Husband had one of their breakfast sandwich. They used high quality cheese. The egg was also prepared well. It was fluffy and lightly browned. It's hard to find a place that does not burn eggs. I think the chefs here are quite talented. A few people did complain about the price here, which is fair because our meal was expensive . But I think it was worth it as the food had not only been fresher, higher quality than most, but also it was skillfully prepared

Yes they are overpriced, yes the quality did go down tremendously however me and my family would spend at least $40 almost every weekend during summer time. Since they are next to the Farmers market that we visit. Today's visit we walked in with our starbucks in hand to purchase breakfast and more drinks to sit down and enjoy. Upon entry my daughter was ambushed and yelled at before she could even open her mouth and place her order she is a child if you need to address and speak to anybody you speak to an accompanying adult. The person behind the counter screamed "you can't be inside the store with the outside drink" new store rules, even if you want to place an order. Be aware! They have lost me as a customer and I will purchase my pastries someplace else, where staff doesnt scream at the kids.

Visited this week on a whim as I drove by running some errands. I had just taken my puppy sister to…read morethe vet and decided we both needed a treat after a stressful afternoon. So I popped by here for a mocha and a scone for me and a pup cup of whipped cream for my gal. First off, the barista was SO nice. We chatted a bit about our dogs, shared photos (I always welcome those!), and was generally just such a pleasant, welcoming person. My mocha was delicious as was the cherry and walnut scone I ordered. And Lilly LOVED her pupcup. Overall very nice visit to a very lovely shop!

The staff was so so friendly and were very patient while we took our time reading the menu lol. We ended up getting a chai latte, espresso latte, and bagel sandwiches with sausage and egg. The chai latte was really nice, so was the coffee. The sandwiches were pretty good - I felt like they were missing something like a sauce. They do come with cheese, but I'm not a huge fan of melted cheese on my sandwiches so that might have been what they were missing. Overall, this spot was really cute and there's plenty of seating if you want to enjoy the space with friends or family. (Oh! There were also free coffee grounds for garden use in the corner - had to grab a bag for our gardener friend :)

Our office moved to a new location back in June, so I've been on the hunt for new lunch spots in…read morethe area. I tend to eat out quite a bit, so one day I jumped on Google and searched for diners near me. Sunrise Café popped up with tons of great reviews, and many people mentioned how attentive the owner is and how great the food is. After finally stopping in, I can say those reviews were absolutely right. The food here is fantastic. I ordered the Big Sunrise, which comes with three eggs (I got mine over medium), a big slice of ham, two pieces of bacon, and two sausage patties. For my sides I went with white toast and grits. I have to say, grits are definitely an acquired taste, but lately I've been loving them and these were really good. The waitress was also spot on--super attentive and friendly. Overall the service was excellent and the food was even better. My only small "complaint," and it's really no fault of theirs, is that inside the restaurant my cell phone had almost no signal. It was basically a dead zone, so I had to actually sit there and live in the moment instead of scrolling the internet on my phone. Kind of funny because the second I walked outside to my car, I had a full signal again. Not sure what's going on there, but honestly it just gave me more time to enjoy the food. Great place, great service, and great food. I'll definitely be back

Stellar, fantastic coffee, and Qamaria provides an attentive mail order experience. This is a very…read moreopinionated review, but based on 50 years of lucky access to very fine coffees, and ideally you will consider it more enthusiastic and informed than smug and annoying. We live on the West Coast, were looking for Yemini coffee, and fortunately found Qamaria's website, ordering the Gate of Yemen dark roast. The roast is lighter and less oily than a French roast, as it should be, with some oil in the beans appropriate to something called a dark roast. We would say that Qamaria not only skillfully but more importantly respectfully roasts for the bean. This coffee makes us very happy, with a good dark "round" and balanced aroma to the ground beans and the brew. We made it pour over, but it feels most appropriate to stove top espresso or traditional style. It has a very satisfying long tail. A pour with a plot. A touch of the right kind of bitterness. The bean crushes easily between the fingers and grinds up finer than the espresso blend that we drink pour over (45% French Roast using Columbian beans, 45% Italian Roast using Mexican beans and 10% dark roast using Indonesian beans). Qamaria dark roast makes a pour over cup that is thicker than expected, which we find very satisfying: it's a sort of the character of traditional brewing but in a Chemex. We like the surprising way that a slight, fine sediment sneaks through the pour over paper filters and spreads across the tongue. Next we will move on to other Qamaria roasts and blends, brewing on stove top. The price point kills us, but how does one settle for ordinary to save money, when extraordinary gives such pleasure?
