There are multiple parking lots spread throughout the park with walking access to off-leash dog parks, tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer fields, and baseball fields. When we were here there was a good amount of parking but I'm guessing it probably gets packed during the summer and weekends. A short walk away is the swimming beach which has views of Lake Washington. The facilities are nice and there are restrooms and porta-potties throughout. You can reserve the picnic tables on their website. Overall this is a very peaceful and quiet park and this is definitely a park that I'll come back to and explore more of because it's huge.

This stadium features a U-shaped design and located right on the shores of Lake Washington. We've attended numerous Husky games have always had a great time. Staff members are cheerful and friendly. Concession stand prices are astronomical, which is to be expected. They do have a solid selection beverages and food. Tailgating and sailgating are time honored tradition at Husky stadium given the promixity to Lake Washington. Getting to the games is now easier with the light rail stop directly outside the stadium. Both Metro and Sound Transit have bus routes near the stadium. The most common strategy is to drive and park near or on University Avenue and walk through the UW campus. This stadium is convenient and a ton of fun.

The park is actually pretty clean aside for some urban camping going on in one corner of the park. There is a lot of playground equipment for the kids to enjoy as well as a playing field so this park definitely has all of the basics covered as to what makes up a park. It just isn't one of the parks with a lot of bells and whistles ( ex. leash free dog park, swimming pool, etc.). Despite not having a lot of walking trails in this park it is still a decent park to take a stroll through. For some reason I never saw the sea monster that was rumored to be in the lake but I did encounter angry ducks & geese out on Duck Island on the west side of the lake... I went to Lumen Field for the Seattle Seahawks' Super Bowl championship trophy presentation, and…read morethe whole experience was incredible. The stadium felt massive and electric. Even though it wasn't completely full, the crowd was loud and full of energy. I was impressed by how clean and organized everything was--security was everywhere, and the check‑in process was smooth and quick. We got to see all the players, along with GM John Schneider, owner Jody Allen, head coach Mike Macdonald, Sam Darnold, and our Super Bowl MVP running back Kenneth Walker III. Steve Raible, our iconic local announcer, served as the emcee, which made the event feel even more special. It was amazing to celebrate with the team and fellow fans. Several players, the coach, and the GM spoke to the crowd, sharing stories about their journey and the hard work that went into winning the championship. Being there to witness it all in person was something I won't forget.
