First Yelp review! ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!!! I came in for a pedi and was handed the menu, picked the pomegranate pedi service and was surprised that it was $39 for everything that was including the callus remover. Right off the bat I notice my "nail tech" did everything backwards. Didn't get to soak my feet at all in the water and went straight into removing my gel polish after putting on the lotion on my legs. Only time I had my foot in the water was when she had to clean and scrub my foot . Not a relaxing time! While removing my gel polish she went over my nail and onto my skin multiple times that it got red and it burned when applying the alcohol wipes. I didn't even notice it bleed until I saw the dry blood. She rushed to do my foot that she barely cut my cuticle, painted over the nails and onto my cuticles, and barely even cleaned the paint that was left on the cuticles. Secondly, on the menu given to me the price was set to $39. When the lady put on the lotion, another staff walked over to ask what service I was doing to my "nail tech" and said "CHARGE HER $79!" Iiiiike whaaaat? My "nail tech" tried explaining that it was $39 for regular polish "that's why" and $79 for gel. I understand price difference between regular and gel polish but 4x more the set price? RIP OFF. I honestly think she was new because she couldn't even hold/ steady the nail drill gun. read more

Omg please don't ever go to this nail salon...I went on Sunday for a UV gel fill in...the guy buffed my nail down so low it started to hurt a little and barely even filled it in to the cuticle...my nails look like 2 weeks grow out. I called the next day to come in and have them fixed they told me to come. I show up today they tell me I have to pay full price again 2 days later...I said I JUST paid I thought you'd fix it? He starts speaking in another language to a woman across they both look at my nails and she walks away. He said yeah it's full price we have to use our material...I said okay I'll just go to another salon. If I'm gonna pay full price I'd rather pay a place that will do a good job. Staff arrived 15 minutes after opening time. I was the first person outside waiting for them to arrive. After they arrived one of the staff members wrapped my nails in foil and then asked me If I wanted a 10 minute massage. I declined the massage and she checked the foil and then left me to do a pedicure without saying anything to me. Everyone ignored me for an hour. I removed the tin foil and old dip powder off of my own nails and no one would look at me or say anything to me. I went to the bathroom and they told me "1 minute" after I came back. They finally started my nails after 1 hour and refused to five me a discount of any sort. Very unprofessional and rude. They should have told me it would be an hour wait instead of wrapping my nails to trap me there. read more

We ladies know the struggle of finding a consistent nail salon. I've been coming here for over a year now and I'm happy every time doesn't really matter who does my nails, the quality is great. I've done gel nails, pedicures, tips, powder, you name it. I've tried it. I recommend making an appointment ahead of time, and expect to wait a bit but nothing crazy after all it is a nail salon. I've been going here for the past 3 years. Kiki does my nails, every time I go I have to wait 20-30 mins even with an appointment that's made 3 weeks in advance. I went Monday night and sat waiting for 40 minutes and decided not to get my nails done after soaking for 25 minutes. Ok, well there's a lot to say about this place. the first time I came to the salon I had a great experience. I had this girl who did exactly what I wanted. Today I went to the salon and I was very disappointed. The person I had was a boy who wouldn't talk to me in English and then butt into my conversation with my friends. At the beginning of the appointment, I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he then got up to go get the color but then came back with these completely different colors. I told him that and he said that my nails were too short. Which didn't make sense. In the end, he charges me another $10 since it was "ombre" IT WAS NOT OBRHE. We even asked his boss and he agreed that isn't Obrehe. So then we got out $10 back and left a tip which he deserved. read more

The ladies at Sasha's nails always take such great care of me! I can tell that they really care about the happiness of their customers. I never have problems getting an appointment in, I always make sure to call ahead. Today, I wanted to do a fun powder gel with designs but long story short, didn't really end up liking it. They fixed it right away with no problem. I told them I'd pay for it because it took them so long to do it, but they didn't charge me for it. I felt really bad because they didn't charge me, but they kept insisting I don't pay for it since I didn't keep it. I absolutely LOVE what Karen did with my nails this time. So bummed out. Like others, I so badly wanted to love this place. They have awesome reviews and I imagine they do a great job...they just didn't on me. Here are my issues: - I paid extra for a specialty pedicure, which includes a 20 minute massage. She stopped halfway through, so she could wrap my fingers in foil and acetone to remove my current gel mani. She literally cut into my massage for over 4 minutes. Not a huge deal if I didn't just pay extra for the damn thing. - She used a nail file to buff and shape my nails. Now, they're weak, brittle, and one broke as soon as I left. I know it's ridiculous for me to blame them, but I don't think I've ever had my nail break after a professional just worked on them to make sure they were perfect. That's why I don't do them myself. - My cuticles weren't even cut. The process was actually kind of a joke. She literally did this fast pretend-you're-cutting-something but actually ended up just sliding the nipper back and forth on my nail without even touching the cuticles. I wish I was more attentive during the process and said something. I spent $70 on the set and tipped on top of that. For nearly $100 and millions of options, I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

I've been coming to this salon on and off for a few years and decided to come here to get my nails done before my wedding. My mom went first and I ended up waiting for a very long time. Once I was seated for a manicure, the technician cut my cuticle so bad on one of my fingers that it wouldn't stop bleeding and when we said something she was laughing and completely unprofessional. She ended up having another person take over but the nail still looked like a mess. Now it's been a week since I got the gel manicure and every single one of my nails have broken off. The prices are average as any other nail salon but the service is better than any other nail salon I have been to. My sister lives around the corner from here and treated me to a mani-pedi. I've always thought my feet were too yucky to waste my money on a pedicure so this was my first and it was wonderful! I've been going to this salon for probably two years. Never had a problem. Thought I'd finally found the perfect salon. Went today for my first pedicure of the season and thought I was in the wrong place. Worst service ever. The girl that did my pedicure was so rushed and messy. The arms of the chair were dirty, the water in the tub was luke warm, and she didn't even let me soak my feet at all. She started pushing back my cuticles on dry feet which hurt, and was visibly pissed when I said I wanted to soak my feet. She didn't even massage my legs or feet, the lotion was runny, and she ran the "hot" stone over my calves for a quick minute and then wiped my legs down with the moist towel that she had taken out of the warmer ten minutes before.
