I made the grave mistake of ordering the senior ribeye. I mistakenly thought it would be like a regular ribeye cut in half. No it wasn't. I have no idea what this meat was, but it looked like skirt steak. It was 1/6 inch thick. I measured it! I ordered it medium rare which is laughable, because you literally couldn't cook it to anything besides well done because it would take probably 20 seconds to cook. I received this steak after waiting about 50 minutes for our food. My boyfriend on the other hand, ordered a prime rib medium, and his came out not even rare. He couldn't eat it. They did comp the prime rib but we paid for mine. To make all this worse, it was SO HOT upstairs I couldn't stand it. We chatted with her grandpa who eats there a few times each week. Her banker, farmer, entrepreneur father, who grills the steaks, came out to say hi, too.
