The food is hit or miss. Stayed in the attached hotel for a week and ate here 3 times during my stay. The first experience was the Korean BBQ tacos off the starters menu. These were way too big to get a bite and while the avocado was fresh, the BBQ and sauce was watery and not very good at all. The next meal I had a simple grilled chicken Cesar salad that was good. I had the cheesecake with strawberries for dessert. The strawberries were not cleaned and cut very well, but overall it was okay. If I had to summarize the food, it was just okay and not worth the higher price. The bar staff was nice but not great at making mixed drinks.

Cool place for a drink or two. The ambiance is nice and boujee and perfect for having a drink/catching up. Food is alright, though a bit overpriced. The bartenders are amazing and service is good.

    Pesto Chicken Pizza

I've eaten here multiple times over multiple stays at the A Loft and the food is generally average to slightly above with the exception of the pesto chicken pizza which was borderline inedible. That being said it's a nice vibe with a good beer selection and the staff is always super friendly.

Not a bad place for a drink or two. W XYZ Bar is located inside the Aloft Hotel in Redmond, right across the street from Microsoft. Therefore, you can imagine the kind of guests that stay and most likely get a drink here. In fact, when my friends and I visited this bar, we walked in and saw that most of the guests were in business attire and working on their laptops. It's definitely a gathering place for Microsofties and their clients and business partners. My friends and I visited W XYZ Bar after dinner, as it was walking distance from the restaurant that we ate at. On a Friday night the place had quite a few people there. Yet, we were able to sit further from the bar area, where all the comfy chairs were. I liked that this bar is more of a lounge, where people can relax, with hip hop in the background playing. When I asked the bartender what IPAs were on tap, she was a little confused at what breweries were which when she looked over where the beers were, but we saw the handles and figured it out ourselves. I ordered an IPA for my first round. And for my second round I ordered a Jameson on the rocks. She poured the Jameson in the glass first then put the ice on top instead of vice versa, which is how it's normally made. Because of so, the first thing I tasted was the block of ice that was stacked high and near the top of my glass. I wish it had been made the traditional way. We didn't order any food, but that's cool they offer grub. I'm sure hotel guests find this place to be a lifesaver and convenient. Glad to know this is in the area, in case I'm around and need a place for a drink. But it's far from the best bar experience. Yet, I did love seeing all the dogs around since Aloft is dog-friendly. Snaps for that.

Cool atmosphere and decent drink selection, but it didn't knock my socks off. With that said, I'd probably go back just for the atmosphere as it was a really cool place to hang out and have a drink.

This little gem was a sweet surprise. We stayed at the Element (hotel attached the the Aloft/WXYZ Bar) and checked this place out for dinner. It's quiet with a fun ambiance. Shuffle board for fun. Reasonable pricing. Bar bites (pizza, burgers, caprese, etc) and drinks. The best part is that kids can be in there because it's a hotel lounge. Perfect for being attached to the hotel. Entertainment w/o going anywhere. Our friends met us there and we hung for several hours.

Boy o boy does Redmond need this or what?! This corner of the town is about to become a cool sector. The staff here is jetting out of the gate swinging. The drinks are nice, the bar menu is simple and direct, and there are cool conversation areas, corners and situations for you. Patio opens soon.

    The game is on.

We had a holiday party and David the Bartender was excellent. The food was great. Will do it again.

I love coming here for happy hour. The menu is light but delicious, and the atmosphere is pretty chill. They have a decent selection of spirits, and the skilled bartendresses can really knock it out of the park with their cocktails. Natasha, Irene, and Gianna are amazing, and they hold it down - even when the place is packed. Stop in and get one of the best Manhattans on the Eastside! There's Pub Quiz on Thursdays as well.

Nice bar in Redmond. You can sit at the bar or on couches to drink with coworkers or friends.

A pretty venue for a small wedding. Two things I did not like:…read more1) they only let you have a rehearsal for an hour between 9 to 4 weekdays which meant anyone working normal business hours or coming from out of town could not make it. 2) Joanna interrupted me during the reception to go over the credit she was giving me. We had scheduled an hour at the end of our rental for clean up (which was plenty of time since we did not serve food) so I don't know why she felt the need to interrupt me during a busy hectic time for something like that.

My husband and I got married here in June of this year and we were so happy with our venue choice…read more Robinswood is a lovely space, it seems sort of rustic, but we were able to design our wedding to be anything but rustic. The highlight of working with this venue is Joanna. She is so incredibly warm and welcoming and focused on creating the event you want. She was available all the time and always answered emails and phone calls promptly. She is flexible and happy to meet and show you around and walk the grounds with you. She also suggested my amazing planner, Julia Pavlovski of Wedding Wise Seattle, and for that I am forever grateful (sorry, shameless plug, but it really was such a great recommendation). When I arrived to Robinswood on the day of, overwhelmed by everything that was going wrong (sooooo many things went wrong) Joanna saw me and gave me a giant hug and it really reassured me that she and the team were going to make sure everything in their power went perfect. And they did. The space is intimate. They say that they can fit over 200 people, but I wouldn't suggest it for over 100-125 as I feel you'd be quite cramped. We wanted an outdoor wedding and as it rained (even though the forecast was only 10% chance!!) on our big day, having the log cabin and awnings was a great relief for ourselves and our guests while the teams were prepping the reception area. The grounds are unique. I am actually a huge fan of the flow from ceremony garden area to cocktail/dancing area to reception area. It kept everyone organized and in one place. Additionally, their staff for day of is really great. We got compliments about the bartender and serving staff. I would say the things to be aware of is a lack of flexibility on their policies. Their policies are their policies and there isn't wiggle room, so if you were hoping to work with a specific caterer who isn't on their list, or serve liquor, or do a sparkler send off, etc be prepared to nix those ideas. In a way, it actually does make it easier for a bride to make decisions by narrowing down the options (trust me future brides, a million options is not always a good thing), but for people who have a very very specific idea in mind, talk to Joanna about those specific ideas before signing your contract to ensure detail you have in mind is allowed. Over all, we are very happy with Robinswood House. It was great for our perfectly imperfect day!
