You can tell they care about quality :P What really keeps us coming back, though, is the service. I think the owner is usually there, and he is incredibly kind. He always seems to go above and beyond. He's given my daughter a little treat more than once just to make her day, and one time he even helped me carry our baby stroller down the steps even though he absolutely did not have to lol :) Those small moments really stick with you. Great drinks are one thing, but that kind of genuine kindness is what makes a place feel special. It feels a little elevated, a little indulgent, and always like a nice little treat. We love it!!

Inside is pretty small to sit, and ordering is via a kiosk. The drink kiosk is further back in the store. Lychee Fruit Tea: I adjusted to 50% sweet and it was still sweet for me. I added sago for texture and it did give it a nice profile overall. The 4 pieces of lychee also gave it added sweetness to my drink. It was chilled nicely and overall, it did brighten up my mood for the day. I think I need to go to 30% sweet and it will be perfect for me. Overall, I can see myself coming back here again.

I don't think you can bring a large group to hang out and chill inside. They only have two tables and maybe 6 or 8 chairs. As for the service, it's efficient I guess. When you go inside you just go up to one of the two kiosk and then pay and that will send your order to the kitchen where they'll prepare your drink and then you just pick it up. In the past, before my order was placed, I would ask for a lower sugar level (for example, 20% or 25% sugar). The staff would always accommodate my request. I was even told before that the kiosk doesn't have an option to select custom sugar percentages, so they could adjust it manually. This time, when I placed my order and politely asked about the sugar level, the employee told me that they could no longer make any changes unless the option was available on the kiosk. If the sugar level option was there, I could select it myself, but if it wasn't available, they said they couldn't adjust it manually anymore. What made the experience worse was the employee's attitude. When I said hello, it felt like she barely wanted to respond. Maybe she was tired or having a long day, but the interaction came across as very unfriendly and unwelcoming. On top of that, the boba was not cooked properly. The center of the pearls was hard and undercooked instead of soft and chewy, so I didn't enjoy my drink at all. Honestly, I'm writing this review mainly because of the customer service. The attitude was extremely poor, and combined with the undercooked boba, it left a very negative impression. After being a loyal customer for years, I don't think I'll be coming back for boba again.

She must've misheard me when I said, oat milk, cause she started using whole milk after I ordered. I told her I have dairy sensitivities. And she said that is the only milk that she had. But this was after I paid for the drink... i've never had a problem at other locations with no other dairy options. ...there was also barely any Boba and half the drink was red bean. Very disappointed. I must've been fourth in line after a family, and three other customers were served before me. If you have dairy sensitivity, DO NOT come here. I do not recommend it. Probably not coming back here again.
