It's a sweet vanilla yogurt with sliced strawberries and granola tip: we'll ask to have the granola poured in the middle and top of the cup so every bite has granola until the end. If they could make that with a vanilla protein powder, it would blow up so fast with the fitness community! -I usually get the breakfast sandwich without bacon or ham and I get the chipotle sauce on the side. The crema part was gray but the fresas disappointed, they were either really sour or they tasted like if they had gone an extra day or two they would be spoiled. The diablito had A LOT of chamoy, even after stirring it a lot of times and finally putting it in a different cup to mix that's all you tasted chamoy nothing else. They have a great breakfast croissant sandwich that has become one of my favorites. Their tortas are always good for a lunchtime meal and you can pair it with one of their licuiados. Those licuiados can be a meal in itself too. Their friendly customer service has never disappointed. I would say it's time for an ambiance remodel though. I placed an order over the phone for a small açai bowl and didn't notice until I got home their idea of an açai bowl is a fruit salad filled to the top and a tiny scoop of store bought pre-made ice cream type of açai which is a sorbet not real açai. It is not an açai bowl it's a fruit bowl topped with sorbet. Fruit at the bottom was rotten and when I called the woman said that's how they make them. I spent $10 for a rotten fruit bowl and this isn't the first time I've gotten rotten fruit from this place. Save your time and money and go anywhere else. Update: save yourself the heartbreak and never order Teresitas via Postmates. The first time I tried they cancelled my order for no reason. The next time they promised it would be delivered no later than 2:18. I got it 45 minutes after that. So an hour and a half wait. Paying for convenience became really inconvenient ordering from them. This was my first time going to Teresita's after hearing so many good things about their juices. My body was feeling like a walking dumpster fire after eating like trash at work and needed something refreshing. I got a large green juice and half a turkey avocado torta with chipotle sauce. I'm usually weary about smoothies and juices I don't make at home just because I worry about the fruit being frozen or smoothies made with JUST juice. I'm here to tell you their green juice is the BEST green juice I've ever had. They have fresh ingredients (there was a whole spinach leaf in my drink!) and it didn't taste like grass like the green juice we all know and hate. Came here for the first time (finally) last week, and have already been back a second time.. friendly people working, decent amount of parking, clean inside with a good amount of tables.. huge tvs to stare at... They have a huge selection of drinks, smoothies, "Aguas frescas" , sandwiches, snacks, chamango, etc... So far my favorite is fresas con crema (strawberries with cream)... the 16oz is plenty, but killing it is possible. Cut up fruit, a bit of crunch from the granola, and the sweet cream. Omg such a yummy snack... I also love their aguas Fresca (watermelon). So refreshing and just sweet enough without being too sweet. Just writing about it makes me want to go back and get some!
