I have lived in this apartment community for about two years, and my experience has been very disappointing, especially regarding cleanliness and how the Leasing Office handles complaints. The overall hygiene of the property is very poor. There is frequently dog waste left in the middle of walkways, and the problem is especially bad around Building C. The entrance often has a strong smell of dog urine and feces, and the stairs frequently have dog urine as well. It is extremely unpleasant and difficult to tolerate, especially when this is something residents have to deal with almost every day when entering or leaving the building. I have reported this issue to the Leasing Office multiple times over the past two years, but they have not taken meaningful action. The problem continues, and it feels like resident complaints are simply ignored. For the amount of rent residents pay, basic cleanliness and property management should be expected. Built in 2019, the Hyde Square Apartments in Bellevue consists of four residential buildings. Due to its proximity to the technology companies of Redmond and Bellevue, it has a very diverse group of ethnicities and family types. My wife and I got to spend some time here visiting, and I had a chance to check out and use their fitness room (large room with every modern nautilus equipment imaginable and a smaller yoga room for stretching) and the associated amenities (small locker with dry sauna and a large outdoor whirlpool). Everything was clean (noticed cleaners coming in every morning), and was never too crowded. Because the fitness center was built for original use, the really high ceilings and large open windows mirrored kept the area comfortable in both temperature/humidity and smells. And it was really nice to use the sauna and whirlpool to decompress. read more

I really really really wanted to leave on good note. When you first move in or take your tour your eyes go sparkly for the modern designs and amenities that you have available to you. The gym, until the very end is AMAZING! That is why they get one star, and the additional star is for the previous leasing professionals and the previous manager who made the first half of staying at Hyde Square great. Okay let's start with the new leasing professional staff that came on. They are not friendly, they are very short, when you walk in it's like you are a bother to them. They did hire a new receptionist and she's pretty nice, the nicest out of all them. But unfortunately majority of the time you have to deal with the other people. So it's unfortunate that the vibe they are giving off is that. I lived in the A building, and all the A building people can attest to this 90% of the time time THE ELEVATOR IS BROKEN. We literally moved to a spot right next to the elevator so that it was easy access but NOPE, totally not easy access. It was broken and it would take them MONTHS to fix. When they do fix it though it's only running for a week until it's down again. The garbage shoot is always stuck and the residents are too lazy to walk their garbage down to the garage so they pile it up in the garbage room. Residents have dogs, sometimes the owners will NOT clean up after their pets. They let them go poop and pee in elevator and the hallways, wherever their little hearts desire and they do not come back to clean it. There are loads of parking in the garage along with reservation spots as well. Well let me tell you, more than half the time people will park in your reserved spots. Even though there is a BLARING sign on the ground that says reserved they will ignore and park there. You can get the vehicle towed but honestly if you are not aggressive enough the staff could care less. They give that person 24 hours to move their vehicle and by then they're up and gone. Definitely one of the frustrating events that we had run into while living here. Also, they charge you additional cleaning fees on top of your cleaning fees and additional fees on top of additional fees. When you call the front office for them to help they will give you all the pushback and let you know that you are not their problem anymore and to reach out to Greystar. But guess what! They ignore you too! So be smart and make sure you take a video of your apartment after you move out because they tack on additional cleaning fees like it's nobodies business. Is Hyde Square a luxury apartment? No, not when everything is always broken. Would I ever move back to Hyde Square? No. Would I recommend Hyde Square after my full experience here? No. Please take it from me. Just don't. Look else where. Unless you are okay with all of these concerns that I have mentioned! read more

Lived here for 5 years and overall had a good experience. Rent is definitely on the higher side but found it to be worth it. PROS: -Location: A ton of food and groceries nearby. Also within walking distance of Microsoft HQ. Super convenient to just walk 5 minutes to be able to get some food. Bus stops located just outside the property. Centrally located so easy to get anywhere within 15-30 min. -Floor plan: Personally really liked my unit's floor plan (B2), there's a ton of counter space and cabinets in the kitchen, and the storage shelves in the bathroom were super convenient. I never had any issues storing items no matter the size. Kitchen island was also very large. Compared to the neighboring luxury apartment complexes, Hyde Square's floor plans seem the most well thought out and practical to me. -Amenities: Tons of amenities here, including a 24/7 fitness center with a lot of equipment for an apartment gym (dumbbells up to 50lbs, 2 barbells, TRX bars, ~6-7 weight machines, cable machine, Peloton bike, stairmaster, etc). There are also other amenities like a sauna, hot tub, theater room, game room, etc, and a common area for hosting events (building across from the leasing office). -Safety: Parking garage is gated and there is security staff that patrols the property at most hours (even at night). All entrances are also secured by fob key. I never felt unsafe coming back even really late at night. There is also an app that can be used to obtain access to the main entrance of your building (for example if you forget your fob key) which is convenient. -Maintenance: Found the maintenance staff here to be super friendly and helpful. They are generally pretty quick at responding to maintenance requests. CONS: -Noise: Can be really noisy depending on your unit location and neighbors. I found the walls to be okay, didn't hear much noise from my surrounding neighbors, but a lot of sound travels from upstairs. I constantly heard my upstairs neighbor walking around their apartment, flushing the toilet, moving things around on the floor, etc which can definitely make or break your experience living here. I also lived close to 156th Ave NE, and there can be a lot of noise from cars outside listening to music loudly, revving their engines, even late at night. Also a ton of sirens sometimes. -Leasing staff: In my 5 years of living here, the staff has changed a ton of times. Sometimes it's a completely different team of people working there even after just a few months. Generally the staff are helpful especially if you go to talk to them in person, but it's really hit or miss whether they will respond to your email or not. Once it took me 5+ phone calls with the leasing staff over the period of 1.5 months for them just to renew my lease, which was really frustrating. -Amenities: Amenities are a pro but also a con... many of the amenities which you pay rent for are often under maintenance/broken. I get that the staff doesn't have much control over the repairs sometime (parts not in stock, etc) but it does feel like the cost of the rent is not justified sometimes when so many of the things you're paying for can't be used. Even things used frequently by everyone in the complex like elevators and parking garage gates were down for months at a time. -Package deliveries: Hyde Square has gone through a number of package services which can change at any time, and you will be forced to pay for the service. The worst was when they switched to Fetch, what an absolute nightmare. They started charging each resident a mandatory I believe $20(?) monthly fee for packages to be routed to Fetch's third party warehouse, and then Fetch would deliver them to your apartment. Completely pointless and useless, and opting out was not an option. Right now they created a new package room and added more package lockers in the garage, which seems to be more secure (package theft was also rampant at some point because packages would be left outside doors or just in the lobby of each building). So it's good to see that they're trying to come up with a better solution, but be aware that they could decide to do something different and charge you some monthly fee, and there's not much you can do about it. -Heat: I lived on the 6th floor and it got SO hot in my unit. If it's 70 degrees outside, it would easily be 85 in the apartment. I would definitely recommend getting an A/C unit or living on a lower floor so it's not as hot. -Community: Quite a few discourteous residents living here. Smelly/oversized trash gets left in the trash room, people will park poorly or take other people's reserved spots, not clean up their dog's poop, smoke on the property, not observe quiet hours, etc. Kind of luck of the draw on what kind of neighbors you will get. Overall, as long as you can stomach the rent price, make use of some of the amenities, and don't mind some noise/uncleanliness in the common areas, I would recommend living here. read more

Pros: Apartments have nice open floorplan. My unit has a deep soak tub and all appliances are decent. Amenities are well maintained and not overly crowded. Fitness center is open 24hrs. Cons: Staff have no customer service skills. They are rude and are always away from the office. My unit was quite dirty when I moved in. The elevators break and remain out of service for several weeks with no communication from staff. The community is switching to Fetch packaging service and staff will no longer accept packages although my lease specifically states that they do accept oversized packages. read more

I don't live at Hyde Square but my best friend does and I stay over when I'm visiting from NY. These apartments are kind of a dream! The location is great since it's close to Trader Joes, the bank, the pizzeria, and a bunch of other places. Trader Joes is my main selling point here! There are also two bus stops close by. The lobby and common areas are really nice. I thought it was really cool that they have an espresso machine in the leasing office and in one of the other areas across the roundabout. Everything is so secure and the call box is high-tech - I had my own QR code in my apple wallet that he sets when I come. The game room area upstairs with the pool table and the theater room is really cool. They have a nice gym with a sauna and hot tub, though I've never used any of those amenities. I get confused because every time we try to go it seems that the closing times change. I'm not sure why it isn't consistent. The unit is laid out really well and I love that it's not carpet in the living rooms. Awesome layout and the appliances are great. Whoever designed did a great job. A downside is that I've noticed the elevators and halls are often dirty - every time I'm there (1-2 times a month). The parking situation is also a little odd that they don't have all reserved spots. I feel like there is ample parking for the residents so I don't understand why they don't assign all of them. I was looking into moving here since I'll be coming back to Seattle and even with all the amenities, I do feel it's over priced for what it is. I've lived in a similar apartment in Newcastle that I liked better and it was no where near the prices here. read more

Horrible horrible leasing team. I was applying with my partner and submitted my 300 application fee and decided not to apply. since I heard terrible story from the current tenants living there. In order to get my refund. They ask that my partner also need to submit that 300 and can only get 250 refunded. Their phone never respond. Just don`t leave there. My friend living there is considering suing their office for charging inappropriate fees that`s not listed in the lease. Updates: I went to the office for the refund in person, only got the answer that the leasng officer will check with her manager and I should wait for several weeks for the refund check. Ps, It's now been a month after my last visit there. I guess I will have to visit the office to remind them of my refund in person again. read more

Upon arrival, it felt like I was interrupting rather than appreciated as a potential resident. Perhaps lack of great customer service was the reason but I felt the leasing agent was not very accommodating or hospitable. The amenities are nice but not the best I've seen. During our tour, a large white dog ran without a leash towards us. I love dogs but I'm allergic and it seems management doesn't take this serious enough to enforce leashed animals, especially in amenities. It was very unexpected as we didn't see the dog coming so quickly as we viewed the game room. I didn't get to see the game room because of this incident. I don't like that the space doesn't have central AC and the amenities are split into various buildings. It was too hot a day to tour. read more

I use to live here in 2018 as not only a resident but literally one of the very very first residence in the very first building built, which was A and then I moved into building B, when that one was ready as I was supposed to move into one floor, plan an a in the accidentally move someone else into it so they told me when the big building was ready I can move into one of those floor plans on the top. The manager from 2018 to 2021 was an excellent manager. The property was always kept absolutely wonderful and there was not all this riffraff and trash that lived in the apartment and throughout the entire apartment complex as now they've gone through to manager since I've been here and the current manager I was happy when he first became the manager but now it is obvious he is more interested in signing people that he is about the actual property. I think I waited over 2 1/2 weeks before they just put dog bags out on one side of the property after they told me they do that as a courtesy but they are not. Responsible for that. Needless to say, I stepped in dog poop several times, which they didn't seem to care about! I live on the seventh floor. The heat is always roasting my apartment and it's not even hot out no matter when I called the girls in the front obviously have no experience. They are extremely young extremely rude never will connect me to the manager and I feel like it is almost pointless now when I talk to him as he doesn't seem to care about anything it is also frustrating when I try to post on the wall they never except my post. They're always denied and there is literally always trash on every floor. The elevators are never cleaned one of the two elevators in building B was broken for almost 4 weeks again, has been broken for over almost 2 months and every time I ask when they are going to fix it they never have an answer Maintenance is always out sick and the maintenance crew that works here now is so rude the guys that used to work here when I lived here the first time Jose and Blake were so nice. They were extremely courteous and literally had such politeness and manners, these guys are so rude. I literally try to ask for nothing. This is nothing like the first time I lived here and I specifically move back because I know Graystar from living in Houston where I'm from and they were at once a great property now however, I guess since Covid that most of all changed. It's just so sad how people trash the buildings here and they don't do anything about it.. it's very sad. This was once a very nice complex, but apparently the last few managers that I've been here just don't care the carpets need to be shampooed very badly. The elevators sadly are always in a disarray. They never clean the back elevator in building B from the P1 garage all the way to the seventh floor. It's always dirty the P1 parking garage elevator entryway is disgusting. It's so sad and same with floor one of the garage. It's just so sad how they literally never clean anything the walls need to be either re-painted or cleaned? I just don't understand. I lived here for about two years. My time at Hyde Square is great! It's centrally located. Easy walking distance to bus stops, Crossroads mall, trader joes, pizzerias - it's just a great location to be! The amenities are great. The gym is massive. The locker room for getting packages is easy to get to (but because people don't pick up their packages, there's always an overflow, unfortunately), and paying rent is pretty easy. The rooms are also dead quiet. You can't hear your neighbors at all unless they're using a drill or very loud music. The same insulation does not apply to the hallways though, and it's easy to hear into each bedroom from there while you're walking down the hallway, no problem. Parking is very available. Do not come to this place with an electric car unless you want to pay extra to have a dedicated parking spot for it. There are no public chargers available for everyone. There are public chargers available from the property next door, but now you have to get a guest slip. If you don't get one, they leave a nasty notice on your door! The nearest electric chargers are at Fred Meyers and by the bus stop, but they're both at least a 15 minute walk away. Electric vehicle owners, beware. It's not very EV friendly here. The staff is kind as well. The managers know what they're doing with the property and their messaging is clear and consistent. I ran into an issue with the management regarding what happens if I move out early, but they were able to seal things up and we reached an amenable deal before lease end. I'd definitely recommend renting here, but only if you don't plan on having an EV in your immediate future. :) read more

3 stars before moving out days, 1 star to moving out experience. I used to live at hyde square until last Sunday. The general experience is okay, it has a nice gym with a sauna room. The lounge and common space are excellent, you could hold some group events with your friends. Some staffs are nice, like Jenny, she is an awesome girl, always willing to offer help with patience. In short, I had a lot of good memories here. However, I also had a feeling that the management of the apartment need to improve. I lived in building B, and didn't have a chance to explore other buildings, so all my feedback is based on this building. There are two elevators here, and one is often out of service, I'm pretty sure it is not because the elevator was reserved but just broken. If I remembered correctly, the front elevator was broken for weeks last October or November which was super inconvenient, just considering all people living in a 7-story building, how long you need to wait for that elevator to come to your floor. Secondly, one of garage doors has been broken since Jan, and have been repaired yet. I don't know if they left the garage door unrepaired with purpose, but I do feel inconvenient when there is little traffic at the entrance, sometimes, since one door can't be used. In addition, my neighbor's stuff, not mine, was stolen from his vehicle when he parked inside the garage. Other small items, like trash shut chutes' doors can't open, could happen to any apartment, so I won't mention it. Good/bad things can apply to any other apartment, but the reason I want to write this review is that I had a bad moving-out experience. I understand there is no good moving-out experience in the world, packing things, cleaning floors, dropping garbage etc. I acknowledged the fact and tried to make it better this time. I sent out a moving out notice a few weeks before my lease ended, paid the cleaning fees immediately, and reserved the elevator for moving out purposes. I also hired people to help. However, the load elevator was broken again, (why am I not too surprised?) one day before I moved out. As a result, due to the fire department policy, I can't reserve the other elevator. The load entrance is so far away from the apartment and that's the only elevator in the service, which slow the whole process. It took us three hours to move out from hyde but only 1.5 hours to move into the new apartment. Since I paid moving people based on working hours, I feel I should talk to the manager with Hyde to see if I can get any compensation. That's what I did on Monday. I acknowledge the fact that I may end up with nothing, but I still feel very upset after the conversation. The reason is the manager seems doesn't feel any symphony on my experience. I told her I understand the fire policy is here so that I can't reserve the elevator, and I told the complaint is not personal, I even appreciate the help from her staff, but I feel I paid the rent which also included two elevators usage and the right I can reserve one for purpose, if one is out of service, I should be able to get compensated. She refused this statement and told me no legal documents support that rent including the usage of two elevators(good point). Next, I said I might need to consult a lawyer since I'm not expert of those things. Then she asked to provide the contract with the moving company and receipt which I can't since I didn't sign any (my fault). At this moment, I was pretty sure that I can get nothing, but I told her if that was okay if I can leave the feedback based on this experience, and I assure her I will be as objective as I can. I just want to give other people who are interested in this complex some data points. Then the funny thing comes, the manager here immediately interpreted this feedback thing as a "threaten", she literally used that word to me, which was the strongest word I have ever heard those years. I'm a kind person, so I spend a few mins to her that I don't want to "threaten" anyone here, but still, I feel upset about the whole experience. read more

Hidden fees everywhere, and recently the apartment office has imposed a "Fetch" mailing service($240 a year extra on your bill) on the tenants which you yourself will have to go to pick up your mails instead of having them sent to your apartment. read more

They took 4 months to fix their elevator- I had to have two surgeries because I bled through my stitches climbing the stairs when I had the first one and when they had told our building the elevator would be fixed. When we moved in we were misquoted by one of the managers for our cars so we didn't know the full costs as well as misquoted when we moved out (cleaning fees). They charged us despite telling us we would be prorated and also billed us twice for the cleaning. If you live here be prepared to pay a premium on everything- like their parcels. If you don't get your package in 2-3 days you get billed $3 per day. You also have to pay to have a parcel box- $20 per person that lives in your apartment. And now they switched to fetch, which was another added cost. Additionally, they lose your packages all the time. I have had wrong packages delivered to my door (I was kind enough to walk and deliver them to the correct apartment) but I haven't had the same courtesy returned, which makes you question the type of people who live there. I have also received my packages opened. Also their garage has NO SERVICE. If you are mugged or attacked you can't call the cops or ask for any kind of help as it is a complete no service zone. The garage doors never work and I have seen people almost hit each other on multiple occasions as this apartment building was too cheap to pay for decent size spots to be built. Also the parking garage is only big enough for one way traffic- but it is not one way which is why there are so many time times cars almost hit each other. The elevator is frequently out of service and if you ever lock yourself out it costs $150 to have someone let you in after 6pm, even though the person lives in the building. They also put a non removable parking ticket sticker on my car which I pay every month to park because I couldn't find a spot in the garage (that I pay for) and so had to park in guest parking. Anyone who says it's a nice place to live has not had much experience living in other communities. Also they incentivize their tenants to leave positive reviews. read more

I'm editing my good review in the past, since my experience with Hyde Square has changed. I was hesitated to write this review but I think it's my responsibility to warn potential tenants to not rent this apartment. Yes, the apartment is very nice with good amenities but please reconsider living here just for that reason. 1) If you can see other comments below, the staffs are rude and don't care about you. This is the observation of not just me but everyone I know who communicated with them. I have 2 friends who were interested in the apartment but after having a tour with them, they backed out immediately since the staff was so rude 2) They released my roommate at the end of the month without giving me and another roommate any consent or written notice during the pandemic so it would be hard for us to move as well. They want me and the remaining roommate to pay for the departing roommate's rent by not informing us at all, otherwise, we could've found somewhere else to live. Again, I need to emphasize that they did not proactively contact us so that we couldn't find a new place soon enough, especially during Covid-19, and expected us to pay on top of it. It is not fair to expect us to pay for my roommate's portion while they are the one who released her without our consent. They even asked us, if we like, to sue our departing roommate so that we don't put anymore responsibilities on them. Hyde Square team away from their responsibilities, did not even try to resolve tenants' problems and made confusing decisions that altogether strongly effect our living experiences. 3) They charged us wrongly in the pass with other incidents and I had to voice my concerns many times to get a refund. If I did not pay attention, I would've lost that money. I talked to my neighbors, they had the same experiences of wrongful charges as well. I've obtained a lawyer and probably take legal actions against them. In the mean while, I'm writing this review to let potential tenants know my perspective and experiences. I will give updates once it's over. I know that some other tenants give good reviews because they have not experienced something major with Hyde Square. However, imagine they do not care about you during special circumstances, it will cost you so much in terms of financial and emotion burdens. I read about the bad comments and chose to ignore them before signing the lease, I deeply regret that decision. You never know what will happen in the future. I've seen people moving out of the building and not renewing their leases. I've talked to them, most of them said they've encountered negative experiences in the past from minor to larger issues, that's part of the reasons why they were leaving. Please think it through before renting, or if you decide to go with them, negotiate the leasing terms. You may or may not have a good experience with them, I just hope this review can help someone. read more

Avoid this place at all costs. Management is completely unprofessional and the experience was so unacceptable that we forfeited our $500ish deposit just to live somewhere else. Here's what happened. We viewed the place August 12, 2018 and paid our holding fees (no lease was signed as it wasn't ready). For the next two months I would try to get our lease so we could sign it and have general questions answered. Since that day, we had tried to contacting management multiple times: - Emailed on 3 seperate occasions with no response - Called two different times and told I would get called back (no call back) - Came in person (we hadn't seen the place complete - only under construction) and one of the staff member's was completely rude and stated we weren't a priority. They didn't let us see the place. In the end, the ended email us the day before we were suppose to move in on Nov. 9. Keep in mind, the lease hadn't been signed, none of our questions were answered, and we never got to see our place complete. End of the line, just go somewhere else. read more

It seems that people need to adjust their expectations: I've been living here for a month and I'll update this at the 6 month mark. Overall my experience with Hyde has been positive. Leasing/apartment searching: They were very accommodating to my husband and I when we were looking and searching for units. They were able to work with our request for a 12- month lease with cane with one free month rent credit (which they did honor). Signing/Leasing: Before we signed, we combed through the lease with a fine tooth comb and they answered all of our calls and emails. If our leasing agent wasn't available, another representative would answer our questions. We felt comfortable enough to sign. Moving in process: Again pretty smooth; you can park in front of your building (if there's space) to offload your items. There's also an offloading space designated on the side of the building with access to the parking garage. Overall/neighborhood: it's tucked in the community but next to Trader Joe's, a few minutes drive to local grocery stores, shopping centers and more. There is some noise on the weekends and that's expected (it's a neighborhood). The walls are a hit thin but it mostly depends on neighbors- which ours are friendly and not noisy. Pet friendly: many places for dogs to let out and I see dogs and puppies all the time. Parking: We don't own a car but we rent a car a few times a month and we've never had an issue with guest parking designated spots in the garage. Trash/recycling: there's a recycling and garbage shoot on our floor so it's a quick walk to throw our stuff in there. They also provided compost bins and compost bags (free of charge) & accompanying workshop. GYM/Sauna: I work out weekly here and I think the spaces are quite nice and CLEAN. The towels are replaced everyday in the morning (I go in the morning and see them do this). If you're looking for something more "intense" head over to to Crunch fitness a few minutes away like my husband. Overall there's usually not a wait for a line and the gym is pretty nice. I've also used the sauna and enjoy but they should put a sign that only flip flops are allowed/something about attire. Leasing Staff: They've always been kind to me and even Dana recognizes me by name (these things matter). I guess what you put towards people, comes back? Public spaces/kitchen/Outdoor BBQ: I've never hosted an event here but I've seen others use it and it seems like a lovely meeting space. I'll read a book outside or just chill with a drink. Maintenance: Very nice and I can either call or submit a service request online (which I've done twice and it's been resolved the same week). Mail packages/ParcelPending: I find parcel pending incredibly convenient and I have no complaints. I'm not sure what others are talking about but it's $20 to sign up and I added my husband as an "authorized guest" so it was $20 total. You get charged if you don't pick it up in 3 days which makes sense so that there isn't a backlog- this isn't incredibly hard to do just pick up your packages when you come home. Parcel Pending also has an option to set "vacation mode" so when you're out of town it doesn't charge you for package over-stays (this was really helpful when we were traveling for Fourth of July and I had a very expensive delivery waiting for me). We also have informed delivery through USPS (you can sign up for this) to avoid issues of missed packaging. Regardless, Every package I've received has been registered through Parcel Pending; any oversized boxes are held by the leasing office and they send you an email to pick it up. Overall: My experience with Hyde has been very positive. I understand that this is not everyone's experience but people might need to understand that maybe they're looking for a single family home without having to deal with the usual characteristics that come with living in an apartment community. Emphasis on the last term. I don't find anything to be rambunctious or distracting. I often work from home and get work done well without feeling uncomfortable (whether I work from my apartment or the co-working spaces downstairs). If you're looking for an ultra private, quiet place where you can control things; perhaps consider buying a home- if not adjust expectations accordingly. The leasing staff is helpful and I haven't found issues with amenities either. Why didn't I mark it five-star? I recently moved to Hyde Square with my wife from Irvine, California. Even with moving from another state, the move in process was as smooth as can be. Nicole was our leasing agent and was awesome! Super helpful and on top of things. A++ All of our interactions with the other leasing agents have been great as well. We chose hide because of the convenience of their gym. Really nice having stair master, free weights, sauna and much more just a short walk away from your place. We looked at all sorts of apartments in Bellevue and can confidently say Hyde is the place to be! Complex is safe, well maintained, and just a short Uber away from downtown. Avoid this place at all costs. Leasing agent tried to go against lease terms by not allowing agreed upon terms. Numerous hidden fees from parking, to pet, and everything else possible. So lazy that they cannot even provide our mail to us. Have to walk to main building to collect mail because they do not walk to our mailboxes. Have come up with excuses for this for months. Pay $3500 and they cant even provide our mail? Don't trust the pictures. Gym looks huge, actually small. Barely any equipment. Hot tub is always taken from screaming immature teenagers. There is always parties, loud noises, esp on Sunday night. If you are looking for a professional, relaxing environment do not go here. I would describe this place as a college dormitory. read more
