I first went to the place where I purchased them and they said my frame was maybe broken and I would have to either find the screw to check if broken or not or get a new frame. Feeling discouraged, I stopped into Edward Breiner with my glasses. The manager took one look, said "give me 10 minutes" and came back with the exact screw to match and my glasses were fixed! I was in shock! He refused to let me pay for the screw or even tip him. Needless to say, I will be returning to this store for any future eyeglass purchases and will send all my friend here.
