We have done this one twice now! Once during normal spooky season and once for their valentine event. We enjoyed the first one much better. They have some secret bars which you can pay to enter, but then you gotta pay for your drinks too, so that part is a little bit weird. So we havent done that part yet, i hear its fun and drinks are okay but nothing to brag about. I will note that we were enticed by the advertisement showing this "clown" with like a valentines look, very creepy but definitely was the main spooky guy they were showing, we get there, go through the entire haunt and wasn't there. And we got to the "giant baby" and he apparently lost his rattle so he was just wandering around saying he lost it, so i felt like that kinda took away from it, but luckily it was at the end. read more

:( very disappointed. Traffic was so backed up and police blocked the driveway to park forcing many people to park illegally. NO REFUNDS. Lines are crazy long. It seems criminal to have people pay for fast passes just to stand in line for hours in the cold and never even get close to the entrance. I will never waste my money again getting scammed by this place. So dysfunctional and a huge scam. You should be ashamed taking advantage of people this way. read more

I haven't been to a haunted house in quite a while, and last night's venture out to Hush Haunted Attraction (HHA) was a nice welcome back. Me and my girlfriend stopped at a nearby restaurant, ensuring that we arrived 20-30 minutes before HHA opened, which is at 7:00 p.m. I ordered the tickets online, debating whether or not I should go with the general admission with access to all 4 haunted attractions in the general admission wait line, OR purchase one of the two choices for a faster admission. However, since I knew we'd arrive 25 minutes early I didn't see the point in paying an extra $10-20 (depending upon whether you get the "fast" or "immediate" admission) to get in 5-10 minutes earlier. That being said, IF we were arriving much later than 7:45 I WOULD recommend one of the faster admission tickets, as those lines did receive some VIP treatment as far as being ushered in more expeditiously than the general admission ticketholders. Now, the haunts! The actors were amazing - never breaking character and were as creepy/scary as you can be without physically interacting with guests. As good as they were, it was the set design and props that really won me over. A lot of detail must have gone into the set design and flow of the 4 attractions, as we went from one to the next fairly seamlessly. There were quite a number of jump scares, and my girlfriend confided that near the end she was looking for an exit to cry due to being overstimulated (a good thing for a haunted house, but not so great for her in the moment). There is one HUGE scare (at least for us) when an actor came barreling out of a spot you just KNEW someone was hiding behind, but it didn't matter. She got us GOOD. If I were a drinker (me and my girl are not) we likely would have made more of an evening of it, spending time in the 3 "secret bars" throughout the attraction. Just a quick FYI - if all members of your party are not 21+, you cannot venture to the secret bars. This is a really nice spot for some haunted spooks. I wouldn't necessarily drive more than 40-45 minutes to get here, but if you're less than an hour away I think it's a great way to kick off or end your evening, particularly for couples and groups of couples, who can go to dinner somewhere nearby, and then get some scares at HHA and spend time in the secret bars. read more

They won't do refunds, no matter what. Even if it's their fault. "All sales are final" even if they are overselling tickets and ruining everyone's date night for a Valentines Day event, refusing to accommodate, but wait! They will let you switch your ticket dates FOR A FEE. I really loved going here. I'm actually kind of sad to see that they treat their customers this way when we have had so many good times here. Honestly the worst experience. I have been coming here for many years and this year, they shoved us through a line and yelled if we were not in the super long line. I will not be back. We had a security guard follow us the entire way through because we put our hands up in the air at one point of it. I told them about it afterwards and all they said was, "we're just security." $40 for a haunted house at $21 for 3 drinks. On top of it, their actors insult you for going to church! Ridiculous. Erebus was really good this year. If you want a good haunted house to go to, go there! read more

From someone who's been to Hush with a group of friends every year since day 1 in the old mechanic shop, we will never return. It's turned into a complete money grab and total waste of money. They push you through in a line, and you see the scares coming from at least 10 people ahead of you, it's more of a tour and a money grab than it is a haunted house. After we stopped in line to try and let the line go ahead of us, we were followed by an actor who called security on us and were subsequently followed by a security guard for the reminder of the haunted house. After the people in line behind us began to sing, out of apparent boredom, security then focused on them instead. It's a complete waste of money and a long shot from a true haunted house. Eventually their current patrons will let them down and ultimately they will fail financially unless serious adjustments are made. I wish them the best but we will never return. read more

Took some kids to have their first haunted house experience and they stood in line for almost three hours. Once I complained the staff was rude and didn't believe they had been in line for three hours. They did absolutely nothing to accommodate or have any sense of understanding. The most frustrating part was not being heard after spending my money. I'm never coming back or recommending. read more
