One of the employees told me that the Pumpkin Spice shake or dazzler were their current specialty limited edition treat. I wanted to try something that looked delish and different in the ice cream display case. This employee provided me with a huge scoop of New York Strawberry Cheese Cake Ice Cream. Holy Moly, this ice cream was super sweet and tasted exactly like its name. There are various toppings for the ice creams like sprinkles, gummy bears, m&ms, fudge and caramel. Terrible customer service by this woman who is the manager. I went into the store and ordered a milkshake. As I was paying their system went down and she claims that the transaction didn't go through. I checked my bank account and yes the transaction did go through. I showed her the statement but she kept saying that it didn't and I needed to pay. I even called my bank and they confirmed that the transaction went through. I explained to her and she just kept saying no and that I needed to pay even though I did. I told her I had already paid and I just wanted my drink. She started yelling at me in front of other customers saying that I needed to pay. This was super embarrassing as it made it seem like I was stealing. She never gave me my drink and I walked out of there with a $10 charge for a drink I never got. read more

While at the Sawgrass Mall Shopping, we were looking for an ice cream place. After shopping all afternoon and buying nothing,we were in need of a treat. We were directed to Haagen-Dazs, which is at the edge of one of the Food Courts. Customers were gathered around the display cases trying to decide which flavor to choose. Several servers were working behind the counters. My friend chose a cup of Strawberry Cream Ice Cream. Besides Ice Cream, Sorbet was also available. There were many flavor choices. The newly hired Server put a very small scoop into the cup. The ice cream was delicious but for the amount she was given, it was very pricey. My experience at Häagen-Dazs in Sawgrass Mall was purely circumstantial. The mall was quite hot, and it seemed like the air conditioning wasn't working properly, so my wife and I decided to seek a cold drink. We opted for a strawberry smoothie from the Häagen-Dazs kiosk, and it turned out to be a delightful choice. To our pleasant surprise, they used real fruits with their blenders to craft our smoothie, and the taste was nothing short of fantastic. My wife and I shared one smoothie on that occasion, but we were so impressed that we're already planning to return and try more flavors. The strawberry smoothie hit all the right notes, and we're eager to explore their mango smoothie as well. It's evident that Häagen-Dazs takes pride in using quality ingredients, and that truly reflects in the taste of their smoothies. While I didn't sample their ice cream this time, I can confidently say that their smoothies are simply fantastic and definitely worth a visit to their kiosk. The worse staff ever! My husband ordered one smoothie and one bottle of water. The person passed his credit card in the machine 3 times and when My husband asked for the receipt she said she could not give him the receipt because he was not charged, the transaction was not completed. The lady that entitled herself as the manager got upset and took our food from the table and throw it away. At this time I was in shock with her behavior . This is the location at the Marshall's end of Sawgrass Mills. As far as ice cream is concerned, I think most of us would agree, Haagen Dazs makes some really good stuff! This of course will account for the lines which can get long at this location. I know I need a fix when I've had a long hard day of shopping. My latest favorite is the Chocolate Salted Fudge Truffle Non-Dairy. OMG, non-dairy and such creamy, chocolaty goodness. The selection of flavors has so much to offer that I can't imagine anyone not finding something they would love. My only criticisms of this location is: (1) the lines are generally disorganized and people are not as always as nice as they can be so pack your patience and (2) the prices are a little on the high side ($5.60 for a kiddie cup). We stopped by around 6pm to ask when they were closing since we wanted to grab a quick bite before getting dessert. They stated they closed at 8pm just like it said online but we made sure to double check considering the pandemic. When we returned at 07:30pm they said they couldn't do dazzlers because it was too close to closing. It has 360' counters so you could order from any location around it. Menu screens are overhead making it easy to choose your food or beverage. On this occasion I ordered a $8 coffee frappe which was pricey but good. The baristas were basically teenagers who took my order and filled it.
