A family member and I had a little over an hour to spare before my next appointment, so we decided to grab some milk tea while we waited. The first thing I noticed about this T4 location is that they have way more items, especially snacks / meals, on their menu. On a different visit, I ordered their chicken katsu menu to-go. It turned out to be quite delicious and filling. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu. My family member took quite a while to look at the menu and choose her drink, but the staff didn't rush her or get irritated. Just like any T4 location, the drinks and the egg puffs are delicious. I ordered the roasted oolong milk tea with grass jelly and pearls (0% sugar), which was delicious. I can't recall the other fruity drink I ordered during my second visit, but it was quite refreshing. Seating is limited here. There are maybe 3-4 tables with some seating; however, the first time I went, two of the seating areas were taken by teenagers who were laying across the seats, preventing any other patrons from sitting there. 4 out of 5 stars. read more

My wife had an appointment nearby and I needed to get some work done while I waited. Saw that there was this T4 location just a short 5min drive away, so I over here to fulfill my boba craving AND be productive. Orders can be done through one of the 3 self-service kiosks (albeit one was down when I visited) or at the counter. And free Wi-Fi is available for work, school, or leisure browsing. Tables weren't really wiped down unfortunately, but they offer readily available napkins so you can wipe the tables down yourself. Ordered a sweet mango smoothie, which essentially is an iced slushie. It was pretty good, but I do recommend getting a large size as the regular is a bit on the smaller end. The plaza T4 is situated in gets pretty busy throughout the day. So parking in the lot may be a bit challenging at times. read more

This has always been my Favorite place for milk tea and yummy snacks! No one in the Bay Area makes honey green tea like T4!

After brunch the honey and I stopped into T4 Tea For One for a couple boba teas. I loved that they had several order tablets and we could easily order our drinks. I went 0% sweetness on my green jasmine tea and it really was 0%, no sweetness to it at all and I'm a bit divided on how I feel about it. I'm not really a fan of syrups, but having something in the tea mix itself like Li Cha Tea does that creates a sweetness without syrup would be more what I'd lean towards, especially since the green tea was fairly concentrated. All that being said, while the drinks came out quickly, the honey found his milk tea to be a little unbalanced and their bathroom was out of order, so at the end of the day I just don't know that I'd make a point to return. read more

Not sure why this T4 is only rated a 3.9. We've tried a lot of boba in the area, many of which are excellent, but T4 is our favorite. So far we have only had the pearl milk tea, but we come back whenever we can for it. Even at 100% sweet it isn't nearly as sweet as at other places, so it is more refreshing and light. I get 50% sweet and you can really taste the floral notes to the tea that they use. Fantastic both with whole milk and soy milk. Online ordering is easy and we have never waited very long.
