The fries really good! I don't know how to describe it. Haha

That was surprisingly delicious! Tucked away in the New Hope Commons shopping center. The owners are nice and friendly. They took my order right away. The fries was quite delicious! I don't know what they put in it but it's tasty! It's almost has this buttery like flavor to it. Impressed for something as simple as fries. The white pizza was on point. The crispness of the edges paired well with the garlicky goodness, cheese, and white sauce. I miss ordering by the slice! It sure reminds me of New York style pizza in Manhattan. Honestly, I think it's as good. Happy to find this location! I've been to the other locations before too.

The food is amazing! the service is good. no it's not a romantic type Italian eatery, but for the quality and price of food I don't care! i ate lasagna at another place "with ambiance". It was $9 more per serving did not include anything. Here it included a salad other place had a mandatory 18% tip. not here. definitely try you will not be disappointed. we drove all the way from knightdale to eat here!

Having started coming back when I'm in the area after all these years, each time, I was pleased with the service. The food is some of the best within public transportation distance in the area. I showed a former Google Review from the Summer to one of the employees Junior and they gave me a complimentary slice of tuxedo cake. I hope Ali and/or Junior are my/our servers in the future. Since I have started going back, I have only had good experiences here.

Very much a hole in the wall local spot. My two boys love the atmosphere and decorations. There is a diverse group of customers that flocked to this place during lunch hours. We went during a weekday so you have all sorts of clientele that come in from shopping in the strips center to weekday employees stopping by for lunch. there was plenty of seating in the booth and ample amount of space. Definitely wheelchair/stroller accessible. Restrooms are clean! Employees are polyglots, including English in Spanish. I got the 10 wings, they were absolutely wonderfully cooked. The chicken was juicy and tender, and the outside of the wings were almost air fried, very crispy and airy! The pizza is amazing, i'm not one to dictate the difference in pizza because I really can't tell. But this place had amazing Sicilian pizza. The crust was perfectly cooked and held its shape and the breading of the pizza was soft and moist and did not collapse with the sauce and cheese. Slices are huge! ranch is delicious. I think it's homemade. They also have homemade lemonade and strawberry lemonade next to the fountain drinks. 10/10 recommend!

I was doing some errands on Durham and had dined at this place, pizza was okay not the best one i ever had but it was fine for what i paid. I don't think I'm coming back any time soon.

I almost didn't come here because some of you teabags gave it one stars and a bunch of petty criticism. But I'm from New York City and I'm gonna give these guys a shout because the pizzas about 80% New York City and undoubtedly the best you're going to get in this rural area if you're looking for true New York City by the slice pizza. I'm so glad I came in here despite some of the negative reviews and encourage others to come in as well. Legit

Vegetarian: I had a slice of cheese pizza, it was solid but nothing to write home about. My sister had their cheese calzone and the ricotta cheese was cold. She had to dig the ricotta out of the calzone to enjoy it. Not anywhere near as good as the location on Hillsborough street in Raleigh. They had several vegetarian options that you would expect at any pizza place like this, such as mozzarella sticks, and white pizza. Vegan: They only have fries and a salad. I thought they might have more because they do have Greek food, but sadly no. Glute-free: They made no mention on their menu. Service: order at the counter and pick it up when it's ready. The cashier was polite. They heat the pizza up in the oven when you order it so there is a little bit of a wait. Recommendations: I would come back but I would stop short of recommending it to anyone.

    Raw and completely under cooked.

Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of the service. I always feel anxious asking for vegan versions at restaurants which don't have anything vegan on the menu, but I felt very at ease here. The staff was extremely professional. They brought me a separate salad, which was some kind of pepper / oil / radish situation. The main dish was a basil & eggplant pasta with red sauce. The noodles themselves were delicious, and I loved the basil & eggplant. I did feel that the sauce was perhaps a bit bland / undersalted, but I suspect that was because of the vegan accommodations. I think the salad suffered for similar reasons. I think they could improve their menu by designing an intentionally vegan main dish, particularly one that was more well-balanced to make up for the lack of cheese (everything else had cheese in it, so I'm assuming that was the problem with my dish). Overall, however, I was very impressed with the service and it was a very positive experience. I appreciate the lengths to which they went to accommodate me.

Because they state that tables of 2 will only be allowed the table for 90 minutes, we didn't think timing would be an issue, but indicated it just in case. The restaurant wasn't busy, assuming since we were on the earlier side of a weeknight. However, despite all this, we still barely made it to our show. The restaurant is cozy and moody and smells wonderful. I love being able to see the kitchen from the tables. However, service was a little off-putting. Our waitress was cordial, but she didn't tell us about the specials until after we asked and even then, only stated the name of the dish--no description. This wouldn't have been as off-putting except that she was energetic and forthcoming about the drink and food specials for the table next to us, which was a larger party. It honestly made us feel like there was a different attitude based on perceived tip. Pacing of our food was a little awkward. We ordered the burrata bruschetta and the golden beets and mozzarella salad to start and they were brought out separately--the salad only after we had finished the burrata. Both dishes were good, and the real shining star was the mozzarella under the salad. After we finished the salad, our waitress cleared our plates and then said, "ok now I'll put the entrees in." Again, since we had a schedule to adhere to, we were a little perplexed. We sat with nothing on the table for about 10 minutes, which I think would have been better filled with food or something to munch on. My friend got the cacio e pepe, which was divine, and I got the tagliatelle al ragu, which was good and very filling. Because of the timing, we didn't get to order dessert, which was a bummer. In fact, our waitress didn't even ask if we were interested--just dropped the check off. There are a few other things I'd like to try on the menu, so I'll probably be back, but this wasn't the stellar experience that I'm used to from Matt Kelly restaurants.

The wine list is broad and thoughtfully curated, with options that feel approachable whether you're a casual wine drinker or someone looking to try something new. The sommeliers were welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping us find something we loved. The space itself is adorable, with eclectic décor and cozy lighting that makes it easy to settle in and stay awhile. It's a great spot for conversation and a relaxed evening with friends. The only downside is that the space is fairly small, and I would have loved to see one or two more lower seating options for small groups rather than mostly high tops. That said, I could absolutely see us coming back for a pre- or post-theater glass of wine or an easy catch-up night.

The service is awesome--our server was super friendly and gave me a great drink recommendation when I wasn't sure what I wanted. It ended up being perfect. My friend and I shared a glass of the 2023 Cederberg Bukettraube (sweet white wine) and got the charcuterie board for one with the truffle salami. That board was so good--I can't stop thinking about it. The toasted baguette slices with truffle salami and mustard? Unreal. It was the perfect little snack to share. We also had the citrus lavender crème brûlée, which was surprisingly delicious. I don't usually go for crème brûlée, but this one was light, not overly sweet, and just had a really nice flavor. I've also tried their shepherd's pie before and loved it--wish it was still on the menu! The vibe inside is moody and cozy, and they've got a cute outdoor patio too. Overall, such a great spot. A little pricey, but I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend checking out Killer Queen.
