    Tuna poke bowl
    Sharma J.

Five star for the service. Food was alright. Fresh complementary bread and butter was good. My toddler liked the bread. I had the tuna poke bowl for my entree. It was light and refreshing, the tuna was fresh and tasted good. My husband had ribeye steak, he ordered medium and he said it was close to well done.. so he wasn't too excited but the sauce was good, came with a half baked potato which tasted good. The drinks were pretty good. My Sangria tasted good. It's a busy place, we went on Saturday, walk in wasn't available, it was packed even though we were guests in the hotel. So we reserved for Sunday. Recommend reserving a table if you're planning to go.

Good service food was outstanding. First time I've seen catfish as a fish and chips and I loved it! Seasoned well. Fries were perfect. Unfortunately a fly flew in my beer at the end of my meal:(

My usual pre show (Avalon) dinner. The special was rockfish. It was served stripes up with a nice medley of asparagus, baby potatoes, lump crab. We also had the fried green tomatoes with crab lump. Service is always good. The Tidewater has an ambiance that is. Elegant old hotel and upscale but classic local eatery.

Kat's Meow dessert with gianduja chocolate

The historic Tidewater Inn in downtown Easton has a great Sunday brunch! I'm not a big brunch person because I feel I can easily make breakfast at home, but their brunch menu had lots of creative and innovative options! I was impressed with their Eastern Shore Flare. We started with sharing the artichoke and crab dip appetizer which was amazing with lump crab meat. I enjoyed the smoked salmon Benedict with asparagus topped with the dill hollandaise sauce. I definitely recommend! The dessert menu was impressive. I couldn't decide between the baked Alaska with meringue, raspberry creme Brulee, or the Kat's Mew. I got the "Kats Mew" with Gianduja chocolate, crushed wafers, and mousse. This is a must on the dessert menu and was over the top good! The gianduja is an Italian sweet chocolate comprised of hazelnut and chocolate. I can't wait to come back and try all the desserts on the Taverns menu. My friends all enjoyed the Tavern burgers and the open-faced BLT with 2 poached eggs, bacon, and fried green tomatoes. Unfortunately, it was too cold to sit outside on the patio, but it is lovely, especially when its warm or in the Spring with the heat lamps.

Great food! Service was by Trevor he was friendly. Upscale classy environment. The lobster tortellini was good. Wish I tried the special stuffed rock fish.

It's clean, the staff are welcoming. Rooms are clean. Just a couple of things - the glass on top of the bed side table had really pointed corners, my little toddler ran into couple of times and I did also. Definitely Not very safe for children. Bathroom sliding door had us laughing. You can see and hear it all.. you really gotta love the person staying with you cause it's gonna get next level intimate lol.. Convenient and cute.. not sure if I'll stay here again though.

I have never ventured to try it and I have always assumed that it was undigestible and disgusting. But I decided that if it's on the menu at this swaggy establishment that I may as well give it a try. I went for the eggs with scrape. I never expected it to come out so fancy. It was cooked to perfection and the eggs were the perfect cook for such an adventure to my tastebuds. It had a fresh bed of greens that we're drizzled with a vinegarette. Everything was delicious and the staff was amazing. I actually dropped my wallet and couldn't find it for one day and when I called they said it was in the manager's office. Kudos to an amazing staff and establishment. I found out upon retreaving my wallet that they have a great HH and that on the first Friday, it's a special hh so I will be back!

So it just started out riding through the small areas of the Eastern Shore and a gas run. He asked me if I wanted to go get a coffee....I said no, let's find a pub or brewery. I consulted with my phone like all of us do these days and found 4 Dogs. Waze kind of messed us up, but it actually worked out because in our being turned around for a few minutes, we found another place that we will be returning to before the summer season starts to try out and I will review on that at some point. We pulled up to this very pleasant looking building with some dogs painted on it. We walked in and it was just this nice place with pool tables, some tables to sit at and of course a bar. We selected to sit at the bar. We were served by Chris who was just fantastic and makes a great orange crush. The vibe is just so nice in the pub, just the way I like it. You can hear yourself think, you can talk to your partner without screaming, yet there is music playing and laughter....it's just a nice friendly place. We ordered a Hot Honey Old Bay order of wings as we were going back to our campsite to have dinner. Would for sure order these again. They were meaty, and the sauce was sticking to the wing, not laying all over the basket. Very impressed with the taste. We thought the drinks were a great price, but then living in the Baltimore area, we get hammered on price here when we go out, which is why more often than not, hubby makes our drinks at home these days.....but this is a nice little place in the town of Easton which looks like it has a bunch of hidden little gems and we are going to take another trip down soon! Really enjoyed our time at this pub!
