After work and with no car yet, I find myself stuck in my apartment with nothing to do and no nearby gym to go to for a workout. I am not the most sports-lovin' person, but I love attending kickboxing classes here! The instructors are all incredibly friendly and good, and even if you can't do a specific move there is always modifications available. It's an hour long and the first 10 minutes is usually the toughest - they make it fun! Classes switch up each week, working on different parts of your body. There are multiple class times available each day, which makes it really convenient if you miss your usual class - you can just join another! I usually go for the evening classes which have about 10-15 people, and starts off with around 20% bag work, and more circuit trainings/sets afterwards. Outside of the awesome workout itself, the studio is like a little Natick community.. lots of cute kids coming in for Jiu Jitsu, HIIT Kickboxers, parents waiting for their kids etc. I'm glad I found it!

They all appear to be teenagers, so they don't have customer service one could hope for. -they're a little extreme with their shoe policy. You can't wear shoes from the outside inside, and prepare to have one of the teenagers tell you off. If you're like me and accidentally wear them into the parking lot to grab something from you car, prepare to take them off and do the workout barefoot. So, take what you will from it!

Best gym I have ever been a part of! Their concept is very unique which might make you confused or…read morehesitant when you go for the first time, but it is AMAZING. The gym is quite small, but organized in which there are 9 stations. Typically 6ish rounds involve punching/kicking bags (super fun). These stations have white boards with what excercise you are doing during that period of time (changes every day). The 30 minute workout is organized by a buzzer, each round will last about 3 minutes (green buzzer), then the yellow buzzer will indicate 30 seconds left, & then the red buzzer is the short period of time allowing you to get to the next station. The entire time, there is 1-3 trainers walking around showing you what to do, encourage you, & sometimes work with you with punching pads. The best part of this is that you can walk in anytime when they're open, there are no class times. This makes it so flexible to get in a good workout, making less excuses for ourselves! All the trainers are so kind & motivating. They know your name, greet you when you walk in, & motivate you throughout the workout. There's also music blasting during your workout, which I love. You will get wraps & gloves once you sign up. It is pricier compared to different gyms ($99.99/month or $89.99/month for students). Don't quote me on these prices, their based on memory haha. Though it's expensive compared to other gyms, you can go an UNLIMITED amount of time. It has proved it's worth for me, & I get so excited to go each day. This is the kind of environment I need to push me to live a healthier life. It's like being part of a group. You also get emails that update you on schedule changes & upcoming events, I'm so obsessed! I also just brought my sister & brother to a breast cancer kick off event that they hosted today. They donated a penny to breast cancer awareness/research for every kick from members/non-members. We had a lot of fun & were able to contribute over $30 worth of kicks. If your looking for a great workout, amazing classes, A great community, and a kick ass fitness staff this is the place. I'm new here and have gone to two classes so far and they both kicked my ass. The open gym has all the equipment you might need and there is plenty of open space to work out in plus heavy bags, speed bags, and two rings. The negatives since that is what we read the review for (to see if a can live with the negatives) there are no showers so going before work can be a challenge. But they have a good afternoon and evening schedule for after work. Also they are really laid back. Which is great because I didn't feel pressure to join and sign a two year agreement and buy a bunch of equipment. But at the same time my wife and I went twice to sign up and it was hard to get someone to take our money. But they did and we are loving it so far. Highly recommend kick-boxing.
