Love this place. The drinks are great, the food is yummy (haven't tried the ramen yet) and the people are nice. Also sharing a picture of them thoroughly cleaning the place before closing. Recommend and will be back.

Fast service, took under 10 minutes to receive my drink. Downside is that the boba is hard (as if it hasn't been cooked long enough).

Wonderful vibe, with both the University and Schools in session. Visited Labor Day weekend... to avoid the lines, with Students hopefully leaving for the break :-) 5 Stars for my "Secret menu item" once again. Nice to see all the Staff, plus Crystal and Derek ! C - 11, the Secret menu item, is Toffee Milk tea I have it 30 % sweet and 30 % ice Boba delete but add " Egg pudding " (think Flan, delicious) Mild sweet, cold, refreshing, and dessert Flan to round it out! One, two, three, four, FIVE Stars! I approve this review in this election year, Jay M.

Not all i-Teas are good. But this one is. Everything has the right flavors, textures, and everything, and is consistent at it. All snacks are good - and the ramen is really good for a cheap bowl. It's obviously not the best ramen as it's from a boba shop (and a chain!), but it is the best ramen you can get at that price. It is a 3-5 minute drive from Saint Mary's, which is where I attend and live, for the time being. This i-Tea is as good and as consistent as the Castro Valley i-Tea, which has been my favorite i-Tea for several years. Dublin, Pleasanton, and San Ramon's i-Teas are decent, but somewhat inconsistent. The one that used to be at the Livermore outlets was terrible (tasted like water, it's been closed for a few years by now I believe). I usually get one of the milk teas (black, oolong, or jasmine) with grass jelly and egg pudding, no boba since I don't like actual tapioca pearls. I like the ramen and snacks but can't get them every time! The people here are nice and I love the establishment, with seating!

While it is really the only boba place in Moraga, it is the best! Wanted boba when I was out visiting my friend and this was the only choice we had. I was not disappointed. Since I go to school in Berkeley I am surrounded by at least 10 boba shops at any given time, and I-tea stands up to that competition! I got a crème brûlée milk tea and it was soooo good. The tea itself was nice and flavorful, not diluted with the milk. The pearls were chewy and sweet, well cooked. But the straw of the show was really that crème brûlée cream. I love crème brûlée drinks and this has been on of my favs. The torched sugar was so tasty and they put so much cream! It was delicious. 10/10. Ordered the drink at a kiosk and it was done very fast! Also the inside of the shop is cute and I can see it as a nice place to hang with friends. Check this spot out if you're in Moraga, you will not be disappointed! The menu is huge so there's a drink for everyone here :)

I stopped by for a quick lunch and I tried the crab Tonkatsu ramen- it was well worth the price and was so filling! I love soft shell crab.

Great quality, customer service could be better but understandable that they get somewhat overwhelmed during a rush. All in all, worth it.

Perhaps I give my green tea powder habit a break so that I could try fruit tea with any topping. Once I enter into its corner, its spacey interior looked amazing. One thing that amazed me the most was one wall decorated with loose tea leaves! And of course, contactless payment was necessary so I had to get through this to have a special drink I like to have. Since there were not many people waiting for their order compared to when there was a huge line for the grand opening, I'm glad to have my drink as soon as possible. If there's another reason why there wasn't a Lishan oolong tea tasting, it's the schedule that never meets my day and hour to try one. Therefore, I have no need since Asha Tea House usually has seasonal tea drinks. If Chicha San Chen would find a rental space here in my hometown instead of downtown Berkeley, it'll be splendid to find out if it's just as good as Heytea at Metreon. But, it's best to leave it to Chicha San Chen to decide.

It's much more welcoming and spacious than the New York location (and significantly cheaper). The drinks are still quite expensive, though, and are based on a topping/flavoring system. Expect to spend around $7 on a drink here, more if you want something with complexity or toppings. Some teas are worth the cost and preparation, and others aren't. The green tea is quite good, especially with a bit of honey. The standard oolong is pretty ordinary, and I wouldn't pay the premium price for it. However, the Pouchong is distinctive and delicious. The condensed milk lemon series and fresh taro are also delicious, especially for those who avoid caffeine. I would recommend coming here if you are particular about teas with unique notes or are interested in their unique preparation/toppings! small edit: I would also highly recommend ordering ahead if you have Snackpass, as this location gets very busy with students.

They offer a wide selection of drinks, from classics like brown sugar milk boba, to fruity flavors. It's true that if you ask for light ice, you still get a whole bunch of ice. The regular sweetness is pretty sweet, so you probably want to choose a less sweet option (there are 3 lower sugar choices). Staff are there to produce the product, not to be friendly, it seems. One big surprise: they offer a few things to eat, among which is a very good bubble waffle. I've tried many of these throughout the Bay area, and none have been any good, often bad texture or taste. I've specifically gone to highly recommended bubble waffle specialty vendors in HK, which are definitely good, and those are my reference. The one from here is quite good, and I would return here just to get that, with boba drinks as a bonus.

First time ever trying or ordering from Boba Bliss. Reasonable prices, quality ingredients and not too sweet (even with the option REGULAR SWEET). I ordered the Natural Ube Taro Milk ($6.50) with honey boba ($0.85) less ice. There is no sugar adjustment. The natural flavors of taro and ube were the star. The drink was not too thick nor liquid thin, a perfect consistency and balance of flavors. My husband ordered the Brown Sugar Pearl Fresh Milk ($7.25). If you do not mix the drink, it tastes like milk. Combining the ingredients brought a brown sugar milk flavor. Even at regular sweet, it was not sweet at all. My husband likes sweet, our daughter enjoyed it greatly. I am not certain how the pickup works as there was no one at the pickup counter. We had to wait in the regular line to request our online order. This added to a wait time we were trying to avoid with ordering ahead. The drink options are pretty familiar with seasonal options like Golden Kumquat, Pistachio (matcha or jasmine) and fresh fruit mango paired with green tea. Definitely worth a visit. Parking is a little weird and very limited but luckily for us, we found a spot on the side of the building. There were two young ladies working the store and the menu is basically posted everywhere. My daughter and I immediately gravitated to the banana matcha latte. We also saw they had yummy croissant pastries available, so we decided to give that a try. What we got: 1. 2 banana matcha lattes- 4/10 the matcha was okay but we tasted no banana to it besides the slices of banana. The pudding tasted like regular vanilla. Overall just not what we were anticipating. 2. Brown sugar boba milk? - 0/10 This was just milk with a bit of brown sugar syrup. (See pic) I actually dropped this off to my other daughter and she said she just couldn't drink it. 3. Strawberry croissant- 8/10 This was actually good. The strawberries with the jam and whipped cream were very good. Don't get me wrong, service was fine. They also had a few great items but the actual drinks were mid. I think the matcha needs to change or maybe making it more paste like could help boost the flavor. The brown sugar latte was just not it.
