Not only are containers filthy they are open! So unsanitary

There's clearly a lot of fake reviews here!! This place is filthy, the food grade is low quality, they are rude to people of color, and they pretend to not understand English. As sushi lovers and someone who eats out 5 times per week, this was by far a waste of money. The food is so gross and I hate to even say those words, but I'd hate for other guest to spend their hard earn money and not be satisfied. I work too hard to throw money away.

The prices are crazy now: They've doubled/tripled the price of every plate color. The cheapest, $1 plates are now $3. The previous most expensive, $5 plates are now $10. And as if that wasn't enough, they've also added another, $7 plate. I added just meat, rice noodles, and mushrooms. That alone put me at $17, pre-tax and tip. Their standard soup base actually tastes better than I remember. It was so good I actually drank some like real soup. Which is weird for hot pot. The rice noodles were already overcooked on the plate. I just dunked it for a split second and it was mush. This wasn't as bad when they were $1, but now at $3 it's annoying. We had two waitresses come by. The Hispanic waitress was extremely sweet. Very attentive and kind. The Asian waitress was extremely unpleasant and rude. They always used to be packed. This time the place was almost empty. Only two other tables had people. The sauce area also seems different. I wonder if they have new owners?

Last night was my third time at this restaurant and it was a great experience all 3 times. The experience of pulling the food that you want off of a conveyor belt is a lot of fun. I took a date here for her first time and she thoroughly enjoyed it and we both left full and happy. The Thai tea was in a huge cup and it was very good. We finished our meal with a hot sake, which was also good. A fun experience with good food options that I would recommend anyone to try at least once.

I Luv Hot Pot is a fun place. I have wanted to visit this restaurant for several years now and finally got around to it. The food is tasty. The ambiance is spectacular, the restaurant is decorated in a fun, inviting way, with led lighting, the revolving items bar, and fun chandeliers. The service is good, as the servers only need to bring your drinks and you can request rice from them if you want it, as it is not a revolving item. Each person at the table chooses a hotpot broth. Each person pays around $5 for the hotpot broth. Each item that you add to the hotpot is on the revolving conveyor belt. There are tons of choices. Each plate you take from the conveyor belt has a price, ranging from $3 - $10. There are soooo many options of items to choose from and this is one of my favorite things about this place. There are about 5 different types of noodles to choose from, like egg noodles, udon, ramen, rice vermicelli, etc., there is tons of veggies from bok choy, broccoli, bean sprouts, sweet potatoes, watercress, etc. and the protein choices are outstanding! Some of the offered proteins are eggs, tofu, thin sliced, chicken, several pork options, several beef options, shrimp, tiger prawns, snow crab, escargot and lobster. And I know it seems like I have listed a good bit of choices from the conveyor belt, but I promise there is many more options than I listed, they also offer things like potstickers / dumplings, etc. Most of the items are $3, especially the noodles, veggies, dumplings, some proteins, etc. and the options go up in price a few dollars depending on meat choice. The $10 items are the lobster, tiger prawns & snow crab. I know you may think, the cost is really adding up here, but you get your moneys worth, because each plate you take from the conveyor belt, has so much on it. You definitely want to take friends and share each plate with them. The plates are made for sharing, as the quantity on them is really great. The vegetables and meat all seemed very fresh as well, which made me very happy. There is also a sauce bar of course where you can create your own hotpot dipping sauce. The selection on the sauce bar is pretty good. I will also say the food was very delicious! The atmosphere was very fun. The price ended up being around $45 a person as we tried a lot of items and split the total bill 3 ways. So this is no more and maybe a little less than we spend at most hotpot restaurants that are AYCE. One added bonus is that we were all stuffed and we still had a good bit of food left. And unlike AYCE spots, the waiter came to the table to bring us to-go bowls and to-go boxes and you can take all of your leftovers with you! So I am sure you are thinking, why is this girl only rating this place 3 stars when this review sounds like the place is outstanding! And yes, the food, selection of choices, taste of the food, the cost, etc. is all great! The reason for my 3 star review is that my one big turn off is that the restaurant is not that clean. The floor from the door, to the table, to the bathrooms, is oily and slippery feeling. The plates & silverware, etc. was not very clean, there was food particles on several of our plates and we had to get new ones or thoroughly wipe them down ourselves. Several of the bowls we got from the sauce bar, also were not clean. This was a huge disappointment. We really loved this place, but it was very hard to get over the lack of cleanliness. I would love to go back to this restaurant many time, but it's something I will have to think about, just because all of us at our table was a bit turned off by the lack of cleanliness. If they can work on this and clean things up, this place would definitely get 5 stars from me.

This is one of my husbands favorite places for pho because he gets to build his own. We've never had to wait to get seated unless we have a big group. Once you're seated in a booth next to the conveyor belt the server will take your broth and drink order. You can grab your sauces from the sauce bar while you're waiting for your broth. They provide a great variety of pho ingredients that you can choose from. Each colored plate represents a different price. The service was ok. Our server checked in about 4 times to pick up the clear tops and refilled our drink container.

The hotpot concept here is pretty interesting: various meat and produce come down a conveyor belt and the prices are determined by their color-coded plates. My Thai broth was more on the sweet side than spicy and according to my partner, the beef broth was lacking flavor. We tried the cabbage, lobster balls, king mushrooms, tofu skin, scallops, sushi, lobster, and an array of beef items. My favorite were the scallops, king mushrooms, and cabbage. If I were to visit again, I'd avoid the lobster balls, tofu skin, and lobster. To be honest, adding lobster to your hotpot is a terrible idea! I personally thought the toppings were way overpriced (e.g. $3 for less than 10 small cabbage pieces). Our check turned out to be $120 for two people (kinda crazy since we are both small people and yet we were still hungry afterwards). While the experience was interesting, I was turned off by the lack of covid precautions. Gloves aren't provided at the sauce bar and everyone is using the same utensils (FYI: unlike other hotspot places, I Luv Hotpot doesn't give recommendations on how to combine some of the sauces - all four of ours turned out awful). Additionally, the person across from us were touching plenty of plates on the conveyor belt and placing them back. Also, the women's bathroom was dirty.

The food is great and we love the conveyor belt style of picking what you love. The broths are so flavorful and the sauces are incredible and everything is so clean.

The tamarind drink is very good.

This was my first time having hot pot and I'm glad I tried it here first. When you walk in you see a conveyor belt with all types of meats and veggies to add to your hot pot. I got the Thai base. The base alone was packed with flavor. Each plate size/color represents a different price. Service was fast and the ambiance was fun and bustling. Will definitely go back.

I just love this place. I am a soup person and love the variety of flavors of broth and spices they offer you. This is my fourth time coming to this establishment and it's always a great experience. This is a must try place. You will love it and be amazed.

Broths (we had spicy miso and mala) were also very flavorful, more so than most shabu/hot pot places I've had in Georgia. The thing that drives it all home though is the service. You have excellent servers who are considerate and know when to step away and give you some time, or when to come in and ask if you needed anything else. Our server was friendly, empathetic, and an absolute star. Also, the runners and bussers come in quickly and silently when attending to your table, yet are friendly when responding, well versed on the menu offerings, and quick to take action with anything you needed. I have literally never seen such top tier service at any Asian establishment, let alone restaurants in general. What a steal for all of the food options! They have an amazing sauce bar, fridged items, skewers and sides. I personally liked the skewered meats better than the thinly sliced meats. 3.5 Stars (I wish Yelp allowed half stars!)…read more Overall, this place was good. It offers a fun and different dining experience since everything is centered around hot pot and skewers. The biggest pro is the value. Dinner is $34.99 AYCE and lunch is $24.99 AYCE, which I think is very reasonable. Another huge plus is that there is no time limit. We ended up staying for over 4 hours just eating, chatting, and catching up. Not once did the staff try to rush us. They were actually only about 30 minutes from closing, and they still let us relax without making us feel uncomfortable. That level of hospitality was definitely appreciated. For the hot pot, you can choose multiple soup bases. Some premium broths cost extra, and if you want four different broths, there's an additional $12.99 charge. Personally, I think two broths are more than enough. With four sections, there's barely any room left to cook your meats, vegetables, and noodles. We tried the Tom Yum and Tomato broths. They tasted surprisingly similar since they're both tomato-based, but in my opinion, the Tom Yum had more flavor. Their tomatoes tasted like straight up tomato sauce. We also sampled the mushroom broth, which was pretty good, although it does have a noticeable herbal flavor from the Chinese herbs they add. One thing I really liked was the self-serve setup. There's a large sauce bar where you can customize your dipping sauce, along with a cold bar offering appetizers, fruit, and desserts. They also have a freezer stocked with several ice cream flavors and a refrigerator full of complimentary drinks like honey pomelo tea, citrus tea, sweet tea, honey green tea, and pear juice; all included with the AYCE price. The refrigerated food section is well stocked with vegetables, noodles, meats, seafood, dumplings, fish paste, pork paste, shrimp paste, and plenty of skewers. The skewers were tiny because each one usually only had a single small piece of food on it. I guess that's the point....it keeps everything from getting lost in the hot pot! They also provide a rolling cart beside your table for extra space, which is actually really useful because your table fills up quickly. Overall, while nothing completely wowed me, the price, variety, and relaxed atmosphere make it worth visiting. I'd definitely come back when I'm really hungry and just want to chow down with friends for a few hours.

Each experience is just as enjoyable as the first, and the quality remains consistently impressive. The customer service is excellent, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. There is also a wide variety of ingredients available to customize your bowl. Since everything is priced by weight, I recommend selecting only as much as you are prepared to eat. Having tried every option on the menu, my top recommendation is the spicy hot pot beef broth. It is extremely flavorful, though customers should be mindful when choosing their spice level, as even the medium option can be quite spicy. My second favorite is the dry spicy mix, shown in my photo. After experimenting with the different broths, this became my preferred choice. However, it is best suited for those who enjoy a drier style, and the spice level tends to feel more intense compared to the soup-based options. My third choice is the tomato beef broth, which was my least favorite personally. Lastly, the spicy and sour beef broth was acceptable, though it did not particularly appeal to my taste.

I had some dishes from the bar as little appetizers, and they were tasty. For meats, we mostly ordered the non-fatty beef, brisket, and rib-eye. The meat quality was good. My boyfriend also ordered a round of clams and mussels. I personally wasn't too interested because they looked a bit unappealing, but he said they were okay. As a quick intermission from the shabu, we both enjoyed the shaved ice dessert. Unfortunately, near the end of our dining experience, while finishing our last plate of meat, my boyfriend noticed something crawling on the table. He lifted the water cup and found an inchworm. We think it may have come from one of the vegetables we grabbed earlier. We notified our server, who simply squished it and asked if we wanted a new cup. We declined and decided to leave. The inchworm incident definitely brought the experience down significantly, even though it happened near the end of our meal, and it honestly made me consider giving this place only two stars. The Chinese herbal soup was really flavorful. When the meat was soaking in it, I could taste the flavor that was soaked through. I highly recommend this base. The spicy soup was extra, but the reasoning they said was because it's from China. And even getting the very mild was pretty spicy. The concept of going to the four fridges and grabbing your hot pot ingredients was interesting. It's such a waste of skewers though! But the fridge had veggies, skewered meats, seafood, noodles, and much more. Since this is an all you can eat place, you can grab any item freely. I do think they will charge you if there's excess food leftover. Well, says the sign anyway. The lamb and beef were the only two free meat options, but you can order this as much as you can eat. The brown sugar rice cake and crispy fried pork were very unique items that's also in the unlimited menu option. There was also interesting tidbits at the bar area near the sauce bar like beef jerky bits, peanuts, and sweet potato balls with a taro interior. Overall very unique ingredients you can order or extra menu items like pig brain, duck jelly, duck tongue among others. Our group didn't venture into trying these though. The ingredients already included were just as good though.
