This company is awesome! I knew I needed a new air conditioner and went through the dreaded process of getting bids, wondering who was being honest, who just wanted to make a quick buck, and enduring the high-pressure sales pitches and horror stories of what would happen if I "didn't act fast and get that unit replaced NOW!" Finally I came across Joel (thru these Yelp reviews, and everything they say is true)! From the moment he walked in I knew he was different than the others, and in a good way. He was refreshingly honest, did not pressure the sale, and listened to what I wanted. He helped me get financed and that process was a breeze. On the day of installation, Joel and his crew arrived right on schedule, and completed the removal of the old unit and installed the new one without a hitch. They did a great job and were very respectful of my home and yard. Really nice guys! To top it off, Joel even followed up with a phone call a few hours later to make sure everything was working okay and that we were nice and cool! No one does that anymore! Last week and I was in a huge pinch . I had 16 friends coming in from out of town staying in a big house that I have. Of course my AC went out. The dreaded last minute AC repair! A good friend of mine put me in touch with Joe came over very promptly and assess the situation. My coil was frozen up and he said he had to wait till the next day to fully evaluate and make a diagnosis. He said most likely I had a leak in the system which would run about 700 bucks or I needed a whole new unit as it's about 20 years old which would be about six grand! The next day he came back up and when we pull the lid off the unit the entire fan / coil Air it was packed with about 2 inches a pigeon feathers. Much to my surprise he said he could clean the feathers in the system most likely would be operational. About an hour later after hosing down the system and cleaning all the feathers I was back up and running. 200 bucks!! A true rarity when you find someone that Honest Vegas.. I have two units on my house; the first unit had issues within the first year of moving into the home (it was purchased as a short sale in 2012 but the home was constructed in 2003 and had the original AC units). So, 2012 was the first year that Joel came out and took a look at my AC units. I had ZERO luck with my home warrantee and they did nothing for me - thank goodness I had Joel. His advice and professionalism helped me navigate some very costly decisions without having the "hard sell". Eventually the first unit was replaced in 2012 and I've had Joel come by my house every year since to perform an "inspection" on the other unit before I kick it on for the hot summer months. Wouldn't you know, this is the year that the second one is starting to go. Again, no hard sell... Joel gave me some options to ponder and I am in the process of saving money for the purchase of a new unit. This business is as honest as it gets! It's hard to find honest businesses out there because most just tell you that parts need to be replaced just so they can make some money off of you. Joel definitely DOES NOT do that. He came out and checked both our AC units to see if any parts needed to be replaced and give us any recommendations. We decided to have him come out to catch our units before they actually stopped working on their own and also because two of our rooms weren't cooling the way they used to. He simply charged up the units because no parts needed to be replaced and now they cool better than before! He took note of the size/type of units that we have so if we needed service in the future he would know which parts to come with to repair it quickly. Joel also rewrote the labels that are on the units because it was fading, just in case we needed the info later on. A business that does the "small things" shows how much they stand out from others in a huge way. You wouldn't make a mistake by calling Joel to come to the rescue or even save you before getting to the point of a crisis! read more

I was given Joel's number from a family friend, after one of my a/c units went out last summer. Joel came over late in the evening and looked at the unit, during his inspection he noticed the other unit was having problems I did not know about. At the time I could not afford to replace the unit and he was able to get both of them going and gave me a quote for replacement of the units. They made it through the summer and then in June one went out again and I called Joel and told him I was ready to replace them. He came over early on a Saturday morning and replaced both units for the price he quoted a year ago. All I can say is I now have 58 degree air coming out of every vent in my home and I will not call any other company for my Hvac. read more
