First of all, many of the amenities that are promised don't work. Most of the workers don't know how to use the fire pit.So to function it, you basically have to figure it out yourself. They offer a swimming pool and even a photo of a jacuzzi on their website, with the same address linked to it. However, they don't allow access to the swimming pool year round. It is limited two seasonally use only which they do not tell you. Also, there is a photo of a jacuzzi on their website with them, the same address on it.So it's the same hotel, but they don't have a jacuzzi. False advertising much?
Now let's really cut into things. The worst part of most people stay here.As you can see in Yelp reviews, i'm not the only one is the general manager Shronda Graves. She screams at guests. And let me tell you something about erica, you can't tell if it's a guy or a girl, but that part doesn't matter so much is that she is mean or he as dirt and of course, twice as cruel and Shronda backs her up like they are sleeping together, but maybe they are. So with that kind of attitude, it's definitely not up.It's a good place to stay at.In fact, it is the worst hotel i've ever stayed at in my entire life. Tanner runs the facilities, and he is the manager of event planning.Basically, and he gets an a plus gold star but Shronda gets a huuuuge F. Who in their right? Mind yells at and threatens guests when you are the general manager of the hotel and even fired a man recently because he went on paternity leave. That's right only Shrondra. She needs to be fired immediately before she does some damage to guess that they cannot walk away from. She is what we call a walking liability. With a horrible rude attitude almost well. Yeah, I guess it's worse than Erica, but she's pretty bad too. The fact she's just a cook, and that's all that she will ever be, and she's not much good at that is one thing, but when the general manager acts like a gustavo... that's when we take things to corporate. Because she definitely does not deserve to have a job at all. And if she has one at all, it's be definitely not dealing with the public as she is awful at this and the worst of all time. She can threaten me, and she can stalk me all the way back from Texas home on to California. Keep it coming Shronda if something tells me you won't be working there much longer. I highly advise against staying at this hotel. Not only do they false advertise, they're unapologetic about it.
