Owner Jim Sparks is a wonderful man, and they are a strong community supporter. Their family has operated the business for more than 40 years. We received our long John's all fresh, soft, slightly chewy and filled with custard from one end to the other!! In the past, sometimes their product had an icky taste from old oil?
