I had work done there in the beginning of the year-end of January, due to a front bumper fender bender- someone hit my car making an illegal left turn out of a shopping center... anyways, they replaced my passenger headlight damaged during the accident. I had to take it back to them today because the bulb burnt out and when I took my car for an oil change at Firestone up the street, they wouldn't do the change because they claimed my new headlight socket was burnt out?!?... I took it in today and they kindly explained it was the bulbs and not my socket. They offered to replace the bulbs and as a favor to me they even swapped out my old drivers side headlight for a new one I brought with me! They didn't charge me for the labor! My front license plate fell off my Honda Fit and I received a fix-it ticket. Prior to taking my car here, I attempted to reattach the plate myself. The dickhole CHP officer who did the inspection violently jiggled it loose and told me to come back. I had already spent $$$ on fixing my brake lights and two new tires, plus the corrections were going to cost me. I worried how much more I'd be spending on getting the license plate reinstalled. These guys quoted me ZERO dollars, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and they were extremely nice. The CHP officer who I dealt with the second time merely glanced out the window, so the excellent work these guys did wasn't even seen by those assholes. I was pleasantly surprised by Hyperion Collision, their customer service was great and they quickly repaired the minor damage on my bumper. I expected to get gouged but the cost of repairs was reasonable, only $600 to repaint the upper section of the bumper (flawlessly), replace the casing for the headlight and some other minor stuff, mostly cosmetic as my car is leased and I have to return it next month. I would recommend this shop. As always, be smart and get multiple quotes but I think you'll find that Hyperion Collision is the best in price and quality of service. read more
