This was my second ice cream stop of the night, and while the flavors were fine, the experience left a sour taste. Their ordering system is still just pen and paper, not a dealbreaker, but it caused real issues. Both items I ordered were handed off to other customers before I even reached the window. When we flagged it, they eventually gave us our ice cream... minus some of the toppings (we paid extra for btw). It's especially disappointing because this is my fav hometown spot- a place I've always rooted for. Tonight, though, it felt like it let me down. read more

Aaaamazing!! Their pumpkin pie concrete is FABULOUS, and their Swamp Monster is also great, good mint flavor with a nice crunch from chocolate sprinkles on top. Quick service and very friendly staff. Good place to stop by on a hot day! Or a cold day, or any day. read more

They're always so nice. You can grab and go or eat outside at their patio area and the ice scream really does make you scream, but in the best way lol! It is street parking and there's a parking lot in the alley way. read more

We met our adult daughter here an hour before closing, great conversation and ice cream is great comfort food after her stressful day. The young ladies that work here are so happy to serve, polite and friendly. They're very hard workers and keep the area outdoors nice and clean. read more

Went here for the first time because I was told this place is better than Gators. I don't know about that. We had gotten a hand dipped banana split and a chunky monkey. And maybe it's our ignorance to what hand dipped means but it wasn't very good. I thought the chunky monkey was going to be blended and it was just ice cream with some toppings. I might go back and try again. read more

I got a banana split and it was literally the oldest nastiest banana on earth. We are talking completely brown almost. Tasted terrible and what's really bad is I gave the person making it kind of a look when they pulled out that banana and they acted like they didn't see me and gave it to me anyway. Real mature. I'm giving two stars because the ice cream was admittedly pretty good. If the banana had been edible it would have been five. The banana is an important part of any banana split. read more

Love their menu and love the quality of their product. Unfortunately, that's about all that earns my three stars. If I could rate them separately for their service, they'd be.lucky too get a.single star. They have a great menu full of all the traditional sweets you'd expect. Their concretes are popular, as well as their soft-serve. I usually get a root beer float whenever I go. But everything I've had here is good. Just a word of caution... if you get there within 30 minutes of closing, be prepared to be met with an attitude. I Scream U Scream hires local high school students during the summer. Most seasonal businesses do. But the young adults I have come across at this place, seem to be more about socializing with their friends than focusing on their customers. If you come before closing... getting out of there is their number one priority! Period! Aside from that, the product is good, and the gounds are well maintained. read more

This was one of my favorite ice cream spots. It has ice cream just as good as bobbies without the expensive price tag. And the fact it is closer to me is an added bonus. No long lines and maybe not as many options as some of the other ice cream shops but it's just as good. I had the pumpkin pie concrete with whipped cream and boy I tell ya, that was one of the most tasty ice creams i have eaten. Didn't taste any different than the real thing. I'm glad I found this. I'll definitely be bringing my family back again read more

Great little shop, busy as all get-up a lot, but still manage to get the orders out right. Have had a few pie concretes come out tasting like soft serve with just some pie crust in them, so I just avoid them since that seems to be the standard, but huge selection so there's something you probably would like. read more

DOG FRIENDLY with FOOD TOO Great place with tables outside and dog friendly they have ice cream for dogs its a great place to end a dog park day my dog love it but it was getting too hot and finished (almost) his ice cream at home...they also have food which we loved we ordered Nachos and a chili dog and a strawberry shortcake sundae it was nice the dog was boiled so it wasnt bad but you do have to have cash there is a corner store less than a block away we just walked over read more

This is my favorite ice cream place around. I had the peanut butter explosion and it satisfied all of my pregnancy cravings plus some. This place was started by a mother 18 years ago. She is still the one who will be serving you. She was very friendly and didn't take long to get your order. There is a lot of ice cream to choose from. I had a yummy strawberry cheesecake concrete. My kids loved there fun sunburst ice cream. 3 concretes and 1 cone was $13. Go here all the time and tonight they closed at 9 and got there a minute til not realizing they started closing at 9 instead of 10. On yelp it says 9 but online it said 10pm. Literally went for a cone for my 2 year old and they said "sorry were closed"....it takes 2 seconds to make a cone. "Sorry you lost our business" read more

The ice cream is good but the tables are filthy and sticky. I have never seen an employee clean them. We usually walk a couple of miles to get there and now they won't allow my 6 year old daughter to use the restroom any more, so I don't think we will be walking there any more. We will patronize other local places that allow my children to use the facilities. read more
