn't "loaded" with meat like the description says. The cucumber sauce was okay I prefer it without big pieces of onion in it. All in all. Not bad but probably won't have again. read more

We're so happy that we stumbled upon Hummus! Tucked away in the corner of the new shopping center, it's easy to miss, so glad we didn't! My wife and I were in for early dinner, 4pm on a Saturday, and started with a spinach pita pie. It was fabulous. The pita was light and very flavorful, as was the superb filling. For mains, we had the gyros plate and the combo platter, which included Kofta Kabab and a Shish Tawook. Both Kababs were extraordinarily good, and the chicken was perfectly seasoned and cooked. The Gyros meat was also noteworthy. Each dish included a very generous portion of Vermicelli Rice which was some of best rice I've tasted. Wait, what? It's just rice, no? No it's truly the best rice of my life. I just ate the leftovers, so I'm somewhat of an expert. I must close now, as I'm completely out of delicious adjectives! Don't miss this place! read more

The mint tea was ahhhhmazingLast but not least the muhammara was soooo good with just right amount of sweet and hint of heat. We really love this restaurant but every single time there's a problem with our order. MAYBE if they wrote down the order or checked what you wanted this wouldn't be an issue. We'll be back but every time I hope they have a better server. Ever since Alex left service is awful. read more

I love this place! The hummus here is awesome. I've also tried the gyro plate lunch special and it was great too. The portions here are VERY generous as well. It's a great deal for the price. I just needed a light lunch mid-afternoon while waiting on my car to be serviced so tried the appetizer sampler & falafel, which was plenty of food (still took some home)! I had garlic hummus, jalapeno hummus, baba ghanouj & muhamarra. The garlic hummus was extremely garlicky (in a good way), the jalapeno hummus was tasty but not very spicy, the baba was a bit bland in comparison and the muhammara rather sweet - not meaning bad, just observations. The pita was cold and a bit hard & dry, but served the purpose of dipping. The falafel were very green & yummy inside, but somewhat over fried - very hard & dark brown on the outside. I got tzatziki sauce to dip it in, which had good flavor but was rather runny. I ordered water with lemon (but they were out of lemons) & mint hot tea but never received it. I later heard my server tell another customer that they were out of mint so it's just as well. My server did not show me a bill when I checked out, just told me an amount - I reminded her that I had not received the tea so she removed it then and gave me a new amount. The restaurant is clean with nice decor and I liked that it was table service not counter service as some other Mediterranean eateries are. There are lots of windows on one side of the room so very bright on one side and somewhat dark on the other. My server was attentive but not very friendly. read more

The chicken kabobs we the most flavorful perfectly cooked I have ever had. The rotisserie chicken was tender and moist with good seasoning. We also had Kafta and the filet were very good as well. The portions were generous and the prices extremely reasonable. This is now our go to place! read more

Ordered 50.00 dollars worth of food, they screwed it up-got half of what I ordered. Called number listed, and it was owner's cell. Told him what happened, and he acted like he wanted to argue. Claimed he would refund through Uber Eats. Got phone call from somebody who claimed they were customer service. Tried to call back and it keeps disconnecting. Scammers? The people and food are delightful to the soul. My wife and I were craving Middle East cuisine and this place hit the spot.

I just ate there, and the food was good but the service was certainly lacking. My friend and I were the ONLY customers in there, and it took way too long to get menus, our drinks, appetizers, orders, and food. No other customers came in until we were ready to leave. And we never even got our drinks refilled. In almost an hours time, not one refill. They also never brought us a ticket, which I find extremely odd. They just told us we owed 42.36. They also did not seem to have a restroom that could be found by a customer needing to pee. read more

Pleasantly surprised by the food here. The server was a bit lacking in knowledge of the menu regarding the basic Mediterranean fare but I pressed on. Got some delicious chicken and a ton of rice, much like a Rice a Roni kind of product. It was all very good. The Falafel was good as was the sauce and of course you ask, the hummus?! Well I had the garlic hummus. And I would venture a guess that were I stranded in Dracula's castle I would be safe for about 3 months. It was a blob of minced garlic in the middle of the hummus and not mixed in or anything. It was delicious it a bit overpowering. Before I decided to mix it all up I tasted the hummus and it had a great flavor. I would definitely return and try a new dish and a different hummus and hope for a more knowledgeable server. read more

I'm so exited they opened in Edmond! We used to go to hummus in Moore but the drive is a pain. They just opened this week close to us and we couldn't be happier. They have the same menu as the one in Moore. We had the chicken tawook and the kafta plate. It was a great portion not too big and not too small. Great taste as expected! I frequent Jerusalem cafe in Edmond and when I'm around Memorial I like to visit Nunu's cafe but only this place was open on Easter so I took a chance. I only got a kofta platter but I wasn't disappointed. The kebab is on the meatier, more savory side--think Persian-style. I grew up eating this stuff since I was born on the west coast and the flavors here took me right back. The vermicelli rice, the tahini sauce and toumya butter were a generous step up from when I was young and only needed plain rice and foil-wrapped butter.
