I only recommend this nail salon for a simple pedicure, here is why: I came in for an actual nail set on Valentine's Day and was not satisfied. As I have mentioned before, I have tiny nail beds. One must take extra time to shape and file the nail to fit properly and for it to look natural. Welp, the guy didn't do that! The shape was wonky and looked like semi-duck feet. Furthermore, the nail polish application was messy and uneven. Botched nails are never cute... I stopped by today for a pedicure only as it was down the street from my work and I've been looong overdue for one. It's $20 which is more than reasonable and they did a fine job for what it was. Cut, file, scrubbing of the heels, lotion/massage and nail polish application. As my toes were drying, I witnessed an upset customer who was dissatisfied with her nail set which started lifting after 4 days. No bueno. Top it off the worker rolled her eyes and didn't want to fix them...Soo, yeah I do not recommend getting a nail set here but if you are in this area and need a pedi, stop on by. read more

The front desk nail tech went on to shape and do my nails, until I told her it was a spec of something in my acrylic on my nail. She fixed it, had I not said anything she would of left that in my nail. She missshaped my ring finger and pretended to not see the obvious. But She fixed it. But I felt like a bother to her. The guy doing my toes must've been in training so He deserves grace. He did good. I asked for a rounded shape at my nail bed she said okay. my nail bed has no curve it's flat. I showed her a pic but not sure what happened. I have been here a few times. Given the location is so close to my home. I've been serviced by all the workers here in hopes to find someone to stick too! I come from Sacramento and still have no luck here in Fresno finding a good nail tech!!. I hope to come to a nail salon and not feel like a bother asking the professional to make necessary corrections every time. My previous nail tech was very approachable and professional and cared about her paying clients. I appreciate the service from my last 3 visits but if I'm paying ($90-$100) I rather go to a place I feel more comfortable giving my money too. Im going to give ANGELS NAILS another try. I'd been coming here for years ...recently around my finger nails and toenails when getting gel on them my skin started drying and my nails lifting my nails turned chalky white literally ruined my fingernails and toes I wasn't sure if it was them I took them off and everything back to normal so then I waited a while went back got them done again and it happened which had never happened long story short went to the doctor turns out they don't use legal product nail polish never will be going back! I have been coming here for a while, but every time I have came its been the girl on the right (Tiffany) , well today she was busy so I let the guy who's normally behind her do them. Let me just say the ONLY one doing my nails is the girl. The guy I feel just rushed through my fill and doesn't pay as much attention to detail. Also, fills with gel are $27 plus I got stickers which is $5 extra for 2 nails, total is always $32 but the guy automatically charged his tip of $3, I always leave a tip ($5-$10) for my nail technicians but for him to automatically add one was kind of rude and didn't like when I let him know what he did So yeah WATCH WHAT YOU GET CHARGED FOR! I love love love this salon! Yes it is new but it has so much potential. Emie is wonderful and fast when doing nails. They last me anywhere to 4 weeks and sometimes longer before lifting. So the quality is really good. She also does an amazing job on waxing eyebrows! I don't normally get a pedicure but the price is so cheap compared to other salons so I decided to give it a go and even with regular polish, my nails lasted almost 4weeks without chipping. So I came here because it was a new place and I like trying out new nails salons from time to time. I was in dire need of a new full set so I tried this place. Staff was friendly enough but the overall result was underwhelming for the price. No cuticle oil given, polish sloppy (even after mentioning it) glue everywhere and my hands weren't even dusted off before my tech flew to another station. I'm usually a huge tipper especially for this because I know it's gruesome work but not this time. Oh and you could only pay by CashApp! I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I called on a Saturday morning to see if I had to make an appointment and they stated walk ins only on the weekend. I got there around 12pm and had a little wait but nothing bad. I had a few gel-x nails few on which they had to take off, he just basically peeled them off which didn't leave my nails in the best shape but they didn't charge me so I wasn't mad about it. I asked for dip on my natural nails. They peeped my nails a little but barely touched my cuticles which was one of the main reasons for me getting my nails done and then only did 2 coats of the dip.. it was not enough. Now about a week later all of my nails are chipped the clear gel coat they put on top is all peeled off and looks horrendous. You can't even tell I had them done. Also they only accept cash, there is a ATM in the nail salon but when you aren't expecting it to be cash only it's kinda shocking. Needless to say I unfortunately will not be returning. The people were nice but the quality of nails I received was not. read more

In town for a birthday party. Me, my daughter, and mother in law needed pedicures. They were close to my sons house so thought we would try it out. They got us right in. So friendly. Did a wonderful job. Only reason 4 stars is because the guy who did my pedicure only rubbed the oil on one foot and leg. He was older maybe forgot. Usually get two warm towels for your legs. I asked for coffin acrylics and when I realized 2 of my nails were slanted and filed down to a weird angle I told her about it to fix it and to please add more so they're even she seemed to get annoyed at the fact she had to add to the slanted nails.... After that it went down hill. She did a poor job and didn't even bother making sure underneath my nails were clean nor did she even clean up my cuticles. I felt like for her work she over charged me. And it's cash only. My mom was with me also, but she was getting a full pedicure, the lady that did her toes did a good job on the gel it self but the actual pedicure was poor, she didn't even receive some time of foot massage.. Went in on for a Healthy Nail Dipping Powder service and they only gave me certain colors to look from and i was wanting a dark brown color. I asked the guy who helped me and he said he would look but didn't. I there after went onto seating in the chair and getting started he tried the wrong color in me and i asked him if he had the brown and he seemed bothered, i told him if he didn't have the brown in the dip then i can just do gel polish. He was very bothered after, he later found the dipping powder that was brown, did it on my nails and asked what shape i wanted or if it was going to be round, i kindly asked for him to do squoval and he did not know what that was. He said my nails were too short, but when i went in last time the girl happily did that for me and i told him that but he did seem to know what Squoval was. Thereafter explaining to him he was more than bothered and rushed through my nails so he can move on the girl that was waiting and i was very unhappy but left anyway. I would've been fine if they had lasted me a solid 7 days but i went in on a Friday and by Saturday my gloss polish on the powder was coming off, and the bottom of the nail had air underneath the polish that looked awful. I went out of town for the weekend to San Diego and came back and called and told them i didn't want a full refund or for them to fix my nails, i just wanted them to know that's not acceptable for someone paying the price of a full set and getting this in return, she was very rude and i will not be going in to fix my nails or get them done here again. I also saw a disagreement take place at this same spot a few weeks before bc it hadn't been my first time there and she complained about customer service here and how they do not take constructive criticism well. I went into this salon for a gel pedicure last Saturday at around 1pm. I expected it to be really busy, but I was greeted and seated immediately! I don't recall the exact number, but there at least 5 chairs available. The massage chairs are excellent; something that was lacking in the salon I had been using previously. They're also spaced nicely so you're not sitting right on top of the person next to you. The decor was a little on the sparse side, but it was a nice relaxing muted shade of lavender. It felt very clean and spacious. The owner was delightfully sweet, and it turned out that it was her father who did my toes.
