    Falafel Rice
    Dwinel B.

I'll keep it short. I wanted something quick; I wanted falafel and this place accommodated both wants. Rice was good. The sauces tasted a little old to me and the same for the vegetables. I'd probably try it again if I were in the mall and didn't want to do one of the burger and places in there.

As a big fan of mediterranean food, as soon as I saw this, I decided to buy lunch from here but it was disappointing. Even though the flavour of chicken and quantity was fine but the service was poor. There was only 2 people, one at the counter an done in the kitchen. He was not even listening and was on his phone the entire time. As I was the only one ordering, it was really quick but does not taste fresh and looked burnt. It is in the menlo park mall's food court. I love hummus grill's spicy chicken platter and ordered the same here. It comes with hummus, cucumber tomato salad and spicy chicken on the top and a pita on side.

Not very pretty... but oh so tasty and good!!

So this Hummus Grill is one of the many vendors in the food court of Menlo Park Mall in Edison, NJ. The menu is short and simple. Not many options. But what they lack in quantity, they make up for in quality. I had the best falafel pita sandwich ever! Moist falafel in a saucy tziki salad of tomatoes and cucumbers stuffed inside a freshly baked pita. So good... I'll definitely be back for more.

I was shopping and saw there was a place that sold bubble tea in the food court. It was so disorganized, the three men seemed frazzled as one of the grills was not working so many customers were turned away. I ordered a large lavender milk bubble tea with tapioca pearls. It took over 10 minutes to make and when I went to grab the cup it wasn't sealed and it spilled all over my hand. I told the cashier who proceeded to rip open the rest of the seal with the same hands he handled money with and pour it into another cup. The tapioca pearl splashed against his hands and back into the cup that he was transferring my tea to. I watched all this and was so grossed out I asked him to make me a fresh one. The other young man took over and tried to make me a new one. I waited another 10 minutes for a new one. When I tried it , it was super sweet and the tapioca balls clumped together. There is another bubble tea place by the Rainforest Cafe, next time I will go there instead.

I have ate Mediterranean food in more 20 places. Along all this will be the worst ever. There will serve rice for the $9 (refer to the photo). There hummus taste yucky.

Visited this place last week and ordered a spicy chicken salad which came with hummus, cucumber and tomato salad and a pita bread on the side. The chicken was flavorful and fresh. It also came with 3 sauces on the side which complemented the chicken very well. I also ordered a Thai bubble tea with strawberry flavored popping boba which was really cool as the boba pops in your mouth. I would recommend this place to my friends. I would visit this place every time when I am in Menlo Park mall. My new go to place. Keep up the good work guys.

I really like that they had 3 boba options: Brown sugar, Strawberry, and Honey. On their website there seems to be even more but they weren't advertised so maybe they weren't available at the time. The other boba listed on their website are Taro, Black Sesame, Mango, Chrysanthemum, and OneZo Triple. What we ordered: - Passion Fruit Green Tea with Strawberry Boba - Taro Sesame Milk Tea I am a big fan of the strawberry boba and both drinks were pretty good. I would definitely return to try out other things. I noticed that they also have ice cream as well There is a parking lot but it shares it with the other businesses and the apartment complex so it was limited. We snuck in a spot for "future residents". Not sure how much it is monitored but we were fine even though our drinks took a particularly long time. I think there might have been some issues with the order before us. They did apologize for the delay.

As I searched for a bubble tea shop in the area, I found this shop. I thought oh that must be new…read moresince I know that area and have never seen it before. To my surprise this shop is actually in an apartment complex. That's probably why it's a little out of the way and parking can be a concern as it's a private area. The spots near the shop all have signs on them so I am not sure if I was allowed to park there. By the register, I asked if it was okay to park there and they seemed unsure as well but said it should be fine to park and leave within the hour. It may designed in a way where you live in the complex and can just stop in without leaving the property which I have seen for a couple of these newer apartment buildings. The shop itself is fine, clean, small amount of seating. I think this may be the type of shop where I just pick up or get delivery from instead of bringing a big group to hang out for some bubble tea. I had ordered a Sesame milk tea. It was essentially a milk tea but sesame seeds were blended through it. It was gritty kinda like how red bean bobas are but not like sweet bean paste. It had that sesame seeds taste that you get from burger buns with sesame seeds on them. I wasn't sure what I was expecting but I can't say that's what it was. Maybe others like that as it's probably healthier than tapioca balls but I just was not into it. This shop online, prided itself on making their tapioca balls in house. I didn't get them cause I just wanted to try the shop and the balls were all $2+ add ons for whatever drinks I looked at. I didn't dislike coming here but I think if I come back I would order something else, probably something more flavorful

Love coming here and seeing people from toddler age to folks with their grandparents. Bubble tea is for all! My husband loves to try the new fruity varieties that get added to the menu. So if you're an avid boba drinker, make sure you sign up. Every few orders you can score a free bite to eat or bubble tea. Since it's a hit spot, this place can get packed at peak times (post work hours, and especially on weekends). So happy to have such a lovely shop in my town. Thanks, Akihi!

I placed my order through the kiosk while looking over the menu, which had a lot of good options. I couldn't make up my mind and decided to go with the bubble tea and Oreo waffle crepe. Both items were good, and I enjoyed the waffle, which had ice cream as the filling and was stuffed with fillings, but it was a little difficult to eat since the wrapper is not very practical, and I had to use my hands, so it got a bit messy. Did I regret it? No way, I loved it; hopefully, they would just have a better container for it, lol. Definitely will get a sugar rush, so be careful hahaha. I would definitely go back to try the other flavors

Then also you see a few customers who were already waiting for their placed drink orders! Also, the customers were not even patrons of the supermarket, so that also goes to show that people are just coming in straight for their bubble tea fix! Situated inside LOTTE (another reviewer wrote HMART..so: correction there), by the inner food court area, this is a cute little spot. That is the reason for this review actually. The food court is also convenient as there are other food options but having a bubble tea place as an addition is a huge plus! This Gong Cha store looks very tidy, and well-managed. The workers were friendly and can provide recommendations. While waiting for the orders, you can notice the employees are busy making all their necessary preparations and everyone seemed exceptional. The drinks were made fresh and also did not realize that they also have freshly brewed coffee - what an amazing selection. In addition to several drinks, also ordered a viet coffee. Normally, bubble tea stores do not have fresh coffee (usually it's instant because that is not their main product.) So for them to have that as a choice, and to be made fresh - that is a true win-win situation! So the menu choices were a bit long, and requires really focusing into each category to get a sense of what's available. The icon that shows a mini coffee bean next to each drink represents caffeinated vs non-caffeinated. Also, if you are unsure, it is best to ask the employees for further suggestions and ingredients, in case of anything you may not prefer. (Had no idea about the winter melon choice, wow!) The wide array of selections is really super amazing; with so many variations that can be added! The takeaway with this review is the opportunity to be at a supermarket and while you're doing your shopping, there is this awesome bubble tea store that anyone can just stop by for a quick drink! Parking is really convenient, and the nearby restrooms were also very clean. Kudos and congrats to management for making this work on all levels. Food court go-ers can enjoy, supermarket customers will drop by, and the list can go on. Support your local businesses!
