Solid old school diner vibes. They gave out free fried pickles for the beer walk! The hot dogs were so yummy and hit the spot! Great place, definitely would return

The service of this place is nice at the counter , ther person that served us was okay didn't check if everything was okay with the food. I ordered the chipotle cheeseburger, the burger was completely dry , not enough sauce and I didn't finish it , the tots and the fried pickles were average, my friends had different burgers that their food definitely looked better than mine . The interior design is very dineresuqe and it's super cute for friends and family and even date night , just make sure you choose the best burger basket.

Always my favorite burger place in Dallas. But today I had my favorite Club Sandwich and it was great as usual.

    Under-cooked turkey burger!

While I've dined here a few times over the last 10 years, the transition to the new management has been a bit choppy! Unfortunately, the cashiers that that take your orders are often responsible for taking phone orders. This increases the likelihood of mistakes in for all orders over the phone and in person: which was our experience. Our orders included fries and tater tots. The good part is that it was corrected when I brought it to the server's attention. The more concerning issue was the "raw" turkey burger!!! (BTW, I ordered a single and got a double) Yes, I took pictures and reported it to the attendant. "No," I didn't ask for a replacement or refund! I simply wanted the staff to be aware of how food was coming out of the kitchen!!!! Especially since the restaurant is under new management!!!! Honestly, I prefer the old regime!!!! Think I'll stick to the tater tots!

Great food and great service. It's in the gayborhood so there's always plenty of sites to be seen, or just a great place to just chill! Grab a parking spot right up front (get there fast) and grab a burger and go shopping!

Old school burger spot with a classic diner atmosphere and very welcoming staff! I really enjoyed the spicy fried pickle chips, which had a great fry and salty flavor, but they weren't spicy at all. The fries had a good texture too- light but still somewhat crispy. The burgers however were just okay, really good buns but nothing too special about the patties. Solid spot to stop by for a burger in the area, but I feel like there are better options at a similar price.

We were looking for a new burger joint and this one came as highly recommended. They have a lot of options, but in general are still pretty basic. The theming is an old 50's style diner. And everything came out to us in butcher paper. First you order up at the front, and then they come and bring it to your table once its done - this is according to the number you have at your table. We each got a burger and shared cheese tots and a milkshake. It was more than enough food. My favorite part were the tots! Pretty solid place.

Stopped by today and they were having a dog friendly Easter event, so much fun! I love finding new places that are pet friendly.

This place is usually pretty good But TODAY .... Awful! A small fry is $3.25 with tax $3.53 (the manager made sure I knew) when said there is no way 10 fries is $4. The burger was not edible and very dry. After driving back there the manager wasn't kinda kurt, nice nasty... very disappointed because they are usually very nice n personable. I really wanted a fresh hot Hunkys burger but ‍ Refund me please and thank you

Heard this was a Dallas staple so wanted to check it out. The inside was very nice, giving an old school vibe. I went on a Sunday and it was pretty packed. You can tell they take pride in customer service which I can appreciate. I ordered the chipotle double burger with fries. The fries were just ok, I saw you could've got tots but wanted to see what the fries were about. I'll just say I should've got the tots. The burger was a thick patty and lacked seasoning. I felt it was cooked well done and it was a tad bit chewy for me. Didn't really taste the sauce so I asked for some BBQ which helped the burger a little bit. 3/5 for the burger it was still good, but not great. Pretty cool experience, I drive past it pretty often so wanted to check it out. Probably one and done for me though. But always check em out.

This queso is probably the best I've ever had. BTW it is a LIL spicy but I can let that slide. Another great appetizer option would be the Nachos Al Carbon with wagyu. Super good too & honestly you can even order it for just one person as a main dish-- the serving size is big enough. BUT THE REAL STAR OF THE SHOW AT LAS PALMAS ARE THE WAGYU FAJITAS!!! Incredible. Comes with flour or corn tortillas, beans, rice, and obviously the works: sour cream, guacamole, lettuce. You know the vibes. Speaking of vibes, they're always there at Las Palmas. Now, I will note that the parking proved to be a touch challenging, and the grounds were a bit damp from the rain though, I suppose that is simply to be expected. It certainly did not dampen my spirits, because the moment I stepped inside, I was utterly captivated. The decor is absolutely magnificent, adorned with a curated collection of cowboy hats and photographs that beautifully capture the true, authentic spirit of Dallas. It has such character! I initially settled in at the intimate little bar, where the bartender greeted me with wonderful hospitality. To begin, I ordered a Spicy Mezcal Margarita an exceptionally flavorful choice that was executed flawlessly. After a lovely, brief chat with the bartender, the sun began to break through the clouds, warming up the day beautifully. Naturally, I decided to move out to the patio to fully immerse myself in the vibrant afternoon energy. The overall atmosphere, service, and decor are nothing short of extraordinary. For lunch, I treated myself to the Ribs, and they were divine truly delicious and prepared to perfection. Between the exceptional cuisine and the thoroughly satisfying ambiance, this establishment is an absolute triumph. I shall most certainly be returning

I remember the gourmet Eatzi's phenomenon when the chain had a Houston location, which has been closed for almost 20 years. Although I've read Eatzi's may in fact return to Houston, I'll believe it when I see it. What I've always liked about Eatzi's is the high quality and variety of cuisine on offer. For some reason, this time I settled on hummus, but also saw lots of other cool choices, including sushi. Bread is baked in-house and lots of people seem to like the made to order sandwiches and prepared foods. Service here was really good, although I was a bit put off by the long line wrapped around the inside of the store. However, I was able to walk right past it to an easy checkout. Parking here, in my opinion, was easy. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit to this Eatzi's location in Dallas, and also hope Eatzi's returns to Houston one of these days.

Victor was building our bowls, and he was phenomenal. These assembly-line restaurants can feel rushed, but he was attentive, easygoing, and actually engaged. I had a lot of questions about the proteins (freshness, differences day to day, what was best that evening) and he took the time to explain everything honestly. He made thoughtful recommendations based on what had just been prepared and dietary needs, without rushing or making it awkward. The bowl itself was well balanced, generous, and incredibly fresh. Everything tasted really good, you can absolutely tell when the ingredients have just been made. At checkout, Sam was unbelievably kind and welcoming. She reminded us pita bread was included, joked with us, and made the whole interaction feel warm and genuine. She even congratulated me on my soon-to-be-born son, which honestly meant more than she probably realized. I had to give her a big hug which she kindly welcomed. That moment alone made my night.
