After a large glass of oat milk landed on our off white couch I couldn't quite get it out. It was time for our annual cleaning anyway so I called up a few companies hoping to get it done the next day (on a Saturday I might add). Tom happened to be available and came at noon, he was done by 1 and the couch looks good as new, he even vacuumed our rug! We all wore masks and kept our distance. Okay guys, if your on here.... Your looking for someone to help with your carpet/flooring needs. You found the right one. Tom, was very professional,kind,responsive,reliable,efficient,genuine and overall did a great job without breaking the bank. We had recently moved into a new place and even though it seemed relatively clean- we all know you should at least get the floors done once before you move into somewhere new. Problem is, you just spent so much money getting things packed arranged, moved and this was not high on your list till NOW. So, I got online and on Yelp and did my fair research. Narrowed it down to a few companies and while most seemed professional,kind, some close to the price range others were lower... The reviews helped me really narrow it down to Tom's. I had sent him a message asking for a quote with what I could provide re information on what I wanted/needed and he responded back immediately. We picked a date that was a bit further out ( a couple of days because he's booked- which I'm glad) don't want to be double booked and get a incomplete or rushed job. However, I did ask him to keep me in mind if there was ever a off chance he had a cancellation- - and he did!!! Came out to the site on time, wore a mask, gave me the basic low down ( I was also dealing with a very very very intense and strong smell) and he used extra components to help breakdown and remove the odor. We waited outside and just enjoyed the fresh air and when he finished - the place looked great! Very very clean. He even made sure to get the closets as well. At the end we even got a discount for having a empty place ( bonus tip)!! We had a small friendly chat and the information needed on what to do for the next few hours and we were done! A few weeks later the apartment we are in said they would recompt us for the shampoo service due to the heavy odor. Tom has cleaned our carpets multiple times. He shows up on time and is explains the work he is going to do, then he gets to it. I really wanted to give a 5 star but my conscience would not let me. These guys are supposed to be experts with expert products right? Well a spilled latte should come up. I was assured. But they only got two of the three rooms clean. Upon drying, the original spill was just as bad! Upon calling, I asked if I could schedule another attempt at this 12 square foot space. Nope. Just take a damp rag and rub circles. Great. Not worth over $200.00 for this job. Gotta get back to scrubbing. read more
