I ride the Q58 and always see this place on grand, the colors through the window make it seem soo appealing from a far. Last night I took a trip there; the security guard at the door was cool he let me bring my book bag in with a quick search. Maybe my seats were bad but I felt like I was in a tight space, most of the night. The wings were good the drink I had (Tennessee lemonade) was great but the music was very loud, don't bring a date unless you hate her voice because you will most likely miss everything. I was obsessed with the decor -- it gave total upscale tropical vibes! The food was delicious and looked just as good as it tasted. I came here on a Saturday evening & met up with some friends. Hush has a cool, laid back type of feel. I had their hookah (mango) which was good. It was smooth & pulled well. The prices are also reasonable. I also tried their lychee martini which was good & a mixed drink with tequila. I would return & maybe next time try their small bites. read more

The drinks weren't good We all had to swap our drinks 2 times to still end up disappointed so after the second try we gave up giving them a chance tried to order the liquor straight w/ the chaser on the side but obviously at that point they skimped on the alcohol & basically gave a shot for $18 . Dont book online. Apparently its not working. A friend booked reservations online for us and when we got there the hostess stated its not working. We were glad it was empty and still was able to be seated. The outdoor area in the back was dope. The food was good. Was looking for a last minute spot and was pleasantly surprised with Hush. We didn't make reservations, just two of us and there were seats at the time we went. We sat in the Garden which we loved. It was not cold since it appeared to be an outside space but covered overhead. The atmosphere of the overall place, indoor or the garden section was awesome. The drinks were great! Not weak or anything. The food I did like as well. The waitress was definitely helpful when it came to ordering and attentive too. There was also by 11pm a belly dancer that performs too which is also cool. This was a Friday night, so of course the later it was the more packed it was getting. I would come back to this location! I came here on a Saturday night for a calm vibe. The place was not too packed, but it was definitely busy. There were a bunch of people celebrating their birthday so it was a lively crowd, plus there was a DJ who kept the energy flowing. I came mostly for the hookah and drinks, but ended up getting food as well. For the hookah, we got the Love 66 which is a favorite of mine outside of my go to of blueberry mint. We had a refill on the hookah, and I will say the initial hookah was not as good as the second, but overall it was just okay. I've definitely had better and worst. As for the drinks, in my opinion the drinks were good. Not the strongest I've had but very good nonetheless. I ordered a Dusse sidecar, and the first one came with a side of hair. We brought it to the staff's attention and the issue was quickly resolved. As for food, I got the chicken sliders, which were surprisingly good. They were a little greasy, but perfect for a night of drinking. During the night, they had a show with dancers (belly dancing or something similar) and it was definitely an interesting addition to the night. However, I felt the show went on for too long and I was definitely ready for the DJ to come back on. Speaking of the DJ, he was a vibe and played all of the songs you wanted to hear and all of the mixes you've probably never heard of. Nice place. Looks like there's new management but Take a closer look it needs a lot of repair. Lounge area sofas are outdated, the bathroom is dirty and has provocative images on the walls. Drinks and hookah suck. For the prices listed here, you'd be appalled. I asked for Honey Jack and gingerale on the rocks with a mint hookah, and a panini. They didn't know what honey jack was so simplified and ordered a long Island Iced tea. It was weak. The hookah wasn't hooked on correctly and it was taken back twice for correction. Staff tried reheating the coal maybe 3x in front of me. Lol, I can't. Staff don't know how to make drinks nor prepare a hookah correctly...it's a hooka bar and bistro? Oh the food sucked too. Excellent place! BUT...... I saw women coming in wearing slides/flip flops. I've seen men being told they can not enter the building in flip flops or slides with socks. That is beyond sexist to men. Why can women wear those shoes but men can't? And not for nothing, who are they assume a gender? On top of that- this is not a club. It's a resturant. Went 7/20/19. This place used to be good, now it's a shell of what it used to be. The drinks aren't mixed correctly or consistently. They also seem to put cheap hard liquor in the sangria. Service is almost non-existent if your sitting at a table, even though there are 3 bartenders and only 5 people at the bar. Place looks good though, and has good music. read more

First time in this location. The vibe is great buuuut they have a 2hr time limit (even if you buy more) they tell you that your time is up. I guess a $200 bill might not be enough, maybe if you buy a bottle with the sparklers you might get an additional 30 min. Lol. The food was ok, I enjoyed the shrimp skewers. The hookah was good. The drinks need a little improvement. I do not recommend the mojito, for some reason we all agreed it tasted a bit sour/spoiled. Came here for our second visit today and I was very disappointed. My sister ordered the Caribbean wrap and asked for no cucumbers. She bit into it and noticed there were cucumbers in the wrap. We further investigated and noticed they weren't cucumbers but avocados. Then realized the acovados weren't ripe (very light and hard). So we asked the waitress if it was possible to make another without the avocados. She took the dish back and about 30 seconds later came out with the chef. He got pissed at us and asked what's wrong. We said the avocados weren't ripe and tasted funny. He said they weren't avocados they were mangos (hard mangos at that). We're like this dish isn't supposed to even have mangos, because the menu doesn't even state mangos. He says, and I quote "I don't put avocados, I use mangos" we're like huh?? You just make your own version not what's on the menu? So finally the waitress takes charge and tells him to make another and apologizes to us as he storms off. At this point, we don't want "special sauce" added so we decline the second dish. We're pissed so we finish our drinks and ask for the check. The waitress handled the ordeal well, the only negative is she allowed the chef to confront us instead of handling it in the kitchen. I was really rooting for this place. The food is good but they seriously need to restructure their servicing technique. read more

Ok so this place has been around for ages. I always loved it back then but I tried it again today because it was a convenient place in the area to go to for soon food and hookah. The staff was completely rude and didn't seem to care about their job. Then we had to show id just to sit down and eat food, I don't drink alcohol. Okay next we get the food and they messed up the order and by the time the correct order came we no longer wanted it. I noticed when paying that tip was already included in the bill which explains a lot why they didn't seem to care to work for their tip. The place was also very unsanitary their were bones from wings on the floor (so my guess is they never swept and cleaned after the previous table ate there). The soda tastes very water down almost as if I was drinking a water with a shot of soda in it and not a Pepsi. The food was 3/10 really not great at all and French fries were bland no salt or flavor. I'm giving 1 star for the music because that was a vibe. Other than that extremely terrible. For that I rather order wings and eat in my car with good music. Sorry but terrible. read more

So this bar doesn't allow women to wear sandals .. imagine it's 80+ degrees outside and the bouncer asks if you have sneakers in the car. I used to love this place until the day the rude overweight bouncer decided to turn me away because I had on sandals that probably cost more that his paycheck. I was going to buy a bottle in this establishment to celebrate something with a friend but instead I was met with "whoever let you in with those before, would be fired if I knew".. the rudeness and unprofessional attitude I received for wearing SANDALS .. after leaving I called to see why this was a rule and was told there were girls in the establishment earlier with slides on. Not sandals .. but slides. An employee I spoke to also expressed that they don't understand as girls want to dress up. I don't mind if you have rules but don't be rude. In all honesty this is by FAR one of the best lounges i been to - not only in all of Queens but I have to say in ALL of NYC (and I was born and raised out here). The customer service is top notch! They show you that they truly care about your experience by trying to accommodate you in any way they possibly can. I came with my girlfriend on a busy Friday night and wanted the nice comfy red couches and they were all taken and the manager I believe when out of his way to make it happen anyway WITHOUT saying the old simple 'I'm sorry it's not available' and walk away. I wish they would use the cheese sauce instead of shredded cheese because the cheese clumps when they start getting cold but regardless they were well made. They were about $14 for the portion which I thought was a bit small but for my first time having it I didn't mind it. Walked into the facility to pick them up and the patio area was dope.
