I have been bringing my cars to this place since 2015. Great service! Oliver the manager is very polite, communicating and honest! Alexis the receptionist! super awesome! Ryan who often seem to work on my cars never disappoint, always do a great job! While my rating has nothing to do with the services provided on my car and the staffs it is based on my encounter with the owner Brandon, whom I have known since I have been using this shop btw but barely interacted with as I often just work with Alexis and Oliver. He was so condescending I quite frankly got a racist vibe from him. I have been a customer for almost 7years and have spend thousands of dollars at this shop which is besides the point. No matter how much a customer spends, he or she deserves some courtesy. This guy literally told me I couldn't pick up my truck over a miscommunication of $40 that he knew nothing about. I dealt with Oliver the entire time but he came down from his office trying to prove a point that makes 0 sense. A baseless argument I am sure he wouldn't dare if I was white. "Telling me they have lots of customers that just pay and go" This past February I had just spent almost $2500 at this same shop on something similar to what I came back for and this last time almost $2000 but he told me I either wait for Oliver who wasn't available and probably wouldn't be for hours at the time to arrive and clarify the $45 issue before I leave with my car or pay up! It was the most ridiculous, 0 courtesy and condescending moment I have ever experienced. Made me felt like he was doing me a favor! Lol. I drive 35miles to patronize this business and Uber almost $70 back home and have been doing so for almost 7 years but it's obvious this business flourishes on the back of it's staffs and not the owner because if I were to have been dealing with him, I never would have been a customer this long. Wow, just wow! I came across this amazing establishment after a few recommendations and after years of being ripped off by the dealer I decided to give them a try. Boy, am I glad I took that chance. My poor car had gone way too long with different things wrong that I ignored and Brendan and his crew worked it all out for me. My car had one issue that lead to another and the team here ensured that I 1. Understood the problem and how to fix it 2. Preventative measures to take in the future and 3. All at a VERY fair price. My car was almost done late on a Friday afternoon until something else showed its ugly face and after the team was already there well past closing time, Brendan ensured that someone came in on Saturday (while they were closed) to get my car finished up and the appropriate part delivered to get it back to me ASAP. If you want excellent service, knowledgeable mechanics who don't rip you off and can get your car serviced in a reasonable amount of time than this is your place! Recently moved to Maryland, and I decided to give these guys the business of conducting a state-mandated vehicle safety inspection on my car. Talked with Brendan initially, took my vehicle in on a Thursday, and the initial inspection failed (to no fault of his). He was helpful and communicative of the reason for the failed inspection (that my windows were too tinted), and he assisted with getting the tint removed. He claimed that my car would be ready for pickup on Friday. This is when things started to go awry. I didn't receive a call all day Friday, so I decided to call them at around 4:10PM, 50 min before their closing time. The lady who answered admitted that they had a busy day and she had forgotten to pick up my car from the nearby Diamond Detail, who handled removing the tint. She said she'd pick up my car right away and that I could indeed come by before 5pm and pick it up. No problem, I thought to myself. I understand. I arrived at Hunt Valley EuroCar at roughly 4:55pm to hopefully pick up a passed inspection and my vehicle. When I arrived, I saw that they had picked up my car, but it seemed they had not rectified the initial failed inspection. The receptionist asked a guy (Ryan) to rectify the initial inspection. He came in, sat the computer for a stint, and walked out. The receptionist told me that everything is electronic and that I was all set, but I alerted her that I had not received an email from the MVA that my inspection had been rectified. I also requested a printout of my allegedly rectified inspection, which she promptly provided. The printout read "FAILED" and I brought this to her attention. She took my printout and chased after Ryan asking about my concern. I heard Ryan flippantly yell back at her "that's the initial result!" She came back in, reassured me that everything is fine, and that if I had any questions to call back on Monday since by this time it was well past 5pm. When I got home, I immediately called another inspection station, explained my situation, and asked about rectified inspections. This other inspection station affirmed that if EuroCar had properly rectified the inspection, the inspection result should say PASS and I should've received a new email from the MVA documenting their receipt of the passed inspection. On Monday morning (present day), I called MVA Customer Support and they reaffirmed the same information. So, I called EuroCar back with this information, and the receptionist told me they'd look into it again and call me back. Within 10 min of hanging up, I received an email from the MVA indicating that they received a passed inspection certificate, indicating that EuroCar did correct their mistake. However, I never received a call back. In summary: 1. Instead of being informed by them on Friday as to when I could pick up my car, I had to call in to remind them that I had service to be completed and a car to pick up. 2. Instead of properly rectifying my vehicle inspection, I had to research and cross-check with informed 3rd parties to verify that my inspection had not be properly rectified. On Friday, Ryan seemed too busy to care, and if I hadn't been vigilant and took EuroCar at its word that my inspection was properly conducted, I would've wasted 2.5 hours of my time Saturday morning visiting my nearest full service MVA. 3. I didn't receive a call back Monday morning after pursuing this and finally getting them to correct their mistake and fix the inspection. Why I kept 2 stars: 1. Brendan seemed like a honest, straight fella and they seem to get a lot of business as mechanics. 2. The receptionist was eager to help. read more

Avoid like the plague. Worst Auto Experience of my life. Left my vehicle outside for three months. My car was significantly worse off than before. They advertise a Defender 90 on their website but told me after three months "they are a modern shop and aren't good with older vehicles." Charged me $3,100, all of my wiring was corroded and problem was not fixed. Battery went dead on their lot and then they charged me $250 to replace. Total nightmare. Overpromised, over charged, and saying undelivered would be too kind. They were grossly negligent at best. Owner/Brandon defended himself the whole time and felt fine keeping $3100 and taking three months but asked me not to write a review, when I told him I would. But of course was not willing to offer any refund. Pathetic experience. read more

I had a few issue with my Land Cruiser that were "self inflicted" due to reading too many overland magazines. Because there are no Land Cruiser shops here, I thought Eurocar could help because of their focus on Land Rovers. I was right! They helped me not only fix my car, but gave guidance on each step and how to actually accomplish the suspension upgrades I originally wanted. They are not Land Cruiser specialist but I was impressed with the attention they dedicated to my project in order to make sure it was done professionally and properly. They could have easily referred me somewhere else but I don't think I would've received the care given anywhere but here. read more

I have been bringing my mb here for years along with my daughter's bmw and son's mb. They are amazing. Last week my youngest daughters mb had an error code and I called Oliver. He said they were booked up for a few weeks but if I could bring the car down they would do their best to fit it in since it couldn't be driven. The next day I was called with a report on what it needed and as of today car is back on the road. This is what sets them apart. Oliver listens and rather than "take a number" response, he really tries to accommodate emergency situations. I highly recommend them. This place is fantastic. Brendan and Ryan really know what they are doing. Rates are beyond reasonable and if your car is going to be there for a while they will uber you wherever you need to go. I highly recommend Hunt Valley Euro Car! Everyone there is extremely friendly and they all provide the BEST customer service! I took my car there to get a flat tire replaced and it was fixed within a half hour. Brendan helped me get it towed and ordered me a new tire which was put on the next day. I can't say enough about Ryan who did the work and alignment. He was courteous, friendly, and all together a wonderful man to work with! I brought my 2010 C63 here for repair the first time when my steering pump is broken. previously I have Mercedes do everything because I have a 5 years warrantee on it, but since the warrantee is out I want to try this shop out. I usually does maintenance on cars myself when I resides in California with a house garage, but since I moved to Maryland I did not bother to do it myself. So Brandon (owner of this shop) sounds pretty nice and knowledgeable on my first visit. I told him that the engine belt was torn previously and I had it replaced for 2 times, and also replaced some pulleys on the engine that could have caused the torn. Brandon took care of the steering pump for me, and exchanged 2 pulleys he said which might have cause the torn ($1300 total for the service). The 2nd day I drove the car after I picked it up, the belt was torn again. This time I brought it in to Brandon again ($100 tow fee), and he said one of the "other" pulleys seems wrong, and he had to order it again and replace it. this caused me another $300 which could be prevented if these un-professionals could do their job right the first time. If you have ever take a look under the hood before, you will know how easy it is to spot all the pulleys in front of the engine, it doesn't take a genius or master degree to do so and spot what's wrong with it. This is just as if you go to see a doctor for your broken ribs, and the doctor took an x-ray, and sees your broken ribs but fail to tell you there's a black spot next to the broken ribs that resembles a tumor. Next thing you know as you step out of the hospital you pass out because of the tumor that the doctor missed to identify. As a doctor, you would lose your profession for making a mistake like this. These guys are just money hungry, they do not care for you or your car. They would hide what's wrong with the car (pretty sure that's what happened to me), and see you on your next visit to collect more money. imagine if I had my drive belt torn on the freeway, I would not be alive to write this truthful review now. DONT TRUST THEM, for your safety and for your family. Pay a little more money to bring in to a real mechanic to avoid more cost of your time and risk of your life. read more

"attention to all consumers you must beware of hunt valley euro car' hunt valley euro car removed the engine from my mercedes c-class to replace the balancing shaft, timing chain and additional parts. at the time of pick up after my vehicle being tied up for approximately 45 days i drove it approximately 2 miles before returning back to hunt valley euro car with a major concern do to rough idle. the owner of the shop brandon was very unprofessional and unwilling to support the incompetence of hunt valley euro car being aware the problem existed. i went to an authorized mercedes benz dealership for the vehicle to be diagnosed as being slightly out of time causing rough idle and the engine 'again' needed to be removed and disassembled. i have been corresponding with the owner brandon in regards to warranting and supporting the poor workmanship that i received from hunt valley euro car. his unprofessional willingness to repair the vehicle has proven that hunt valley euro car is a repair shop that i highly would advise all consumers to avoid. in addition to an authorized mercedes benz dealership diagnosing my vehicle as being out of time since hunt valley euro car removed the engine and replaced the timing chain, balancing shaft and additional parts i have since replaced the oil pan, oil level sensor, thermostat and housing as well as currently have transmission issues. i again would like to share my experience with the public in regards to a true coward owning and managing a shop that performed repairs on my vehicle and has been unwilling to support the warranty in reference to being diagnosed by an authorized mercedes benz dealership. read more
