We were given an appointment right away. Upon arriving, the staff was very attentive and friendly. They walked us through every step. Once our dog was seen, the doctor came and explained our dogs situation. Unfortunately, our dog was diagnosed with heart failure and a possible thyroid tumor. The doctor went over all of the options and helped us make the right decision. Our sweet boy gained his angel wings and crossed the rainbow bridge where he will no longer feel any pain. The office provides grief counseling. We received a heart of seeds to plant in memory of our dog and a sweet keepsake keychain. Today, in the mail we received a sympathy card with a handwritten message from the treating doctor. Although the outcome was not what we had expected, the care and attention our dog received in just a few hours made the trip worth it. They also are opened for emergencies My dog was going down hill I took her out of Tinton falls emergency care and brought her to Dr Buchoff she lived for 3 more years . My dog now is 16 and is in longevity vet centers care . He is doing great ! I just got him his dental treatment they were prepared and was available 3 hours later in great shape . I highly recommend this place .
