The service was fast and easy The space was clean and clinical but comfortable and I feel fantastic after

I had a great experience at the hydration room. The nurse who placed the IV had a great deal of experience and placed it with a painless stick. I received a high dose vitamin C infusion since I have been feeling fatigued, brain fog, and respiratory congestion since having COVID about 6 weeks ago. Their space was clean and quiet. I will definitely be coming back for another infusion.

Leather lounge chairs to relax it in. Comfy

Amaura was very knowledgeable and highly suggested the cold and flu with the add on of CoQ10. McKenna was very nice and the needle process was quick. Took about 45 mins to an hour for mine to be complete. Will be back for more to try other IV solutions. Thanks team!

I reached out to the Hydration Room who got me in that same afternoon, I was evaluated by an RN who reviewed my medications and history, discussed what I was hoping to achieve today, really listened to understand what was going on, and made a recommendation that we went with. The nurse was meticulous putting-in and removing the IV, pinch going in wasn't any worse than a blood draw, infusion itself was painless (and not cold? I'm always cold when hooked up to an IV). A couple hours after leaving I felt noticeably better, woke up the next morning feeling like my old self, followed by a great workout. The facility was spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. I'm so grateful something like Hydration Room exists, that I didn't have to seek other medical treatment just for fluids. I don't recommend you allow yourself to get as dehydrated as I was, but if you are Hydration Room should be your first call.

After a lot of back-and-forth with whoever answered the phone, they said I had to be cleared by their "nurse practitioner" before I could get the IV. They booked the appointment. I have a lot of "doctor" friends and 4 of them NEVER heard of denying someone an IV. I think the "nurse practitioner" was an idiot. Now I have to scramble to find another option. I would not recommend this company. There are lot of alternatives in the Palm Springs area. No reason to go to these clowns.

I've been seeing Dr. Roya for a year and a half now. A few days postpartum, I had a lot of health…read moreissues relating to gut, skin, thyroid, +. After visits to my allergist, dermatologist, and even two emergency trips to the ER and URGENT care, no one was able to help me. My problems were either undiagnosed or fed prescriptions and offered random care because I looked like "their other patients." It was frustrating. After a family member had been cured by Dr. Roya years ago, her business was referred to me. Although it being more expensive and not covered by insurance, I was desperate for answers that I'd be waiting years for (after seeing and spending $$$ to an allergist, multiple dermatologists, an ear nose throat specialist, etc). Dr. Roya was able to get to the root cause of my inflammation. Honestly, I thought Dr. Roya's NAET treatments were weird at first and sometimes I still am confused on how it works, but it's worked for me. I've spent probably close to $20,000 on packages, NAET, blood tests, laser, and acupuncture (and supplements). Expensive, but health is priceless. I've gained my life back. I followed Dr. Roya's advice on diet, blood tests, supplements, and in trusting the process. For half the time, I saw Dr. Jared Taylor at her office for most of my appointments. I was expecting her and requested her to see me at the beginning, but my care was switched to Dr. Taylor without warning. I was upset at this change and without notice, but I honestly ended up really enjoying the care that Dr. Taylor gave me. He was super patient, and took the time to understand my needs/explain things to me; whereas Dr. Roya was a little more rushed. I saw them 3 times a week for a few months, and then 2x, and then 1x. Dr. Taylor left after a few months, so I started seeing Dr. Roya again. I did end up telling her my concerns and how I felt with certain care, and she apologized so I do appreciate that. She has always tried to make things right and wants to make sure her patients are happy, so I do acknowledge that. Now I'm able to take breaks from seeing them as I enjoy my life again, go on trips, or skip if I have work obligations, etc. My health used to have a chokehold on me, on my life, on caring for my new baby. But I now have the FLEXIBILITY to go when I want. For 8 months postpartum, I could barely take care of my son without feeling pain. It took a lot of emotional and mental strength to push through, especially the diet. It took physical strength to push through the pain. But I did it. I still struggle with my skin, and that's understandable knowing how much toxic overload and buildup I've had for years, but Dr. Roya/Create Wellness has given me hope, knowledge, and a future. I feel confident or at least have hope that throughout my next pregnancies, I'll be taken care of. Thank you Dr. Roya for all your help. You know how much you mean to me. Although these people are no longer with Create Wellness, I just want to acknowledge the care from these special people who also played a part in helping me heal; Dr. Jared Taylor, Acupuncturist James Verdi, Acupuncturist Alex, Acupuncturist Masha. They also took the time to listen to my needs, make me feel heard, and took the time to answer all my questions, educate me further. While I dealt with thyroid issues alongside skin pain, that is hard to show. So below, I've shared before and after photos of my skin. I hope this can help someone else. Don't give up hope.

IVs were the last thing on my mind and they were in no rush for me to use the credits as I did not receive any type of reminder call from them. I called a week and a half ago letting them know that I'll be in town and would like a refund for the credit that I have. A receptionist confirmed that I did, indeed, have a credit and that it was for an IV package. She talked to the manager and told me that, not only can they not provide me a refund, but I can come in to redeem the credit for only one IV session since their prices went up. I was upset by this because it's not like I was asking for a refund for a service I was unhappy with, but for a credit that I clearly cannot use since my move. I explained to her that I had paid cash for the promotion that didn't come with any stipulations. I didn't sign anything and the person who sold it to me didn't tell me about any rules that came along with the promotion. The receptionist danced around the best she could, explaining to me that "most people usually use the service within a year" and offered me a vitamin B shot instead, which is worth less than an IV session...I declined and asked to speak to the manager, but, of course, she told me that they were unavailable. I asked that the manager please call me back later that day to discuss this matter further and left my number. I still, to this day, have not heard back from anyone. To me, this is pretty piss poor service and unprofessional. They basically are ignoring me so that they don't have to pay me the $380 back. It's not like it's $20. This is a big chunk of money that they've held on to and collected interest on. Debating whether or not a small claims court is worth it, but definitely spreading the word so that customers don't get bamboozled like I did.
