So I decided I wanted to make a change in my health, weight and lifestyle and heard a lot of good…read morethings about this place so decided to check it out. I signed up for the 6 week 20lb challenge. So basically you're suppose to lose 20 lbs in 6 weeks and they give you a whole diet plan and weight loss strategy guide to follow. I'll be honest it isn't easy and takes a lot of change but I was determined and dedicated. You can go to as many classes as you like a week they have 3 in the AM and 3 in the PM Monday thru Thursday and am classes Friday and Saturday. It's a lot of HIIT training and different types of workouts with one trainer. Each class is about an hour long and they recommend at least 5 classes a week. I loved all the trainers I worked with they kept me motivated and feeling inspired. I worked my butt off and was able to lose 22lbs in 6 weeks which is amazing. I feel like a whole new person and I decided to do another challenge so I can get to my goal weight. As I said before it isn't east and takes a lot of work and determination. I am truly grateful for everyone at The Camp trainers and staff . They are all amazing people. If you are looking to lose weight and improve your overall health this is the place to do it !!! Here are some pics of my transformation !! I owe so much to The Camp and want to thank them for everything !!!

I love lifting in the gym but get overwhelmed in the crowded typical gyms. I love coming here and…read morebeing able to take up space and not have to think about my plan for the day. The trainers explain each work out, go over anything you may need extra help on, and push you to use weights you may not automatically grab. If you are new to lifting or have done it before it is a perfect place to get your workout done.

I used to really like this gym when I first started. There are two coaches who truly make the gym…read morewhat it is (Bethany and Nicole)--one who only teaches in the mornings and another who is only there once a week. Unfortunately, my schedule doesn't align with those classes, which ultimately led me to leave. The class that worked best with my schedule was led by a coach who seemed more focused on socializing than coaching. It was honestly frustrating to experience. Many classes started late because of this, and there was a lot of gossip during workouts. On top of that, the coaching itself often felt unorganized, and at times it seemed like they didn't fully know what they were doing. When I first signed up, I was sold on the idea that this gym was a one-stop place for fitness and health, including nutritional guidance and recipes. However, when I asked about nutrition support, I was brushed off and never received the help that was advertised. I do think this gym has potential, but it really needs more consistent, professional, and knowledgeable coaches to make it a better experience overall.

I had heard about OTF from a friend of mine a few years ago - she couldn't stop talking about how…read moreamazing it was. I like to mix up my workouts, so when I learned that a studio would be opening in Simi, I figured I'd give it a whirl. After doing 5 workouts in this beautiful studio I am hooked. The coaches are amazing, the energy is something special and being able to work on my fitness goals while surrounded by others who are doing the same is motivating. We may all have different goals, but we are all showing up for the same thing... to work hard and feel the burn.

I am incredibly frustrated with my experience at the Orange Theory Studio in Simi Valley,…read moreparticularly due to the manager, Bri Diaz's, lack of sympathy for individuals with disabilities. Despite my ongoing health issues and an emergency trip to care for my sick daughter, Bri failed to show any understanding or flexibility. Instead of accommodating my situation, she provided me with a package of 24 classes, which felt more like a charity gesture rather than a genuine effort to meet my needs. I was charged $179 per month, and it took me months to realize the extent of these charges while I was unable to attend due to my illness. When I confronted her about the charges, she offered the 24-class package as a "courtesy," but I had already expressed that I wasn't ready to return. I expected her to show some compassion and provide flexibility, considering my circumstances. After attending only five classes, I found out that my membership had expired, leaving me extremely disappointed and angry. The lack of support and understanding for those with disabilities is unacceptable, and I feel that my concerns were not taken seriously. I am contemplating legal action due to the mishandling of my situation. I cannot recommend this studio to anyone who needs empathy and support in their fitness journey.

And if you plan on cancelling your membership, good luck! Called the gym multiple times and apparently no one there can help with memberships to cancel they tell you go online. They can sure sign you up quickly. Well online is no help either. Emailed corporate over a week ago and still no response. This has to be the worst gym company around. Anyone looking to join a new gym, I would 110% recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of other gyms in the area with more attentive staff, better equipment, cleaner conditions and just an over all better vibe elsewhere. I would not recommend EōS to anyone!! Look at the other reviews... apparently EōS has a huge problem if this many people leave 1 star negative reviews, these are not isolated incidents. The Simi location of EōS is failing miserably!
