I can't count how many times I have ordered a pizza from here recently and had to toss it out due to how undercooked they've been. When I say undercooked I mean disgustingly undercooked. The dough was falling apart when I tried to take a slice, every single one ripped in half so the inner corners all just ended up stuck to the middle. At first I thought it just hadn't been cut properly, then I thought it might just be a one time thing, I even thought "hey, maybe it's because of the size of the pizza" and went from ordering a large one time to a medium the next, I even tried the smalls. Nothing changed. I've never had pizza this bad which is shocking to me because before this spring I loved Hungry Howie's, specifically this location! But recently the prices jumped up and the quality went down which is wild. I do want to state I've never had any issues with the employees before other than whoever is cooking these pizza's and not only rushing the hell out of them but half assing them as well. Aside from that everyone seems quite nice though at this point I don't think all the kindness and professionalism in the world could get me to come here again. I never leave reviews but this place was so bad that I think anyone considering ordering from here deserves a heads up. Please just grab a pizza from any other local chain, save yourself the stomach ache and the money. read more

Every time we order pizza from here it is ready for pickup when they say or delivered within the timeframe give. Unlike some pizza places in the area, their delivery time is very reasonable, usually within 30 minutes. We tried the pickle ranch pizza and it was oddly delicious! Also had a thin crust chick bbq pizza, cooked to perfection. Staff is friendly and efficient. Side note: I am super disappointed they stopped serving the flat bread pizzas! Order the family pizza for New Years Eve. Kids are sick and figured I would pick it up on my way home from work. Ordered a cookie too. Get home to discover the cookie was RAW!! Nothing but that greasy mess that a cookie turns into when it is extremely under cooked. Which, as we all know, cookie dough has raw egg in it, which undercooked can cause food born illness like SALMONELLA!!!! So I called up and ask about getting it fixed. The manager informed me that they could replace it but I'd have to come back to pick it up. I felt that was insufficient considering it wasn't any fault of my own. The GM approved them to deliver it to me. They were quick to get me a new one, but upon getting it into the kitchen to cut (because apparently even thought its advertised that way, they don't cut them) and see that it is BURNT! So I say its under-cooked and their smart-a** response was to BURN it. Even the chocolate chips were black charred on the top! WOW! Absolutely disgusted. This is unacceptable. read more

I love the quick and convenient service this pizza place provides, very friendly and nice staff, quick delivery and phone service, they do it exactly the way you ask! I tried their brand new Jalapeño and Cheese Stuffed Howie bread and it was incredible! I really hope they keep that around and don't discontinue that, 100X better then the regular Howie cheesy bread, great with their house pizza sauce for dipping. Will definitely be ordering more, their driver was very courteous and left my order on my patio furniture like I asked and it was still very hot when I received it. Thank you! read more

I always order my pizza from Jets, however when I called at 11:20 pm they were closed and my husband and I could not believe on a Saturday night they would not be open. We owned a pizza place with my son in the 80"s, Pizza Junction, stayed open to about 1 am on Saturdays. So I decided to call an independent, Patrick's, and they closed at 11 pm. These are all in Garden City, MI. So I thought maybe Hungry Howie's may be open and sure enough they were. Well the pizza was delicious, we had the Howie's Special, and they must understand what customer's needs are especially on a Friday or Saturday.
