WOW been a while. Best pies in years. Going back fast. What did you change? The family loved them.

I used to really enjoy this place but recently it has gone down-hill A LOT. Not only has the food quality gone down at this location in recent times but so has the staff. The other day I placed an order for pick up around 5:00. The employee over the phone told me it would be ready in about 20 minutes. I arrived around 30 minutes later only to see 2 young employees in the back being concerningly intimate with each other. After coming to assist me I also couldn't help but notice a number of large hickies on the boys neck. I told them my name for the order only to learn THEY HAD NOT STARTED IT YET. I haven't eaten at Hungry Howies in years. After thought about what my family might like on a Friday night we settled on this pizza. My husband placed the order online for 2 pizzas with ease. Unfortunately HH was not feeling generous with discounts, so we wound up paying $40 for 2 large pizzas. Upon inspection of pizzas I noticed the topping colors were quite muted. Not vivid like tomatoes and olives should be alongside cheese, mushrooms, and sausage. The sauce was plentiful as requested. Plating of the slices proved that the crust was flabby and weak. You had to almost fold the slice in half to avoid the toppings falling off in a sheet. First bite of pizza- pretty much tasteless. The sauce was as muted as the colors of the pizza. There was no pizza masterpiece here. Unfortunately even living in a small community with few choices, we will not be ordering from Hungry Howies again. A perfect waste of $40 in a daunting economy. read more

Ordered from here several times and always good. The delivery drivers were always respectful and fast.

Daily specials with reasonable prices and a staff that is good with food that is good. There online ordering needs help and fine tuning though. Still recommend highly ! read more

Waited 50 min over the anticipated wait time provided on app, along with multiple other people having same issue. No compensation provided. If wait time is that long, the app should reflect that. read more

Pizza is okay when hot and fresh. Don't always get it hot and fresh though. I feel like I get a better deal for $40 else where. They have messed our order up a few times but it's like the only place near by that deliver to us. read more

Delivery charge is outrageous for an in town delivery. Trying to pick up on a slightly busy afternoon is a nightmare. Had an employee complain about it only being him there all day, the store had only been open an hour. read more

Delivery charge is ridiculous for an in town delivery, especially since you're expected to tip on top of the outrageous delivery fee, delivery will end up costing enough money to buy an additional pizza. Food is adequate, but overpriced. read more

Ordered Pizza at 5:30 didn't receive it until 7:00 when web order showed 45 minutes. When we did get it we got no apology from driver who I had given a $10.00 tip too online before our order arrived. Five minutes after drop off they knocked on our door asking if we received our wings or someone else's sub, went and checked and it was someone else's sub. They took the sub and said they would be right back with our wings. A half hour later after eating our cold, soggy pizza they still hadn't come back. Called store asked for a refund for the wings and tip, since we still didn't have the wings, they said the manager would have to call me back in a few minutes. Never received a call back, started putting kids to bed as it was after 8:00, when I had called previously I told them to cancel the wings, receive a knock on the door with my cold wings, two and a half hours after we were supposed to receive them. Called store and asked to speak to manager because I had canceled them and wanted a refund, plus the manager never called me back like they were supposed to. Manager was rude, and said they would refund me. Still haven't received refund. Will never order from Hungry Howie's again. read more

Went to HHP for a second time and we will NEVER go there again! Used a coupon which stated $7.99 for one pizza. We ordered two and they would not honor the coupon for the second pizza. I told them it does not state "one coupon per order" or "per visit" but they still would not honor the coupon. The wings were fatty and not cooked all the way, wife had to bake them 30 mins extra just to be sure. I also tried to use a $5 off HHP mailed gift card and they would not let me use it with my $40 order because they said it cannot be used with coupons...yet nothing was on the gift card stating it may not be used with other orders. So either HHP employees are dumb or the company deceitful and unethical business practices. Either way they lost four customers. Oh and the pizza was awful this time. The bacon was fatty and the chicken on the pizza tasted a little off. read more

Was in a hurry, decided to call 45 min ahead of time to make sure carry out was done on arrival. Gave order taker an exact time we were going to arrive. When we got there we were told it would be about 7 minutes till it was ready ( please note this was 245 pm on a tuesday). We ordered pizza and wings last night for a meal with guests. The specialty bacon cheeseburger pizza did not come with the advertised sesame crust. I was very disappointed because this is one of our favorite pizzas from Hungry Howies. I phoned in the order and went over this with him twice. It was embarrassing. I can't recommend them. read more
