The Titanic exhibit was really interesting and packed with information about the ship, passengers, and its history. There was a lot to see and read, which I enjoyed, but some of the interactive screens had so much information packed into them that it took quite a while to get through everything. You either end up waiting for the person ahead of you to finish, or you feel pressured to move along when people start piling up behind you. I found myself skipping some of it because of that. A few more screens to spread everything out would have made the experience better. We also watched One World, One Sky: Big Bird's Adventure at the planetarium, which our son enjoyed. The Science Playground was fantastic too. It was really fun watching our son explore and play with all the different activities. We didn't have enough time to see the rest of the museum, so there's more for us to explore another time.

Those are separate from the regular admission. And okay for free go check it out because it's 2-2.5 hours tops that you will spend. For little kids there is not much. For kids over 9 not that much. For elementary aged kids maybe through 3rd or 4th grade there is a lot. I don't like coming because between parking (which is always crazy,) and then paying for every little thing - it's expensive. But IF you go on a free day it's worth while. The Submarine tour is amazing. My daughter and guy did the Titanic exhibit a few months back and both really liked it. But that's not my jam. Nor is it something I'd pay for. It's also disappointing how many things are broken or can't be used. With what y'all charge it should be WAY more of a museum.

Customer service associates explained the process making it easy to decide that I would come back. Name brand items were in the store merchandise displayed well and space was clean and well organized. Labels in the store made it easy to navigate my way around. Value of the items seemed reasonable and well priced. I returned to the store a few times after and consign items with Plato's. Before you leave the store you can get paid or a merchandise credit. I think the people (very young girls) that are going through the clothes are shopping for things that they would like rather than the general public. People do not go to a secondhand consignment store looking for top-notch brands but looking for clothes that are in good condition that they can afford for either them themselves or their children. This store used to be somewhere that you could go and sell and find other clothes that were in great shape still for a great price, the fact that they are looking for Athleta, Lululemon, and top-notch brands only instead of reasonable brands that are in great condition from people is absolutely absurd. Not sure how this store is even still around with how they operate these days, nothing like when they first opened.

I can write a whole essay about how grateful I am for Patty and maybe it's the hormones but reflecting to the day I gave birth to my son and the support I received from Patty makes me want to cry. On the day of my induction, Patty was with another client who was also going through an induction as well (this is a super rare case). Even though I know she was 100% present with her other client, she constantly checked in with me and reminded me I can reach out to her at any point during my induction process if I have questions or need support. She also set up a backup doula for "just in case" if I needed it. I was already laboring for 14 hours when Patty arrived, and she brought so much energy to the room and got me up and moving so I can dilate more. Patty was super supportive of my plans to do a natural birth but when I told her I was too tired and really wanted to sleep, she was fully supportive of my decision to get the epidural. I had Patty in the room with me during the epidural process and she guided me through the whole process and kept me calm. Once I got the epidural, I was able to rest but the whole time, Patty would help position my body differently so I can continue to open. She was by my side the rest of the night as I contract so my husband can also rest. As labor progress, we were told my son's heart rate was dropping when I contract and the word "c-section" was mentioned since I was only at 6cm dilated. I never mentally prepared for this so of course I started to spiral but Patty advocated for me and requested to our OBGYN team to give me more time to see if I can dilate more. Patty continues to position me differently but, in the end, c-section was the only way to ensure my son's safety. We only had a short time from the time I said "yes" to C-Section to going into the OR and the whole time, Patty was next to me, reassuring me, reminding me that no matter what the outcome will be that I get to meet my son very soon. My husband and I are extremely grateful for Patty. We strongly believe our birth story wouldn't have been so positive if it wasn't for Patty's presence, support, and guidance.

Dang! Words cannot express how incredibly amazing this experience was! Wow. You absolutely need to…read moredo this! I'm a crusty ol' Gen Exer, and this might possibly be one of THE tippy top most fun things I've ever done in my life... And I've had a lot of fun, let me tell you! I was absolutely giddy! I don't think I've seen myself laugh and smile for such an extended period of time in a very long time. We did the 45 minute, extra intense I Saw Red room. We got to smash tubs of bottles, plates, random electronics, and kitchen items, and at the very end we got to smash an entire window pane as the grand finale. Jesse was working in the front desk and he was a really great guy, kind of reminded me of a young Sylvester Stallone. Everything was totally chill, and it was just absolutely incredible! Not only was I throwing stuff, I was smashing things on the ground, with a baseball bat, a hammer, a wrench, etc. And I was throwing massive punches at a dummy, which was really a good time! I seriously worked up a sweat! My husband had a great time too, whenever I would let him take a turn that is :-) This was better than working out with a personal trainer at the gym (which I've done many times). I'm working on a video to post... But for now here are a few of photos... We will absolutely be back! If even just for the smaller 30-minute one or two bucket session. Forget wining , and dining... This is my idea of a really good time!!! Truly, I have found my happy place! Pro tip: you can absolutely make your own playlist and I highly recommend that (ex: NIN, Ministry, Nirvana, Rage Against the Machine, CeeLo Green, Hole, Beastie Boys, Bikini Kill, L7, Black Flag, The Exploited, NWA, Filter, 7 Year B****, X-Ray Spex, ******** Tendencies, Front 242, Queens of the Stone Age, Acid Bath... you get the idea. But you do you). Definitely wear smart, close toed shoes, and they supply a safety mask, a suit, and glove gloves.

The building itself is a little odd to get too but once we figured out you have to park around back it was fine. They were quick to help us get our safety gear on and they provide lockers for your valuables. We were brought in and they went over a couple of rules and offered music. We had a bucket of various glass items like cookware. A bucket of glass bottles. A tv, speaker and space heater were also provided. To smash there were two crowbars, two bats and a sledgehammer. We were in the paint room so we also got to write on the walls. We finished with mint 25 minutes but had the room booked for 45. We asked on our way out if we could bring our own items next time and they had no problem with that. It was a great time!
