His refried beans were tasty, too. My only disappointment was with the kid's meal. It was a bland quesadilla and a small enchelada. There were no sides - I would have liked them to also get a little beans or rice or salad or something. For a drink I ordered their homemade horchata. It was very good and only cost about $2 for a large glass. You could even see the little bits of cinnamon in the bottom of the glass. They also have a homemade jamaica (hibiscus) drink that I assume would be just a good. We liked the place enough that we stopped back on Tuesday night for $2.99 margaritas and to buy the kids a fried ice cream. My daughter was amazed that the ice cream had actually been fried without melting. For about $4 the dessert was HUGE with a fried flour tortilla, a very large ball of fried ice cream, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and a cherry on top. It was enough for all four of us to share. Our margaritas were also good. Much more potent than I expected for the special price. Only drawback is that it had to be on the rocks and I like a frozen Margarita. But at $3 for 16 ounces who's to complain. :)
