Beware of the raw meat!!! I've never eaten Pho prior to ordering a takeout meal at this restaurant. I told them I never ate it and asked for recommendations. I ordered a Fillet and Brisket Pho meal and when I opened it all up about 10 minutes later I was shocked to find this cold RAW beef. I went back to ask them about it and they said that ALL fillet is served rare. The menu didn't say rare and no one warned me of it so please beware! I used to come here all the time but after they remodeled , the whole place went downhill. My family speaks Vietnamese and a little English so before we were really comfortable to come here because there was always someone to help translate but that's not even a problem the problem is my mom ordered one order of pho bo and the waitress came out with 4. She refused to try and understand what my mom was saying. My mom hates conflict so she just left. It gets worse because the extra orders of pho had wayyyyyyyy more noodles then broth it was just noodles really. First, let me say this is one of the most aesthetically appealing restaurants I've seen in a long time. That being said, the fried shrimp appetizer was great and so were the spring rolls. Our waiter was sweet, but he did not write our order down and brought me a white chicken pho instead of the one I had ordered which was a dark chicken pho. When another "gentleman" brought the correct order out, there were no apologies, just a plop down of a big bowl of rubber chicken pho with pale skin attached to it. What? Did they microwave this chicken? It was so tough, and dark meat is very forgiving. I took it home because it was like 3 servings worth, but this pho had such bad juju attached to it, and the chicken was inedible that I wound up throwing it away. Covid Relevant - They require masks of the staff. The restaurant and bathrooms are very clean. The tables are far enough apart to work with social distancing. Booths are already built in, but there are plenty of seating options. Food - 5/5 I am a sucker for pho. If I could eat it every day, I would. It's an addiction that I am in no hurry to rid myself of. I love my pho with extra tripe, which this place is happy to provide for an up-charge. The taro boba smoothie is delicious, as is the Thai iced tea. The spring rolls and shrimp rolls are amazing too. They also have a program that lets you get a discount on your bill based on previous amounts spent there. I am going to use this like crazy. Service - 4/5 The servers themselves are amazing (5/5). Great servers. My only complaint is directed towards management. It seems like you guys are understaffed. My husband and I have come a handful of times so far and most of those times, your servers seem overwhelmed. They're working their absolute hardest, but I think maybe you need to have another server at certain times to keep everyone from getting too stressed out. This was my first time visiting the Town Center Location. I ate alone and did work from my phone so I was very quiet. First impression is everything. The "waitress" did seat me fast but she never came to offer a refill of my soft drink, as a matter of fact she didn't offer me a soft drink I had to ask. The were two people who were in the booth in front of me and they got refilled twice. The waitress also made me feel rushed she brought me my check without me asking, so I just paid and asked for a to go for my remaining food. I would say I was in the restaurant for about 20 mins or so. Not sure if it's just me but the environment did not feel inclusive. Tbh I've never experienced being made to feel like they wanted me to leave. Needless to say I will not be visiting this location again. I may go for a homemade Pho in the future. I dislike spending my money in places where I'm not wanted. The Pho was good though so I'd give a thumbs up for that. read more

Always good when I come here. I switch my order when I go so I get either the chicken pho or the shrimp pho. The grilled chicken banh mi is really good too. The chicken is juicy and not dry. I am really sorry to have to post this, but I had such a disappointing experience, I had to. I'm from the Seattle area and enjoyed my first bowl of pho probably 20 years ago. I was looking forward to warming up on a cold night with a yummy bowl of pho. A taste of home for me. First, the broth didn't have the depth of flavor you get with pho-- no hint of cinnamon stick or star anise. Just a basic beef broth. But worse,it was greasy and had an unpleasant "off" taste. Broth keeps for awhile, but not forever. Frankly, it tasted spoiled. And that wasn't the only thing in the kitchen that needed refreshing. They were running a special where you got a free spring roll. I was delighted! I love Vietnamese spring rolls! And it would have been pretty good, if it hadn't been fried in oil that was rancid. Gotta change the fryer oil guys. I REALLY wish I was writing a very different kind of review, because I LOVE PHO and I'm delighted to see it finally catching on in this part of the country. I'm writing because I really hope the owners will read this and take it to heart. I know it's extra tough to be in the restaurant business right now. My son is a restaurant manager. We went here because we love Vietnamese food. I ordered the combo of 2 shrimp rolls, soup, drink. The shrimp rolls were decent. I ordered the filet mignon soup. It was a joke. The meat was grisly tough round steak soaking in a broth of hot water with no taste. I took a bite of the meat and it tasted like it was bad. It smelled funny. I asked the waitress that it be returned and I would pay for the shrimp rolls and drink, This man comes to our table and insists that I have to pay for combo. I was very patient and polite. Went there for the first time on Thursday, October 22 for dinner. All I can say is WOW!! We had a three course meal for two people for under $35!!! The free fried chicken egg rolls were bomb! We sat out in the patio and the weather was gorgeous! We barely sat down and services started with two bottles of water and egg rolls, almost magically appeared at the table. We also ordered spring rolls, which were tasty and were also quickly served. Pho was served quickly and hot! The broth was rich and had depth, which means it didn't need too much "doctoring". We like the fact that extra condiments came in packages of individual serving size. For dessert, we ordered tiramisu and an authentic Vietnamese three beans and agar jelly in sweetened coconut milk to go. (The medium size bowl of Pho we ordered was so filling!) Can't wait to our next visit! And definitely can't wait to bring all my Pho loving friends to "I Luv Pho" outings. Most definitely will be one of our regular eateries!! Know what? I can taste the love! I got a medium pho to go with flank and filet, husband got the grilled pork chop with broken rice, and we shared an order of the fresh spring rolls. My husband ate every bit of his pork chop and said the rice was just how it should be-flavorful and cooked well, not mushy which we've gotten elsewhere. My pho came perfectly packaged with plenty of herbs for the broth and so much meat, noodles, and veg that I gave up trying to finish but can't stop sipping the broth! My family and i went to try to enjoy a meal before leaving the mall so we decided to go into the I Lov Pho. When going in all the tables were dirty, the person who took us to our table didn't even give us menus. We waited and we saw the person who was supposed to attended us eating and the other employees sitting with him. We waited and no menus and no one attending us i would understand the wait if it was full but it was empty besides two other tables who were already eating. A couple of girls walked in and were attended quick were given there drinks and no one helping us. This place is fairly new in the Kennesaw area. The resto looks very clean and modern. They have an outdoor area but because it was cold, we opted to be inside. They spaced out the tables very well for COVID, and staff all wore masks. We had the clay pot special, pho bo combo, and Bun Bo Hue, and they all tasted delicious and fresh. The Bun Bo Hue was a bit greasy though but my mom liked it anyhow. Overall, I would recommend this place! read more

Absolutely zero stars! I walked in and sat down with two kids when only two tables were occupied. The server came to me and said we have a "30 min wait right now" I asked why it wasn't busy and he said I am the only one. I asked where is menu and he said it's up at front and that was it. I went up to the front and I heard him tell someone else that walked in that the wait is only 10-15 mins. He quickly took their order too! Then a lady came and asked if I was eating here and I said yes and she handed me menues. My daughter went up to him several times to ask him if he was going to take our food order and he said we had to keep waiting. Finally my daughter went again and he came up to me and said I am not going to take your order and serve you! You needed to wait at the front and not just got seated.
