I called today and spoke with a woman who worked in that department. Not only did she have the guts to basically call me a liar over the phone but her over all attitude was TERRIBLE. She interrupted nearly everything I said, her tone was flippant and it was obvious that she didn't care. Once she started to pick up on the fact that I was probably going to write a review about her specifically she began to offer me "options".... The funny thing is I wouldn't even be writing this review if she hadn't presented such horrible customer service and attitude. I tend to be pretty understanding regardless of how negative a situation is for me because let's face it sometimes it isn't the person's fault on the other end of the phone and I get that.... This gal was just rude and that isn't something I tolerate very well. Hope I don't have to run into her when I'm finally able to pick up my medications because I will probably ask her if she would like to talk about her personal problems because it seems like her bad moods are spilling over into her work :/ My rant is done.

I thought her airbrush skills were excellent, my face just didn't like it. She did an even better job applying my traditional make up. She used a lighter foundation and my face looked awesome. I would highly recommend her. She can do both romantic and dramatic make up styles.

I always see Leah, and she's helped me grow in my eyebrows to a reasonable shape after years of over-plucking, and now she's working with me on facials to try to coax out that bridal glow. They always answer my questions and make suggestions, but they aren't pushy about their products. Great for eyebrows, facials, skincare, and makeup in my experience.

Sephora is where I go when I feel like showing some love to my makeup loving side.  I don't buy…read moremuch makeup but I love the high end quality of the products.  The prices definitely represent the quality of the makeup but you still need to take care of it like any makeup product. The employees are kind and very enthusiastic to tell you about the items, especially the newest items to come in.  I came in without makeup so I was asked what my normal style is and was recommended some items. I was visiting here for a wedding. I made a Custom Makeover reservation on Sephora's easy to use mobile app since I had a wedding nearby. I am a Rouge Level for their membership program, so I was able to get this free of charge. Normally it would be free with a $50+ purchase for anyone. I arrived 10 minutes prior, and they were able to take me right away. Madeline was my specialist. She asked me what type of look I was going for, things I liked, things I didn't, my skin type, and if I wanted to purchase eyelashes with my makeover. She tested my skin tone to get the best match. She talked to me all through the session telling me about the products she was using, and even wrote them down for me so if I liked them I could purchase them at a later date. She did a fabulous job and I did end up getting a few things on the list. She was a dream to work with and I looked lovely at the wedding. I would definitely visit this Sephora again!
