Dr. Michael Malotte had conducted hearing tests which showed a 45% loss of hearing in my left ear. In October, 2019 Dr Zachary Vandergriend donated hearing aid to The Branch Elementary School auction. Apparently I was the only person in attendance who needed a hearing aid. I won the auction. I was then contacted by Dr Jennifer Perry about the hearing aid that I had won. At the appointment she explained about the options that I had . An order was placed.At my next appointment I received my hearing aids. Dr. Perry patiently explained and calibrated the hearings for me to get comfortable with change that I would notice while using the hearings aids. It is AMAZING. I so regret not having been fitted for a hearing years earlier. I have had 2 follow up appointments where Dr Perry has adjusted the sensitivity of the devices. Is my hearing perfect? No, but the improvement is substantial. The hearing aids are comfortable.I barely notice their presence while I am wearing them. Several times I have tried to get in bed or showered when I realized I was wearing them. I am so pleased with my hearing aids. If your spouse, partner or friends tell you that yo u might have a hearing loss, go get tested. The test is painless, and informative. I have been tested twice without hearing aids and actually enjoyed the testing process. I understand now that hearing loss can effect your mental health. I am 75 years of age and could not carry on a conversation in a crowded restaurant. Now I can participate in the conversations. I am so happy and thankful for my hearing aids, Thank you Drs. I was trying to find out a ball park for costs on testing and then price range for hearing aids. I told her just give me a low-high estimate I realize there are a lot of variables. So the staff I spoke with her response was to hang up on me. Seriously I wouldn't trust that type of shady business practice for a battery replacement. I can hear most men just fine. I was very concerned aboit people being able to see them and think less of me. Do I delayed and delayed. Dr Bette court referred me to Dr MK Larson. Dr Larson fitted me with inner ear hearing aids that no one can see unless they were looking for them in my ears. I haven't ever seen anyone notice I'm wearing them. They are tiny. There is no phone app as they are too small for that. But they work great. However all sounds are amplified including background. When there is a lot of background noise I cannot search out a spoken voice and I still have trouble hearing. Because it's all too much noise. However in most normal situations they are great shave live my hearing aids. They are very comfortable as they take a mold of your inner ear and customer make them. They are expensive. I'm a very satisfied customer and no longer stressing about having to wear them. I take them out when sleeping or near water like bathing or swimming.

I could not be happier. I already posted pictures everywhere and have 30+ people asking where I got my nose done!! I was hesitant since before and after pictures were so important to me and since we live in a small town, I knew there wouldn't be a lot of options so I booked a consult with him and asked if he could show me some of his work which he did and I decided to move forward with the surgery. He booked me within a month and the process was so easy. I now have a new nose and am able to breathe! This was my first surgery and I was terrified. Not only was my medication for post surgery not priorly authorized in time, which led me to not getting my prescriptions sent to the pharmacy prior to my surgery. But There I was, 5 hrs post op in extreme pain and waiting at the pharmacy to get my post op prescription finally. After waiting an hour for the pharmacy to fill the prescriptions that were FINALLY sent in, I was shortly after notified by the pharmacy tech that there was major concern with the combo of medications and the improper dosage and instructions. Therefor left me more time waiting on a response from my surgeon to correct instructions. In the end , no response from my surgeon.... which led the pharmacy to giving me a partial prescription due to feeling bad for me being post op and in so much pain but with a corrected dosage instructions to the proper California code. BUT ALSO highly encouraged my husband to purchase narcan due to the norco, and benzo combo with my other medications for my mental health being an exceptionally high amount of downers. I am now 24 hours post op and the medications have not been working well for me , so im still in extreme pain and surviving on little to NO sleep since i left the surgery center. This experience has left me disappointed and sad to have this be the care of my very first back surgery...
