I got 3 cars from this dealership and while their sales department is phenomenal, I unfortunately have to use their service department to service my cars. Brought my car in for a check engine light and was called later and told I have a flat tire but not to worry because they have a buy 3 get one free deal. I told them I have the tire and rim warranty but they said it wouldn't be covered and the flat didn't happen there. (When I left it I had no low tire pressure lights) The floor outside the service garage is littered with screws, not to mention the mechanic then left his greasy hands on my door and trunk and didn't even have the professionalism to put my tools back after using them. AVOID THE SERVICE DEPT AT ALL COST. They keep telling me a manager will get in touch with me but it's been about a week and still nothing. I have issues with their service department almost every single time I have to bring a car in.

Ridiculous. we've been here for almost 2 hours. Horrible customer service.Do NOT go here unleyou want to waste your Saturday sitting a desk.

We had an extended warrantee on a trade (also Mopar) - Tony handled the cancellation/switch with a few keystrokes - something that would have taken me SOOO LONNGG on the phone.

I took it back in and they said it was going to cost me ANOTHER $1900 to fix the leak The mechanic said he never had seen a leak like this before. .Say what? What about the first time.? Aren't there UV dye kits to spot leaks.? Isn't this your job? If a mechanic doesn't know what they are doing then I think they should send you elsewhere , not keeping charging you until they figure out the problem! At least they should of reimburse me the $586 for work that In actuality I didn't need. At The Village Shop it's strictly amateur hour (and expensive hours at that!) * Michaels response to my review is sorely lacking. He or none of his team told me the extent of my power steering leak when I initially took my car in. I paid $586 and they happily sent me on on way with only fixing what they "thought" was wrong. At first, the secretary at the Drop Shop told me they couldn't find a leak. This kinda goes contrary to Michaels statement about l"eaks everywhere". If there were , how come nothing was said in the first place? Somebody is not on the same page .It seems suspicious at best and totally unprofessional at its worse.

We have always used Goshen Car Wash for our inspections and never had an issue. So I decided to…read moretake my car (Lexus RX) to them for an alignment thinking it's an easy service, and the location is convenient. Why not try to support another local business instead of going to the Lexus dealer. I called them and they took me in the same day for an alignment plus tire rotation. Once my car was done they had it parked outside and I paid the cashier. I drove off and I felt like my steering wheel was still off, maybe slightly more than before because I can see behind the steering wheel column. So I called Charlie and asked if he could just double check it, and he was so nice and didn't hesitate. So a few days later I brought my car back in for them to check it. Once again when it was done my car was parked outside and ready to go. I decided to go into the alignment building and ask how my alignment was. Charlie explained I "must have hit a pothole for my front tire to be off so much." I'm sure I didn't hit a pothole but I just let it go. Now I asked if I could get an alignment printout because I never got one the first time. Charlie went and printed a copy for me. He then explained to me, while showing me the alignment paper, that I will "eventually need new cambers but he would need to order aftermarket parts." He also advised me that my "alignment will be good for now" I told him no problem, I will let my husband know. I tipped the mechanic and off to my car. Now I start my car but can't find the fob. I'm looking everywhere. I know the key is in there because it started, but I can't find it. I run back in and the mechanic apologized that he dropped it between the seat but forgot to get it. No biggie, he found it and I drove off. Well.... Now my steering wheel is even worse! The minute I pulled out you could see and feel it was clearly off. I seriously couldn't believe it!! I told my husband what Charlie said about my cambers, I showed him the printout, and then he decided to test drive my car. Since the car was worse he ended up going to a place in Middletown. Come to find out they never aligned my rear. I attached the alignment sheet below. The guy also told my husband it should be illegal to try to sell me cambers. I am going assume Charlie tried to sell me something my car has and doesn't need. Now thankfully my steering wheel is finally back to normal, and she's driving like new. But to top it off TWO of my coworker's had a similar experience there. Except they were smart enough to not go back. So thinking about my experience with them, I explained to my husband, I feel this review will be more effective than calling Charlie, explaining their error(s) and asking for a refund. They don't have to ever worry about me ever utilizing their business again, but I hope they will start being honest, and if that's not the case, hire competent mechanics. Unfortunately I can't recommend Goshen Carwash, and never will, because I believe they take advantage of customers, especially woman. .**CUSTOMERS BEWARE **
