This is such a great nail salon, which are very hard to find. I was able to book my pedicure online with ease and got a confirmation email as well. As I walked into the salon for my appointment I was running a little late but was still greeted with a smile by Maggie. I originally just made an appointment for a pedicure, during my pedicure I decided I would love a gel manicure and asked if she had time, she was very accommodating and happy to fit me in. We had a nice conversation and I was very comfortable, considering I'm almost 7 months pregnant it was a miracle. The salon was extremely clean, bright and decorated perfectly. I enjoyed my experience and look forward to going back. Maggie was great and I appreciate it because not everyone has great services and customer service. You should go see for yourself. I got a gel removal and classic manicure. All for $24. I didn't get the name of the young woman who did my nails but she was great. She was professional and friendly. What an amazing salon experience!! I only went for a pedicure, but it was the best pedicure I've ever had. First off, they give you water and bring magazines to you while you're soaking your feet. They did an incredible job of cleaning and massaging my feet. They used this aromatic scrub in my legs and gave a hot stone massage. They even tell you about their cleaning process to assure you the materials are sterile. And, I got a very nice shoulder massage while my nails were drying. Can't wait to go back! read more

Impeccably clean, very well decorated, and great staff (especially owner Maggie) make this my new go-to nail salon. Maggie gave me a French gel manicure for a wedding I was attending the next day. Maggie was incredibly sweet and friendly without pushing conversation unless it came up organically. I love that they sterilize all the metal tools in a dental autoclave (a HUGE deal to me because I am a germaphobe so I have been avoiding getting my nails done because I feel like most do not take cleanliness very seriously) and the nail files/buffers are single use. She even proved this by giving me the buffer and file to take home! She took her time and was sure to be gentle on my sensitive hand skin so no cuts just a beautiful manicure. Two weeks later and the manicure still looks great! Couldn't recommend this place enough. Only con is that it is in a busy area so traffic is an issue during rush hour but there was plenty of non-metered street parking. read more

My usual nail salon is towards the city and working full-time, it was too difficult to get in during the week and of course weekend hours were always taken quickly. This place is extremely clean and well decorated. Lisa did my pedicure, which she did an amazing job! She asked about how the pressure was when doing my foot massage and always asked about the temperature of the water and hot towel. Next, I was greeted by Maggie, the owner, who did my manicure. She is very efficient, but thorough. Maggie gives you just conversation, but doesn't talk your head off, which I appreciate. I've been to Maggie twice already and decided on a french manicure the second time. As you can see, she did an awesome job! I don't normally write reviews but I'm so happy I walked through their door. I try to book with the same person and they really helped bring my soft and breakable nails back to life. Recommending polish types and colors for my nail length and style then shape to minimize breakage. I can't believe 8 weeks and no breakages! So many compliments on both polish and shape! Some feedback for Maggie, techs are inconsistent, the polish selection is not varied enough across the board and in some ranges, many similar choices. Popular choices run out quickly, especially seasonal. The shoulder massage is a nice touch but some are better than others and sometimes it simply doesn't happen. If multiple techs contribute to a service they need to be of similar quality. I had to have someone fix my nail shape, resulting in much shorter nails than needed. Having someone take off polish for a tech is ok, but from shaping to polish, especially with gel etc, should be the same tech. If my regular tech leaves, I can't say I'd be back because of other experiences. read more

I highly recommend this salon! I went there twice, both for pedicure, each time with a different nail technician. The first time I went I used their online booking and it worked perfect and made things very simple and easy. Second time I phoned to book. When I arrived (both times) I had zero wait time, which I appreciated. They really honour and respect your appointment time. The place itself is lovely! Easy to find, easy to park and a real treat to be in. They keep it very clean. I like the layout of the place, the ambiance music and the pleasant aroma (incense?). The staff is super nice and friendly and they do a great job. I didn't feel rushed in any way. Today during my pedicure the tech noticed that one of my toenail was braking and offered to fix it for me. She used special glue and took the time to cure it with powder, let it dry, etc. She did it as courtesy and I was not charged extra. Fabulous service! It's the only salon I will go to. read more

The workmanship was not very good. The manicure was done in record time, 35 minutes? The nail polish application is uneven and doesn't have a professional look. I love this place and drive 15 mins out of my way, past several other nail salons, just to come here! I've tried all the salons local to me in concord and Acton, and either they REALLY screwed things up (hello, q nails, looking at you) or they had yellowing, bubbly polish (that means it's super old) or a bad selection of colors. I do nail bar has the biggest selection of gel colors I've EVER seen (probably around 50-75?) and they have the matching regular polish for if you want a matching gel mani and regular pedi! Everything is clean, well organized, and looks very upscale. This isn't a place where you sit in a 30 year old lumpy massage chair that only half the buttons work on, while the workers gossip to each other, and your concerns get dismissed. This is a place where you feel welcome, like you're getting a quality service, and you actually want to come back. read more

me and a friend went here for a gel manicure and acrylic set and the biggest problems were that it took 2 hours for the acrylics to get done and about an hour for the gel set. the pricing was another huge issue, the acrylics were 75 dollars, this wouldn't be a problem if they were applied well and looked good. instead they are applied sloppily, there are hanging acrylic tags, the paint job is poor and they aren't fully connected to the nail in some places. for the price we payed it sucks :/ read more

However if you are looking for high quality service, this place is too gentle with your hands and feet, and did not take their time with the service. Omg what an amazing experience! My bestie and I went and each got a mani/pedi. We each got the orange spa pedicure. It was fantastic! They had several other options which I'm now eager to try now! My manicure is perfection! The woman provided my services was super helpful and able to help me choose my colors. They are specialist in nail art which my friend took full advantage of and got a different one in each finger! I skipped the nail art this time and got some rhinestones instead. They ladies did all of this effortlessly and with a smile. Never made us feel rushed even though we ended up being there way after they normally close! The salon is beautiful. No silly uncomfortable massage chairs!! This is by far the cleanest nail salon I've been too. Not even the solar machines had a speck of dust or nail polish on it! Polish selection was outstanding.
