The first lady I spoke to took my receipt ask if I wanted order remade I said yes as I didn't care as long as I got a refund or what was paid for. Then they were like you need to bring the food back in so we can see it. Which no restaurant has ever demanded of me - and yes I typically bring the messed up item with me however again I want to get to work on time no get a write up over cheese. Which I explained to them and asked for a refund to which the manager was like "It is just cheese" it's the principle of the matter. Product was paid for and expected in return. This location doesn't believe in giving people what they pay for at least the employees there. I suspect they do the shit to refund it later and pocket the money. You can thank those jerks for losing a whole extended family of customers. This bull is likely why most Checkers locations in my Area are gone now. Your customer support is bum cheeks

Been here a couple times already everything it's so perfect with it the taste so good but There's this waitress I already had her twice and I don't disrespect her because I wasn't thaught that way but she kept asking me many times not just one if I was done with my meal with out me being done with the meal clearly she brought my bill way before I was done she was rude and disrespectful because I ordered chicken tenders and waffles at 7 am saying that's not what ordinary people eat at that time if I could order some else everybody else it's so good they seem happy good environment just that one flaw nothing that will make me stop going but some that could be taken care off she probably needs some more training or something dont even have to say her name if she like that am pretty sure others had the same experience read more

Had the pleasure of eating here today after finding them on the web. It is as good as it gets. Hamburgers - does the word FRESH ring a bell. It has been years since I had one this great. Onion rings rock; rolls awesome, and toasted to boot! Veggies super fresh. And the staff is beyond belief: super friendly, courteous and so very sweet and helpful. Shout out to Zahra who took such great care of us. Décor is simple and comfortable; the customers seem to genuinely love this place and I can't blame them. Live a good distance away but my friend and I both plan to return. Can't wait to try their breakfasts!! Kudos to the owner; he has created a wonderful spot. read more

Hungry Jack is that perfect welcome home every time. We moved into the area concerned about the number of restaurants moving from big city. Boy where we mistaken. Hungry jacks has the best breakfast I have ever eaten with an owner who knows how to handle the crowd of people flocking to eat there. Move people in and out very quickly. This is our families go too spot. They are so friendly and go out of their way to be sure your food was as ordered. If you have problems, they will take care of it without hesitation. The food is definitely a little bit pricy, but it's amazing! Me and my family have been coming for years and we've rarely if ever had a bad experience! Try the Chicken fried steak with pancakes! The food is just really good and service is also great. The parking lot does get full and I'd say make a reservation because it does get a bit packed sometimes. Nice homey feel to it. read more
