I recently leased a 2023 Kia Sportage and I was very pleased with the service my husband and I…read morereceived from Scott. He did not try to hide anything from us and worked well with us in terms of looking for the right car that fit our needs. My husband went back the next day to pick up the car and was really pleased with the Finance department. He said they were not pushy (like most other finance departments at car dealers) and were very kind. I'd definitely get a car from them again

We bought our used 2024 Nissan Versa (it was the dealership loaner) from Middletown Kia last year…read more We were not told it had a vehicle recovery device/notification system. Our USAA insurance was giving us a discount since last year. They inquired if we were going to continue the service (that we didn't know we even had) because our insurance is coming up for renewal. That is only one of the issues. Secondly, we had a Carfax that indicated that the vehicle had a windshield replaced. The salesman told us "Not to worry" about that. There was a small scrape on the driver's side door (at the bottom) Again, it was used, we didn't expect it to be perfect and so we let it go and purchased the car. Currently, the paint is now peeling off of the door, an expense we cannot incur to fix. And, lastly, the car came w/ a Key (not a FOB). I didn't want a 'push-button' start on the vehicle because one of my deficits from my brain surgery is the confusion that comes with something new. We didn't realize at the time that no FOB was available at all - or we were not given a key FOB. It's just one big disappointment. USAA is not going to make us 'refund' the discount that they offered on the vehicle recovery system (that isn't on the car to begin with) I have spent countless hours trying to straighten out the mess that they caused with our insurance carrier. I took it to the local garage we use in New Windsor and they told me, "Nope. No Onstar here" What the heck? I wished I could have kept my 2007 Sentra with 200,000+ miles on it. End of Rant
