Took my twins in to get their nails done , everyone is very welcoming and nice . Anna did exactly what the girls wanted . They walked out so happy saying they loved them!!! Will be returning . Thank you Anna and the rest of the staff.

Wow! I am so impressed with their service. We walked in and were greeted so friendly. It was Saturday and both, me and my daughter, got our wishes taken care of. No appointment and so reasonable too. I will make sure to recommend this nail salon to everyone I know. Thank you so much for taking such special care of my daughter and me.

Walked in and was immediately greeted and told to check in which was normal. After I checked in the lady told me to sit down and wait (did not tell me how long it would me) then after waiting for 10+ minutes they moved me to a chair where I waited even longer. After one of the ladies was finished working on someone else she came over to me and moved me to a DIFFERENT chair. I had already picked out my color when i sat down the first time. Then she asked what color and I told her which one. She came back and said she didn't have that one (why provide color options that you don't even have). So I looked at the minimal color options and decided just to go with white because I didn't like any. Service was quick because I was the only one in there, but with quick service comes with poor quality. Gel was alright, but the edges were not clean and had many air bubbles. She didn't even file the edges after to make it less bumpy. The shop is also under construction it seems because it's dirty and there is stuff everywhere. I've been coming here for years but I think it's time to find a new place.

Friendly staff, large space and walk-ins welcome! Located in a mini strip mall of sorts, with one or two other businesses, parking lot in front, they were easily able to accommodate me when I walked in. Efficient, they offered mani-pedi's at the same time, with two young women working on me and the other customer who was already there, at the same time. They also offer gel manicures and other fancy things that I'm less familiar with, but I'm told will last longer.

I have one word for you, HOLLY!! She has got to be the absolutely sweetest women ever! I tried hygiene nails Today for the first time and i will Always go back. The inside is beautiful and very very clean. Holly is so friendly and very professional. Her work on my nails was fantastic as well. I only had a few minutes last weekend to get my nails done before my bridal shower last week and Holly did an amazing job with my nails! The salon is sparkling clean, I loved the big windows and the nice airflow while I was there. They have many nail polish colors to choose from, everyone was very nice and professional! My husband, our 4 year old daughter and myself went to get our first mani pedis since the Rona... great customer service. Holly was super patient and sweet with my daughter who doesn't sit still and did a great job. Natalie did a great job on my nails, I got dip and they're not too thick. I can't remember the ladies name who did my toes or my husbands, but everyone did a great job and was super friendly. They are fairly priced too. This will be our new spot. They are Covid friendly.

This place has the best service out of ANY nail salon! They are nice, accommodating and I would highly recommend it! Not only that but they are appreciative and everything is very clean and nicely set up. They also donate towards breast cancer and feed the hungry! read more

I was in need of a mani/pedi. I found this place through Yelp with great reviews, so I thought I would give a shot. To my surprise, this place is so clean and organized. Most other salons I've been too are small and dirty. I met Nini, and she's so sweet. She reminded me of my friend who lives in OR because they look exactly alike. I even showed her a picture of my friend to her, and she agreed as well. Nini helped me found the color that I wanted. Overall, this place is clean and has great customer service. Nice! Clean. Friendly. I got a pedicure done by Cyndi and she was very thorough and did a good callus scrubbing. I would highly recommend this place if you live in west garden grove. My only advice is please put the air-conditioning. read more

This was the first time I've visited this spa. I got an appointment right away and was able to have a nice mother daughter mani/ pedi. I am also seven months pregnant and wanted a place that was very spacious and had good airflow. The ladies were even nice enough to put around extra fans, which wasn't necessary but a nice touch to making me feel extra comfortable. Tori and Anna did a great job and Holly came over to talk to us about our experience and offer beverages. read more

I have been there twice. I love it! Nina and Nini have done my full set and refill and I love it. They left them as I expected them. Tammy is great with my pedicure. Overall I am pleased with the job they do. The salon is very relaxing, clean, and contemporary. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Absolutely love this salon! I've gone to Holly and one other tech, I believe Holly owns or manages the space. But the service is amazing, the nail techs are so sweet and very skilled. The prices are also unbeatable, I moved to LA from SD a few months ago and occasionally work in OC I make an a point to come to this salon to get my nails done. I have acrylic nails, and when I come here I notice my nails last longer and hold up better in between fills more so than other salon I've gone to in So-Cal. 10/10 recommend for amazing service! read more

Great service and very clean environment. Friendly ladies and the spa chairs are comfortable. Tons of gel colors to choose from! Two complaints: the foot scrub was short and not any better than what I do in the shower. Also, the nail shaping was not great. It was pretty uneven, which was disappointing. Under new management isn't always a bad thing. The new owner has put a lot of time and money into the shop and it really shows. He spends his time making sure you're getting treated right. The gel colors here are great to choose from and I can always change my color up to keep things interesting. The pedicures are great as well. The ladies spend a lot of time making sure you get a good massage with your painting and it always lasts for at least 3 weeks if not longer. Everyone is always so nice when you walk in and ready to help you with whatever you need. Prices are fair for the quality you're getting. 5 stars for me, my family, and my friends who are regulars here. read more

Very nice, clean. Very reasonable prices. A lot better now, than when it was DA Nails. Big windows, lots of light. I got a pedicure that was on special only $35. Individual bags in each bowl, I like that. I won't go anyplace that doesn't do that. My pedicure was by Ann, she took her time and was detailed. Do wish they were open on Sundays though as I love in the neighborhood. read more

I have been going to Nail Tymes Spa 2 since it was originally DA Nails and Threading. The original owner Diane and her husband sold to a new owner in February. I have still been going to this shop regularly since February and I can tell the new owner is just as concerned with my satisfaction as Diane and her husband were. The shop has been completely remodeled and as of today (5/19/16) they are adding the finishing touches to complete the remodel. Just a few small things need to be completed. It is lovely! This week and for the next 3 weeks after they are offering 20% off on all services. What a great surprise that was when I went there today! My two favorite ladies have always been Amy and Ann, however, the new owner has retained the same staff as before and any of the ladies are more than capable of making you pleased with their services! It has been awhile, but I have had other staff work on me and was still very pleased. I always get a regular manicure for my natural nails and a spa pedicure. There is a lot of attention to details, they are gentle,take their time with me, and do a top notch job on both my manicure and pedicure. I should know, I have been getting my nails done for many decades! The shop is very clean and everyone has always given me a warm greeting when I arrive. I also like the touch of lining the pedicure tub with plastic, which of course is only used once for each customer and disposed of. I have never had any problems with my nails after visiting this shop. I wish the new ownership well and I sure am happy they kept the same staff! Thank you Nail Tymes Spa 2! read more

Wouldn't recommend this place. Got the powder dip per the urging of Nini who said it would be shiny and last longer than gel. When it got to the top coat she couldn't open the bottle. After several tries she stood at the back of the shop and threw the bottle which hit the front plate glass window shattering the bottle. The content of the bottle was dripping down the window. She proceeded to pick up the broken bottle, smiled, and said it's open as she painted my nails with the broken bottle. After all that my nails weren't shiny, were lumpy, and uneven. I was very disappointed with the whole experience. I would give Zero stars if I could. read more

This is by far the worst European Wax Center location I've visited. And i am so happy that I decided to do so. Nancy did my Brazilian and was very detail oriented and quick. She used the hot wax and paper method with small sections. I appreciate the small sections she did! The salon it self was very inviting, beautiful, and relaxing. They offer other services like body and scalp massages, mani and pedis, and even lash extensions and semi permanent makeup. Cannot wait to schedule my next session!
