Approximately 2-3 weeks later we noticed the water draining slowly and when we use the dish washer, water backs up into the sink. When I contacted Kissu, he told me we must have done something to clog the pipe. I told him that wasn't possible because after he left, we've been using a sink strainer so only liquids (no oils or fats) have been going down the drain. He offered to come back with a longer snake but charge me more than what he originally charged. My complaint is he should have used the longer snake in the first place to ensure the entire pipe was cleared and not just the first few feet. Now I have to find another plumber who will do a thorough job and stand by their work.

The next day rolls around. I called him at 8:31AM exactly and told him I was running to the ATM, which would only take about 15 minutes. He said OK, he was at Home Depot and would be on his way. I didn't mind because I was running late as well. But that's where it started... Around 9AM he called and asked where my house was on International. Um, I text you my address the day before, so I feel as if you should have directions to the location ahead of time and not be calling me 30 minutes after you where supposed to be here to ask where I live. He called again about 20 minutes later, by this time he had arrived. He came in. He did "fix" my food disposer. He took it apart to find the clog and there was not a clog- that took About 20 minutes with no luck. So be took his vacuum and sucked out the blockage, which took less then 5 minutes. He started packing his tools. I asked if he was still going to install the light, and he looked at it. Took a deep breath, and said there wasn't enough time. UMMM, IF YOU WEREN'T LATE MAYBE YOU COULD OF AT LEAST HAD TIME TO OPEN THE BOX! He said he would come the next day to install it, then charged $75 dollars for the bullsh*t... $75 bucks for 30 minutes of work and all you had to do was vacuum? OK. AWESOME! He came the next day and attempted to work on the light. He opened the box and told me I needed to call an electrician. Waste of time! I told him I was NOT at ALL happy with his service from yesterday, and the crap he pulled today. He got loud with me and yelled "OH OK YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK BECAUSE YOU WERE NOT HAPPY! HERE YOU GO!" And handed me $20. And left. I never ever want to deal with someone who's customer service is this rank. He is not courteous of how you feel as a client, your schedule, or your budget. I read a review before (which seems to have gone missing) in which a Yelper insisted you ask for pricing before he finished the job. Something I didn't do. Long story short I was ripped off.
