I decided to return and give it another ago! They truly do have amazing teas & boba! Customer service has been great since my last visit! The ambiance is definitely a family environment! You can enjoy games, watch tv, also get a good bite to eat! The business is in a share parking lot. There is also a patio attached so you can enjoy amazing outside views! Sit down with friend or furry friends.

I was craving a refreshing drink after a long morning of running around doing errands. I was instantly greeted as I came through the door and the staff was quick about taking my order. I had the Strawberry Tea with green tea and Passion Fruit w green tea. It was a hit and taste buds were loving it!Also, if you want a heavier tea choose the black tea instead of green tea. What I loved the most is the FAST service! The atmosphere is very chill and relaxing. I would recommend for anyone wanting to take some time to hang out or do some school work as they also have wifi. Please note they also have games too. I will be back to try more flavors.

It had been a while since I had been to this location, so we decided to stop by for lunch. The staff was super friendly, and there was a little lunch rush, but they worked through the line quickly and had orders coming out at a good pace, too. We each ordered a bahn mi and a tea. The chicken bahn mi was delicous, and my husband really enjoyed his beef one with an added fried egg. My pomegranate peach tea with basil seeds was absolutely delicious, and I now think I'll be choosing basil seeds over boba.

Ordered baby tapioca, received regular boba. I was going to graciously take the regular boba but the worker just interrupted me saying "are you gonna pay for it?" What caught my attention of this restaurant was the variety on their menu! I had their taro smoothie, with the charbroiled bbq chicken plate and the beef bulgogi banh mi. There was nothing too special about the smoothie but the food is where I felt I needed to write a review about. The banh mi had the perfect texture and seemed to be bigger than the average one I usually get elsewhere. The bulgogi hit the spot and on top of that I still had the plate to go! The plate was honestly amazing. What I liked about the chicken is that it was healthy, had lots of flavor and that there was a lot for the price. I just wish they had an option for a salad bottom or half salad half rice! The second time around I got just the plate and the popcorn chicken and wow, it was delicious. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, I will most likely be a regular from now on!

4.5 to be fair. I got mango smoothie with egg custard and boba. Egg custard topping is sooOoo good! Try it next time, and it taste more like caramel custard rather than egg custard. Some people might not be a fan of "egg" custard. Now as for boba, it is soft, chewy but... it's not sweet. But that's okay because mango smoothie is sweet so it balances out. I wish they have size options!

Honestly.. I came here expecting to have my taro craving satisfied. I'm not sure why the Taro boba just did not taste like Taro it tasted like is was nothing but sugar with no kind of flavor. Really so tired of the "We just ran out of bread" story. During the week the bread runs out about 8 to 8:15 if you're lucky. On the weekend it "runs out" at 7:45. Some times you get someone that doesn't mind actually working and then they magically have bread but you will see another employee come out and yell at them that "This is the last one, no more". If you want to close your kitchen an hour before you close just post "Kitchen closes at 8". Customer service, not hard. read more

Daughter's dessert for her birthday after a meal. She wanted to try the Boba - I guess that's the new kids craze...another fad. Sucking up fruity balls in tea with a wide straw. We had something like that when I was their age, it was kit-kat in a slurpie! I ordered a hot mocha...I've had much better. Kids seemed to like their tea. The staff was kind and helpful. I also read that there is a study in Germany that found chemicals in the boba tea that were carcinogenic...so - research! ...just not my cup of tea. read more

Their taro is diabetes in a cup. Way too much sugar. We returned it and asked for a different flavor, and they charged us for another drink even though they took back the other drink that was 90% full. I have been to way better boba places with way better service in this area. read more

Great Boba! I tried the avocado smoothie and it was surprisingly good! The guy at the counter recommended adding the yogurt boba and even let me taste the boba first. A friend introduced me to boba years ago at this place and now I'm obsessed with it! The first time I was really experimental and got a tropical tea with star fruit jellies and it was good, but I got to try my friends honey dew melon cream tea with tapioca and I haven't gotten anything else since then. I might be robbing myself of other great teas but I just can't resist every time I go. Also their sandwiches are amazing! The veggies taste fresh and the meat is seasoned well. I'm sure they can do a veggie option too. Another cool thing is they offer games for you to play while having lunch there or waiting for your order. A few friends and I would go get boba, sandwiches and have connect 4 championships lol. There is plenty of parking but this location is on Louetta and if you know Louetta you know that it is a hot spot for traffic. It is so worth it though! read more

I Heart Boba is a pretty solid boba cafe. They consistently deliver chewy boba and yummy tea. I have yet had poorly prepared boba from there and I have been there many times. The customer service is great, and they were helpful and patient with kids in the group. The sitting area isn't one to lounge around in so much, but it offers a more playful environment with table top games available for all at no charge. They have a variety of flavors and even options for those that don't heart boba. I particularly like their blended coffee mixes. The tea is served quickly and the prices are very fair. I quickly filled up my reward points and am looking forward to coming back for more regularly! read more

As they advertise "we put our heart in it", this little bubble tea shop nestle in an isolated strip mall is one that you should come in on hot summer day in Texas. The tea and slush is just refreshing with no powder or syrup under taste. My favorite is the longan fruit tea which has bits of dried longan in it. The only negative thing I personally found was the menu is simple and there is lack of choices in comparison to some of the other bubble teas cafe I've been to. But overall, if you have that one drink you like, you might not find that too much of an issue. read more

You definitely have to mix it or else you will get a mouth straight full of espresso but it is very tasty! Options of bubble tea are a lot - they have various fruit, milk and matcha options. They can come with boba and pudding too. Staff was friendly and drinks were out in 5 minutes! So it was super fast. They also sell food but we didn't really check out that part! They also have a seating area and a lot of outlets. Seating of around 15-20 people worth. Lots of outlets if you needed to plug in a laptop. There is also WiFi. Parking was expected to be an issue as the lot is shared with other businesses in the center, but was not an issue for an early evening Saturday. But parking can be an issue at times, I was told. The restaurant is small with only tables and maybe 4-5 seats at the small bar. We arrived about 15 minutes before our 6:45pm reservation and had to wait due to no available tables, but that was not a showstopper. The noise level was moderate throughout our stay such that one could easily carry on a conversation with table mates without having to scream. Almost all patrons were nicely dressed. Since this is a Michelin acknowledged restaurant two years in a row, we were expecting uniqueness and we were not disappointed. That said, food was very good, but I would not rate it as spectacular. The blue fin tuna tostados were delightful and hands down the best dish we had. Ceviche mixto was excellent with a just a hint of heat. I would order these two appetizer dishes again. Main courses consisted of duck 2 ways, redfish with green mole and risotto, spring cavatelli, and grilled shrimp & pork belly. All were delicious and uniquely tasty with the exception of the duck. Mind you, I really like duck and the sliced portions were excellent and perfectly seasoned and moist, but the pate-like accompaniment was not that good, plus the mole sauce was not what I was expecting. Table sides of Brussels sprouts and fried cauliflower were good but nothing special. The Eton Mess with strawberries was simply delicious. Would I go back? Maybe, but not anytime soon.

One thing that really bothered me was that one waitress took my card yet another brought it back out. This really concerns me when there is transfer of that personally.

First off... Definitely check in on Yelp to get a sweet deal! This place is a great stop for those who live nearby. Drinks are more affordable than other places in town! Bubble tea here is $3.10, and it's $3.75 in other places. Be careful with the sweetness though; regular sweetness level is TOO sweet for me. The balls are pretty solid, but I've had better balls in town elsewhere. Need a fast snack while on your way to work? Excellent. Get a banh mi here while at it. It takes them two minutes to make. Though this wouldn't be unanimously proclaimed as my favorite bubble tea in Houston, it's still a Top 3 choice. I Heart Boba wins a fifth star for convenience, friendly staff, and affordability. The staff here is always polite, Professional, quick, & friendly. They run an efficient business! Even during covid where they are probably short staffed just like everyone else, they are always great! I've been going here years and they have not once messed up my order. I prefer the Hazelnut Iced coffee & Fruit smoothies with bursting boba. I personally am not a fan of boba or teas, (I'm super picky), but all my friends I have brought here have fallen in love with this place too! Their sandwiches are also the only sandwiches I'll eat. I do not leave bad reviews unless it's necessary. This business is just bad manners. I ordered two drinks tipped $2 and my total was $12. One of the drinks I ordered was made poorly and tasted a lot like bug spray. To say the least undrinkable and I can normally enjoy most things. I asked if they could remake the drink and they refused unless I purchased the drink again. I could not believe it. I would understand if this was my fault and a loss on the business. But this was clearly their mistake. I'm very disappointed. read more

I literally downloaded the yelp app just to talk about how good this place is. There is not a single day that goes by that I don't think about their piña colada smoothie with green apple popping boba. Every time I go to the place I literally reach Nirvana. There is no place that makes boba THIS good. Every time I'm having a bad day, I got to I Heart Boba and suddenly my problems are gone, my skin is clear, my debts are paid and my grades are passing. This place is over looked by most due to them not knowing what boba is but let me tell you it's this delicious milk tea with creamy tapioca balls at the bottom and your choice of fruits.
