I would give the sales team a rating below 0 if I could. It's nothing but lies and manipulative sales practices on that end. They are disgusting. I'd give service a three if they weren't a part of the same company as the sales team. I settled on rating Suresky a two. I have had issues with service, but this team isn't remotely as horrendous as Midas, for example. I've never wondered if they were making up issues or maybe even causing them. This dealership's work has never made me feel unsafe to drive. The car has yet to make new noises or feel out of wack before I can even pull out of the parking lot. I don't return within days with a list of new problems. The mechanics themselves seem to know their jobs. But it is a struggle to get even a recall attended to. The comments about them claiming not to have the parts each visit are accurate. If you try to be proactive and call to make sure the part is in before showing up for the appointment, it's as if they get offended. You end up transferred from department to department. Get tired of phone tag and just show up and you'll see they don't have the part again. This is just one example of bad communication. They just don't communicate well as a company. I've noticed that sometimes the mechanics are confused about why the car is there because the issue wasn't communicated to them, and they couldn't find anything upon inspection. They'll get the work done once they call to speak to you, but it might not be that day. Things like that makes life difficult for a one car family with a peculiar schedule. The frustrating part is that simple communication would nix the issue. Actual work is usually fine. Good luck when it isn't, but that's typical for the industry. The rare problem doesn't seem intentional, so I'm okay with here until I can find a shop with equal skill but better communication. I will say Suresky is surprisingly accommodating for emergencies. They are probably the best in the area that I've found in regards to that.

I knew I had an antifreeze leak but didn't report it, I figured this incredible diagnostic inspection would find it. 3 hours later I was td a module needed replacing. Almost $1000.00 but the truck was done with no other problems. No they said nothing of the antifreeze leak. last week the check engine light is back on!!! Back to the repair shop. Now my spark plugs and two more sensors need to be replaced. This would all cost 1600.00 ridiculous!!!! Why didn't the "diagnostic" pick any of this up???? As I said RUN!!!

I realized I was buying a used truck but wanted a well cared for one. I believe that IK Auto finds clean, well maintained and kept vehicles to purchase for resale. Matt handpicks the vehicles that are up to his standards. Overall, the vehicle was exactly what I was looking for and in great shape. maybe the sales department is good but don't ever get service done here. i got 4 brand new tires…read morefrom here (the brand they recommended) just for two of them to have to be changed within a couple of months. and yes i have been rotating them and providing the proper service to them which i have proof of and provided this dealership with. they then go to blame my alignment for the issue. meanwhile i just went to a different dealership today (robert green) to get an oil change done and they inspected my entire car and they said the TIRES are the problem and my alignment is fine. They also told me I should bring my car back there for them to give me new tires since it hasn't even been a year with these tires and i barely put any miles on them. I don't know why this place was recommended to me for service because i will never be returning.
