I have seen these on-line and was dying to try them. They basically look like the real fruit but it's pastry with mousse and the fruit on the inside. Other bakeries do this too I think it's like a fun trend. I got both and brought them home to Ohio. My partner and I cut them in half and tried them. They were both good. The coffee, which has similarities to a Turkish coffee, is a medium roast with Cardamon and cream. Definately a unique flavor profile from what I am used to where it is a flavorful robust coffee that is well balanced with no harsh notes and oh so tasty. What I didn't know before coming here is that coffee originated out of Yemen some 500 years ago where they clearly have perfected the drink where this is a HUGE step up from the week diluted drink we call coffee here in the states. The coffee shop itself is bright, clean, very modern and very inviting with a casual vibe and nice Yemeni accents throughout to add to drinking experience.
