The grey stuff doesn't add character...its fungus! This arbor needed attention and fast! It was attached to another structure that had a pre-existing stain color on it already. Rupert matched it exactly! After a good pressure washing and staining, the arbor looks like new! I am just delighted with the outcome. Even better was how well Rupert communicated with me about the project; I knew what was happening every step of the way. His follow up was terrific. I will definitely call on Rupert again when I need this kind of work done, and I recommend him highly to others. He is one of the most conscientious contractors I've ever worked with. Like TOO responsive. She got back to me within mins on a Sunday night and quoted me a reasonable price to strip and refinish my tub. Leo came through and did the work and it looks good to go by the next day. Just note, the odor from the glaze is really strong and you can't be around when the process is done and for 4-5 hours after while it sets. This caused a couple challenges but certainly not 24 Hour bath's fault. If I need a deglaze I will contact them again. 5 stars.

The quality of their work has always been great and the men doing the job clearly have a lot of experience and know what they're doing. I have several different deck areas made of IPE & comprising about 1500 sq. ft. This last time around, their quote seemed a bit high, so I made contact with Bruce, the owner, and he was very willing to talk about ways to potentially cut the cost down. One of his suggestions was to potentially eliminate the sanding step after power washing. I chose that for several of the areas, and it worked out just fine. Usually their communication is very good. This last time around there were a few small snafus regarding start times on a couple of the days. However everything turned out OK in the end, and Bruce was very apologetic about any mis-communication.
