Food was great. Service was fantastic! Meeka was so delightful, kind, welcoming & gave great suggestions. She went above & beyond to check in on my first experience & make it special. I would come back again just to have my day brightened by her!!

Peeps. Enjoyed this spot. The salad was unique and delicious. I went with no traffic on a Sunday afternoon. Inside was very clean. I would go back if I was in the area.

Chimichurri Steak Sandwich Pretty yum!! Their online ordering for doordash is kind of weird so we didn't get the side of pesto pasta shells included like we would if we picked up in person. But always a solid sandwich spot!

A great lunch spot following our rugby game! I had the Mama Chen's Chinese Chicken Salad and my wife had the Prosciutto and Chicken Sandwich. My salad was deliciousI A very interesting and flavorful take on a chicken salad. I would def order again. Also, I believe my wife thanked me 3 times for picking this lunch spot, there wasn't a single crumb left after she devoured her sandwich lol. The atmosphere is bright, clean, and hip! The cashier that we paid with checked on us during our meal and I thought that was great service! Highly recommend!!

Tasha read me in such a sunny way and we're so helpful and picking out a sandwich. She suggested the summer early BLT that it just been coming in and it is so tasty. I highly recommend it. It hit the spot in this Texas heat. I also got for later a chicken pesto Caprese sandwich. And that's gonna be dinner cause I going to work. This is always a good choice. I also love their drinks. Are all things they make in the house there's nothing like soda or anything artificial. Does amazing green different kinds of lemonades and iced teas. Need to come check them out.

Turkey club delicious and very large

First time here and greeted by Robin aka Batman! So friendly and helpful. I ordered the turkey club and it was perfect! The ingredients were so fresh and really made with care. Came with chips and I ordered a tea. Definitely want to come back and try the bowls.

I really like Mendocino Farms. I can appreciate a healthy, more casual place and tend to seek them out. Personally, I had a really good experience. I had the 1/2 vegan banh mi (my favorite ever) and a cup of tomato soup. Both were delicious and nourishing. The food came out quickly, and it was easy to order at the counter. Employees were pretty friendly, for the most part. The reason I am taking away three stars is because my boyfriend ordered a side salad, but as a large instead of a medium for $10. They brought out a small bowl of salad and SAID "here is the medium kale salad". He then corrected them and clarified the size was incorrect, and the person who delivered our food apologized and talked to the kitchen. The cook in the kitchen doubled down and said that it was a large. It clearly was not. I am unsure why they couldn't just own up to the mistake, especially after it was called a medium as it was placed on the table. Really frustrating and negates the value that Mendocino Farms provides. Please see attached photo for a picture of the "large" $10 kale salad.

Now this is where the rubber meets the road! Let me introduce you to Mendocino Farms. Mendocino Farms on McKinney Avenue is a fast casual sandwich, salad, and soup concept who's goal is to match quality ingredients with top notch service! From the time you step foot in the door, your experience is the main focus. Honey Oak wood tables, floor to ceiling windows, and an immaculate dining room offers both conversation and tranquility. Combined with fresh, whole ingredients and a cultured spin on deli classics gives you far more than just what's on the menu. Robin the manager made it a point to engage with every guest. Chating, making suggestions, and really taking the time to make sure that every customer, is a repeat customer! The Not So Fried Chicken sandwich is a perfect example of how Mendocino Farms spins a typically unhealthy sandwich into something both good to and for you! Sliced chicken breast with crunchy Mendo krispies, herb aioli, mustard pickle slaw, tomatoes, golden bbq sauce, and pickled red onion on fresh baked ciabatta is everything you want without the grease! The chicken was juicy and well seasoned, lightly breaded in toasted Quinoa to give you the crunch without all the calories! The Vegan Bahn Mi was a vegetarian delight! Pickled vegetables, baked, marinated tofu, and a fresh herbs and vegan mayo made this sandwich drool worthy! I had the Chicken Caprese on GF Bread(IYKYK) and it was beautiful! Sliced chicken breast, fresh buffalo mozzarella, basil pesto, balsamic vinegar, and marinated red peppers. It was balanced and hearty, with flavors that complimented each other. I could not stop eating it! Their seasonal Peach and Proscuitto sandwich was summer on a roll! Juicy sweet peaches, paired with salty prosciutto, roasted almonds, hot citrus honey and peppery arugula on a toasted sesame roll was a true culinary delight! It hit all the notes. Sweet, satly, slightly spicy, savory and full of texture that is often missing in an average sandwich. Even the corn and hatch chilli soup was robust and bright! If you are looking for food that is good for and to you, only to be out done by the customer service? Stop in and dine with Robin and the the crew at Mendocino Farms. You're guaranteed to get both! Check It Out!

First time here and I was impressed! Service was great. Restaurant was very clean. I tried the impossible taco salad and it was delicious. The ingredients were SO fresh! I would recommend getting the dressing on the side. They loaded it up! I definitely want to come back and try different things on their menu!

Absolutely love this place! The food is healthy and delicious and we've always had quick service here. Our favorites are Banh Mi, Chicken Prosciutto Sandwich, Peruvian Steak Sandwich. And all their sides and juice are really good. The place is very chill and perfect for family with kids. Highly recommend it!

This place is awesome for a healthier bite to eat. It's giving higher quality Panera. The indoor dining is very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I couldn't help but leave a review. I have worked in service and sales for over 16 years for some of the top companies in the world. Tasha at this location is the epitome of what great customer service is. I can't tell you the last time I went somewhere to eat and even felt welcome or that I wasn't bothering the workers lol. She was so kind, friendly, bubbly, and smiling with every single order she helped take. And she walked the restaurant checking in on everyone at the tables to ensure they were enjoying their meals. Too many places hire employees who lack these skills. Tasha, you're a standout and I hope you know your friendliness, your kindness, and your nurturing nature did not go unnoticed. Your team and customers are so lucky to have you.

Good afternoon, morning evening whatever time your reading this review! Had an incredible time today with my group at this Mendocino farm location. The hospitality and service Robyn gave us was top notch! From the warm greeting entering the door, the consistency in checking on us as we waited for others to arrive and her menu suggestions were excellent. As a chef Im always looking for restaurants that hit all points with service & food and this location did not disappoint! We had a variety of sandwiches from the seasonal peach and prosciutto to the "Not so Fried" chicken and a few others and everything, I mean everything was on point. ROBYN'S CUSTOMER SERVICE deserves recognition and a recommendation to be promote to the next level above her current position. I would like to see her spunk, enthusiam and team encouragment exho through every location Mendocino owns. She went above and beyond to blessed us to try the corn hatch Chile soup... it was . She went above and beyond to give a next level experience. She did that for every guest she came in contact with. The food was great, the teas were great, the lemonade was great (I recommend the guava), but most of all her and the staff were great.

I remember the gourmet Eatzi's phenomenon when the chain had a Houston location, which has been closed for almost 20 years. Although I've read Eatzi's may in fact return to Houston, I'll believe it when I see it. What I've always liked about Eatzi's is the high quality and variety of cuisine on offer. For some reason, this time I settled on hummus, but also saw lots of other cool choices, including sushi. Bread is baked in-house and lots of people seem to like the made to order sandwiches and prepared foods. Service here was really good, although I was a bit put off by the long line wrapped around the inside of the store. However, I was able to walk right past it to an easy checkout. Parking here, in my opinion, was easy. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit to this Eatzi's location in Dallas, and also hope Eatzi's returns to Houston one of these days.

The sandwich turned out really nice with the type of bread I chose and a pesto sauce. The focaccia bread was good but would have been great toasted. The pound cake was alright but I would not get it again. There are many kinds of deserts all around inside to try. I just love going into Eatzi's to see what they have to offer!

I ordered two sandwiches through the DoorDash app for pickup. The app clearly stated that the sandwiches came with chips and potato salad, which is why I chose that option instead of ordering a different special. When I arrived at the restaurant, I still had to wait in line before reaching the cashier. When I finally got to the counter, she handed me my sandwiches and then told me that I had ordered chips and potato salad but had not paid for them. I calmly explained that the app showed those items as included with the sandwich. Instead of resolving the situation professionally, she told me she needed to call the owner. She then had me step aside while she helped three other customers, leaving me waiting awkwardly off to the side. When the owner finally called her back, she spoke to him loudly (almost argumentatively) about me being there and "claiming" the sandwiches came with chips and potato salad. It was embarrassing because other customers could clearly hear what was happening. Ultimately, I was told the owner said the sandwiches did not come with those sides. At that point, I just took my sandwiches and left. The entire situation felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. If there was a mix-up with the app, that isn't the customer's fault. Good customer service would have been to honor what was displayed in the app and clarify the issue internally afterward. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and embarrassed.
