It did start to get busy with other customers but even they were getting food before me. Food is still good tho

They've recently added matcha and café lattes to their menu! My party thought the Mazapan Latté was…read morethe stand out, but the Horchata Latté and Caramel Latté were very disappointing. The Horchata Latté tasted like semi-sweet milk and the Caramel Latté was just okay, I would appreciate a more coffee-forward drink but I'm unsure if they use espresso in their drinks (or maybe they're single shots?). I had high hopes for these drinks since they are new additions (I thought maybe this restaurant stepped up their coffee game) but I would have preferred sticking with their Mexican Mocha, which although is still not very coffee forward is nonetheless a delicious drink. The pictures I've included show some of my favorite meals here. The Poblano Chilaquilles are a 10/10 and a staple for whenever I visit with family or friends. It's very savory and goes perfectly with over-medium eggs. If you prefer spicier Chilaquilles, this is not for you (these are savory without a hint of spice!). The Cali Omelette is all you could want from an omelette and HUGE! Unfortunately the sourdough bread was stale this visit. Potatoes are seasoned well and complements the meal. The Dulce De Leche French Toast is perfect for sharing and for those with a sweet tooth. It was the perfect finish to my party's meal. The Farmers Table gets a 10/10 for ambiance, but the service has generally been lacking for the 5-8 visits I've made. I feel as if the servers are not very attentive and I find myself waiting for the check or even to be checked on to see if my experience is going well. I actually would have loved to comment on the lattes I ordered (which again, were disappointing). The food is always great though, and despite the lacking service (which I've observed is likely due to the large amount of guests vs the couple of servers on duty attending to everyone), I always find myself coming back for more! Essentially, PLEASE order the Poblano Chilaquilles and PLEASE get your coffee elsewhere! I think a revamp on the coffee is much needed (much rather get my coffee and breakfast fix together!).

Hearty, classic breakfast with generous portions…read more I ordered the French Toast, Denver omelet, hash browns, and the peanut butter flavored pancakes, and everything came out hot and satisfying. The French toast, definitely delivered on flavor and portion size. The slices were thick and nicely crisp on the outside while staying soft and custardy inside. Lightly dusted with powdered sugar and topped with a scoop of butter that melts perfectly into every bite simple but satisfying. The omelet was packed with ham, onions, and peppers, cooked through without being dry, and well-seasoned. It's filling and definitely hits that classic diner-style breakfast craving. The hash browns were nicely crisp on the outside with a soft center simple, comforting, and done right. The highlight for me was the peanut butter pancakes. Fluffy and thick with a rich peanut butter flavor that wasn't overly sweet. They felt indulgent without being heavy, and paired perfectly with syrup. Overall, Aunt Emma's delivers solid comfort food and big portions in a cozy, no-frills setting. Nothing fancy, but everything was executed well. A dependable breakfast spot when you're in the mood for something filling and familiar.

Ok I'm back and this time I got their 8 dollar meal deal. It's $2 more with the California tax lol…read more I like that I can switch to croissant rather than the bagel. I feel like you're not really saving much. It was much better when you got the deal for $6 last year. Employees very friendly here, the coffee recipe has changed over the years it taste like it's burnt or bitter. Definitely not what it was as a gold standard for years. The sandwich itself does the job and came with 3 pieces of bacon. I miss the gold old days when the coffee was brewed 1 glass jar at a time. It seemed to taste so much better then.

I promise I'm not a hater lol but after giving Dunkin' multiple tries, I just can't seem to like…read moreit. For me the coffee tends to be really sweet. If that's your vibe, you might love it here! I think the issue for me is the espresso itself. I've tried switching things up plenty of times like adding extra shots, adjusting the sweetness, trying different combinations and I haven't found the one that clicks for me. That said, I will say the black iced coffee or cold brew is pretty decent. It's not my first coffee stop, but if I'm looking for something simple and keto friendly, I'd consider it. One thing I do really like is the cup sizes. You definitely get a lot of coffee for what you order, and I wish I loved the taste because the portion sizes are huge. Another positive is the service every time I've gone, the staff has been friendly and I've never had an issue. That alone goes a long way for me and is a big reason I'm still giving it 3 stars. Also, worth mentioning: they had these bling tumblers one time and they were actually super cute and girly. I grabbed a few for Christmas gifts for some friends and they loved them.

Great Poke place in National city. I love the many options they have for toppings!…read more The ambiance here is really welcoming and the staff is great. Only thing that is negative is the parking situation. However there's nothing that can be done about that.

The place is close to my home and we were excited to try it out for the first time…read more I deeply regret going. The customer service was awful. The guy that helped us was annoyed that we needed help. No greeting, nothing. He walked up and "are you guys ready to order?" That should have been the first red flag. He then just stared at us like we needed to hurry up and order. There is no menu on the wall. There is a tv that shows some of the food. So I had no idea how the order for it went. I had greens and cucumber first because again, no indication of what you can order first or how it is step by step. I asked for rice and was told that I could not have any since I had already gotten greens and cucumber. Why not ask me if I wanted to change it? Needless to say, I won't he having anything from here again. The food was ok from what my boyfriend told me. I didn't even eat mine since I felt like it wasn't what I really wanted. Please please please talk to your staff about their attitude and your customer service values.

Not bad at all. I see quite a few negative reviews about service, but I didn't have any issues…read more Although, I also came in with a party of 11 shortly after they opened. So not only did they have to pay attention to us, but they could also focus on accommodating us. The coffee cup is a bit small and cute. I did get several refills, so the size wasn't an issue. I just got a country skillet. It comes with gravy by default, which does a lot to keep it from feeling too cloying or dry. I think that's somewhat common with skillets, especially when it has a lot of potato, which this one does as well. A lot of the other items look good also.

Absolutely wild whiplash of experiences…read more First few visits were delightful and service was great during the week and the smaller brunch menu was perfect Came with my family on a Sunday and wow I am embarrassed I recommended this spot. A simple request which I have ordered multiple times with no issues and when my order came incorrect mentioned it to the server she apologized and took the plate back - that's where the service ended Cook sends the plate back sayings it's fine I am wrong. Even though its visibly wrong and first bite immediately had the bell pepper I asked to be removed She argued that it was cilantro to my husband ignoring me talking about me that "maybe she doesn't know the difference it's Serrano or cilantro" no offer to remake it or anything standing firm I don't know what cilantro is I said I don't want to argue my husband took the plate and clearly didn't enjoy it it was not as described on the menu. Server ( I wish I caught her name she transferred us to another server as soon as the check was ready ) She came back and confirmed with her boss it was not cooked how it was supposed to be. Then transferred us and walked away My mind is blown at the lack of accountability and I was hoping the other reviews were once offs but it seems to be common to avoid comping a meal to refiring a ticket. Insulting customers costs more than remaking my eggs... I understand mistakes happen but how you handle it matters so much, and this was absolutely not appropriate or worth any of the money spent.
